Most pathetic customer service i have ever gone through, no proper process knowledge on the requirement for international payment. They will get the money and keep with them and revert back in a month. I have been harassed for my payment for two months with more than 10 calls and end number of emails. No one will bother about calling you back or will provide you a proper update. A ticket will be raised which will close stating no further service is required.

Worst experience they are playing while people is taking typing test specially Kavya HR does not know how to behave with new candidate.

Company is reviewed based on the HR discipline but she doesn't know how to treat the people.
But I love PayPal like to join the company.

Pathetic website and pathetic support. Worthless as a company in India. Literally have no idea how to operate in a country outside of their home market of US. Should go back and leave India and stop doing business when they don't know how to

Paypal is worst service for cross border, they keep payment for hold for long time,and there is no guarantee , money will be credited,no proper customer support to call,no proper service ,one of the worst service.

Worst experience with individual account, am not able to pay through visa debit card

Paypal is a fraud company, the sellers are fraud, they take money but donot deliver the service.. I need my money back..

One of the most beautiful offices in the country. Truly a state of art facility with 6 floors. Reception is on the second floor, pool table and Foosball on third. TT tables on each floor. Has a music room. An incubator on the second floor and a lot of space dedicated to collaboration.

Don't know anything much. But the campus is like one of the top infrastructure in Bangalore

I am seriously offended by how Paypal India ignores their customers. Paypal which is known for customer first has finally adopted the Indian standard of working. I have been trying to contact you guys and it seems everything is in vain. Over 30 minutes wasted and nothing ever came out of it. Chat support doesn't work, phone they won't pick and emails are always delayed.

Good facilities and parking for visitors can be better

One of the worst interview experience ever. Had been there once and witnessed a worst biased interview. More importantly, they don t hire experienced candidates and they just hire young girls who are just out of the college . Interviewer who interviewed me kept ask asking irrelevant questions just to make sure I didn t get shortlisted! Would have given negative ratings if there was an option

Worst experience with Web site no reply from customer support from one month some payment are in hold and some payment showing transferred to account but not received.

Very bad experience.....Does PayPal India Team alive..? I have Created Business Account on 26 July, submitted documents... till that date, team is reviewing for Account Limitation query issue, as on 21 August 2019, there is no any response, I think not even take a pain to review documents, every time when I ask (6 Tele Followups & 2 Email Complaints raised), a typical reply is "It is under review, we will resolve in few days"...... I am sure Management is not looking to Turn Over Around Time data of "Resolving Issues", that might be a reason for having such Unprofessional attitude inside PayPal India.

Paypal is worst service to use for cross boarder transfers, better cryptocurrency, they charge 5% they are keeping funds in wallet for a long time and there are some cases of stealing also, it sucks

One of the most messed up customer services ever. Don't trust on any word they say all are lies.. they will promise you for refund they will ask you to put money from your pocket and return the product but don't do because you are not gonna get any proper support from them. They will bail when the part of refund comes. And the communication gap is so bad that each time you call up. You have to educate them over and over again. Some understand and give you fake promises and some totally deny that they had promised something like that. They always support the fraud people and fake sellers. Never us. Feel cheated by PayPal

Dear small businesses, never go with Paypal if you want to receive international payments.

If your customer or original card holder charge back, your Paypal account goes to negative balance until you pay it from your pocket.

It doesn't matter if you have already given the services to the customer and uploaded the necessary documents, the dispute always goes in the favor of buyer.

Worst policy and business model ever...

PayPal India is blessing for their employees. Those who are working here knows it's values. Not only good pay but it helps us with so many benefits. PayPal India operates in International Standard. Moreover, the work environment and office atmosphere is superb. Proud to be a PayPalian.

The most pathetic service in the Indian payments facilitator industry. From the point of view of convenience, PayPal adds a step to your transaction that could have been done directly, taking even more time to process. Even the cashback offers are a rip off. I have never received a genuine cashback from PayPal. Their schemes suck big time. Their coupons vanish owing to technical glitches. I believe that this is no competition to Indian companies like PayTM and PhonePe, which are more transparent and fair in their deals. Go back, Paypal! You don't deserve this market.

Not good for job seekers who has attitude of growing with organization, earning daily bread.

PayPal is the worst service in India. I have purchased some medicine through Medlife and pay through PayPal . The purchase is under review and keep on pending after I repeatedly email and call them that to release the money to Medlife. The customer care is least bothered about your problem and to call customer care you have to wait for hours to get connected. Please don t get tempted by the advertising of PayPal and the offer they make.

Its a great place to work .....surprisingly i have never seen any customer care or support service....its a great place for the employess but not for the customers....no choice but to give one star
