Not bad, but with better management it could be good. We were there 2 weeks and the hot tub was only hot 2 nights. Pull throughs are very tight. The first week was next to the front drive and very noisy. The space was so tight I had to angle I. To avoid running over the waste access. Not a problem for me, but the manager gave me grief. I had 2 other guys guide me and all agreed it was the only way to park it. I measured the space and it confirmed it, but the manager was very rude and said he didn't care about the measurements, it would fit.
There are many things to do there and location is good. Too bad a few workers there make it go from a good rating to a marginal one

Excellent park. Managers, Rob & Carrie do a great job of keeping all events and everday operations running smoothly. Many improvements since last year. We love it here so much that we have decided to live here full time year round.

It was my first time at Casa Grande RV Resort & Co...

It was my first time at Casa Grande RV Resort & Cottages and I was so impressed! The grounds are beautiful and there is an abundance of activities and wonderful amenities! They have an amazing billiards room with professional pool tables and daily tournaments and the billiards room is gorgeous! There's pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffle board, ping pong, darts, bean bag toss, jenga, bingo, music jams, sewing class, poker, cribbage, low impact aerobics and my personal favorite water zumba, so fun!!! Both pools are heated above 80 degrees and the jacuzzi is wonderful too. On Wednesdays they have a wonderful complimentary BBQ for registered guests, but you have to sign-up in advance and you have a choice of a brat, marinated chicken breast or hamburger! They have scheduled events such as Murder Mysteries, Holiday Dinners, Potlucks, Entertainers, Dances, Theme Parties and much more!

The management and staff are top notch. They all work very hard sun-up to sundown! They make sure that each and every guest is satisfied. Folks are already scheduling for next season now. I highly recommend this resort to snowbirds, couples and families. You won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work Casa Grande! We will be back! Rob, Carrie, Wendy, Brenda, Randy, Shane, Darcy and all those who make this resort run smoothly, your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. Congratulations on being one of the most friendly, most happening RV Resorts in Casa Grande, Arizona!

We would like to complain about the size of rock in the sites .Also the 19 cent plus kw hours electric we have to pay .Icalled and the city charges 11 to 12 cent per kw hour. Other parks in Casa Grande charge 10 to 15 cents. It seems like a rip off to us.

We stayed in February and March. It was one of the only places in Phoenix area that would allow children. Our site was plenty wide and deep for our 43' toy hauler with side patio. The pools were warm and clean. The laundry room was always clean and the washers and dryers worked great. The library had a wonderful selection of books. We enjoyed all the activities and would definately go back. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were probably my favorite part of our stay. Lots of fabulous people stay at this resort during the winter. Most people seemed to enjoy our kids and seeing them out and about on their bikes and at the pools.

After reviewing the resort amenities, especially the dog park we reserved the month of Feb. They do have some perks that are enticing, e.g. the waffle and orange juice free breakfasts Monday-Friday, a free BBQ on Wednesdays and the stated Pickleball, Bocci ball courts, pool and game rooms. However, in my experience the restrooms are overrated and the staff did not consider us to "be always right." We had the unfortunate experience of being placed next to someone who worked 6 days a week, leaving at 5 AM running a diesel motor for 15-20 min. while loading boxes(unknown contents) loudly during the running time and returning usually 7:30 or after 11 PM. Quiet time was not observed and it disturbed our sleep and our puppy. We asked for another site and were told the worker "has to go to work". Usually I was not able to go back to sleep as the disturbance. I also suggested their site should have been one that did not have such close proximity to the adjoining camper on truck side. There were several in the park that fit that description.
Several site were observed to be empty at times before another camper arrived and I felt it was someone needed a turn to reside next to this camper, perhaps those staying only 2-3 days. In the last week the worker switched to a gas truck/borrowed?, and was somewhat quieter loading. I requested the loading be done during daylight hours: that never happened.
When I reserved, I ask specifically about the dog park, off leash and fencing was assured. There was no mention that it had a retention pond in the middle which took up most of the ground leaving only a walking path on the perimeter. The water depth of about 1 foot was almost was dry in 2 weeks, but a new rain made it again unusable for our puppy, a water lover. We walked her to the city dog park daily so she was free to run. This was a HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT. Their online site is definitely misleading. We have been to 5 star parks, labeled 10/10/10 and this one does not qualify in our estimation.
I hope this is helpful for the staff in the future in selecting a site for those who "have to work such unusual hours."
This park has great potential, the staff was mostly friendly but not accommodating for us. We look forward to recovering from the sleep deprivation at our next truly seasoned 5 STAR park in Tucson of which we are familiar.

Nice park fairly well kept up except wash machines were filthy with a lot of hair in them, when pointed out to the maintenance staff they have the deer in the headlight look so we clean them ourselves. Nice people who rent RV spaces management staff is rude including maintenance manager jumping off his golf cart taking his shirt off and getting into a tenant face ready to fight over a question, Maybe he was just having a bad day.

