Not bad at all. The staff could focus more on bussing tables so that I don't have to eat surrounded by trash. There were at least 4 unbussed tables that remained that way through the duration of my stay. The food was good though.

Words can't describe how good the food is! Friendly staff, not over price! I will recomed this place to anyone, keep up the good work Juan Morales such a great person, he is the general manager and I see him taking orders, asking people if there anything and they need and this time i found him cooking cause they were missing one cook!

I absolutely loved this place! The food is delicious ! I ordered the famous EL CUBANO priced at $13.00 and worth the price. It included sliced roasted pork, smoked ham, cheese, mustard, dill pickles, hot pressed. Did I mention it s kid friendly ! The atmosphere in vibrant and lively with the staff all wearing a fedora.

It was just as good as the 1st and 2nd time I have gone, but I have to say I would have loved to order a empanada as a appetizer but 8.00, well for myself it's too much, but u must say the service from the young lady on 1/20/19 at around 3 PM to 4pm was great, that young lady never stopped working and at the same time a wonderful attitude and service to customers. She is a 5 star as well as the food . The atmosphere is awesome and being from the islands ut makes me feel great when enjoying the real authentic tastes.

Very pleasant dining experience, Cuban Music playing. Stayed out of town, nearby Hotel. I had the Ropa Vieja, excellent taste and well prepared. A little pricey, but I don't dine out much. My dinner was fun.

This place would be_SO_much better with table service! To be seated, given water and a menu, then deserted was awful. Very disruptive to our experience to have to leave the table, and get in a slow moving fast-food style line: Blech. Hire some more wait staff, and get rid of the line, please. Our enjoyment of the good and interesting food was overwhelmed by our disappointing fast-food line experience. Disappointing.

Havana grill has some of the best Cuban food in town. A little highly priced but worth every penny. The presentation of the food is amazing. The location is convenient. The store is very well put together. I highly recommend this spot

When the cashier said the black beans were better than his mommas and she agreed, we knew we were in for a treat. It's a smallish place but full of character. The food is delicious. Have the key lime tart. You won't regret it.

The food here is great. You won't be disappointed. We stop here when we are in town. Just like home cooking. The Lechon plate, tostones and steamed yucca are beyond words. The service is top notch.

I would give them 5 stars as they do have really good food, but they are lacking on timing. To-go orders according to them take 15-20 minutes but in reality they take around 30-35 minutes to exicute it. Same with in store, takes quite a while to get food and if you order something else after your initial order it takes forever for them to get it out. Would eat here more often but they re just too slow.

My wife and I just happened upon this establishment through the entertainment book and once we're having our meal we were amazed as the quality of food that was presented to us it seems that we will be back because everything was amazing there.

Very nice, busy place. You wait in line to order. Only one cashier. Then you wait again for food that takes a long time arrive. The people are very nice, but you don't have a waitress. No accountability for service at all. I left no tip. I had to get up & down to fetch my self serve water in a 8 oz plastic cup. No bueno.

I ordered the El Cubano sandwich. Tasty, but I wanted a little extra sauce towards the end as it got dry. Didn't want to bother the cashier. Eh about plantain chips.

Mid dinner, a child threw/kicked a ball across the place. Goal...it hit me & my friends. I young mother came to retrieve the ball. Unapologetic, she was stunned when I told her it was rude. Then her child came crawling around under our table. Too much. Again, no waitress to manage the floor.

Might be a hipster millennial family place. To me, just ok.

If you are looking for a nice place to eat then let me tell you that I had an incredible experience in Havana Grill . Everything was perfect: the attentions, the music, the people and last but no least the food was incredibly delicious. I can tell that this is my favorite place to eat and I hope that everyone can enjoy it like I did. !!!!!

Food was good...but I am still shocked they charged me $5 for 5 pieces of yuca frita. Also irritating was ordering 2 sandwiches and an entree, driving away and discovering there was only one sandwich in the bag.