This resort is amazing. New management has stepped up and are making this place feel like home. Diana and Felix are top notch and hard working. The grounds crew are working at 4:30 AM when we are walking our dogs. The resort offers everything: Pools, pickleball, basketball, shuffle board, billards room and horse shoes. Two dog parks with plenty of running room. Two areas to BBQ with family and friends. A massive clubhouse with complimentary breakfast. Guest generated dinners with special events. We've been here since January and the renovations and improvements have been non-stop.
We love it here. You will not be disappointed.

Went here and paid for 7 days.the afternoon on the second day we got a phone call and had to head home. Went to the office and told then and they said they would refund the balance. Told them my buddy was staying 2 more days could you take 2 days of my refund and credit him and then refund the balance. Well they gave my buddy 2 day credit but screwed me out of the other 2 days. No refund. So you won't see me ever there again

Stayed here for month while looking for a home after moving across the country. The staff and maintenance crew were always very friendly. The pool accommodations were wonderful as well as a full laundry room on site. They also offer a small dog park as well.

I'm not sure if I should tell you how great this place is. Because if I do, then it might be booked up next time I want to come here!!

But seriously, two heated pools, pickleball courts, plenty of space for the spots and super nice people!!

Sandy and I were quite pleased with our stay except for one problem, listed below. The management was very friendly and easy with which to discuss and work. The site was level and had a nice concrete patio pad, but the site was otherwise all gravel. We probably will stay here again in the future, maybe even rent a spot for the entire year.
However, even though they have multiple antenna poles with separate routers, don't expect to actually do anything on their WiFi network, if you are even able to log in. It was common for us to click a button on a site and wait one to two minutes before there was any response. Usually a site would time-out before the CG Network would send our packet. I lost my network connection multiple times. That is pretty frustrating when you are in the middle of a pretty important e-mail response.....
I am writing this review from the Public Library in downtown Casa Grande. Its WifFi works great. I suggest you plan to drive down to the library if you actually want to connect to the internet.....

A very nice park! The staff is working hard to create community for long term guests, yet it is also welcoming for a short term stay. It is a relatively family friendly resort, though the playground is in an odd spot. We also encountered a few older folks who would do better in one of the MANY 55 & older parks. (If you don't like kids, don't stay here! There are lots of other parks where kids are not welcome.) Generally though, most folks were very nice. The Wi-Fi was pretty weak & cell service is poor.

Nice park with a great laundry and fitness center. Very quiet park. Very well maintained! Extremely polite lady in the office. Close to everything that you want to eat or shop. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because they have a so called free wifi in the park and we never were able to connect to it, despite being parked next to 1 of the boxes. We would stay again, though. We stayed for a week, in our 5th wheel.

To continue my fiances review.... They royally screwed us over and finally found a way to get us out of the park, even though we did not do anything wrong while staying here. We are quiet, respectful residents just trying to save to buy land of our own and for some reason they would not give us a break. I asked the manager for the owners number, before she gave me the number she grunted and let out a big sigh. We Called the owner and left a voicemail and he never called us back. He was absolutely no help and it showed that he doesn't care how the managers treat there guest. We will never come back here and we will be sure to spread the word to our friends, family, and others about our horrible experience here. This place would have been a perfect home for us if there was more accepting, open minded, and polite management running things.

Happened upon this place with a failed stay in Mesa. Management was super so we stayed the season. As I sit here after the season and read some reviews, it makes me laugh at some of the ratings. While you can t please all of the people all of the time. You can please most.
While some can t really back up their units with good results, there was staff that would assist or even put it in your site for you. All because they want you to have a great stay.
And while you may have stay a short stay and the hot tub or the pool wasn t up to standards. You don t always know what s going on behind the scenes. Like urine. Bathing soaps. Dogs. Yes dogs. Sun screens that aren t washed off before entering the waters. Though signage is in place. And outside rinse stations provided. People adjusting the temperatures because they are either too hot or too cold. These issues do cause equipment problems or water quality problems. I m glad they get closed when things are not 100%.
Shirts don t come off under any circumstances. Even if after telling you it s not the power pedestal isn t the issue. We have these units and beat them up and down the road. We use them try to maintain them. It worked last week or even yesterday. It has to be your fault. Only to find out after calling a mobile repair. Oops it is my unit. Let s try not to be that person that can t understand that this management isn t the enemy. They are only trying to help you have a great stay.
When you find out how enjoyable this Resort can be and want to stay longer than you assured the front office you wanted to stay. Even then, though they are booked solid. Even then they will do their best to extend your stay. Now you may have to move a time or even two but remember they asked you how long you wanted to stay in the beginning.
So to all of the staff at Casa Grande RV Resort
I say thank you for a great season.

This is our second visit to this park as we were here 3 years ago. We like it so much we want to return again in 3 years (we alternate our winters FL., TX, AZ.) It is a great park. The staff go out of their way to make it an awesome place to winter. There is something for everyone should they decide to take part. The owner of the park puts money back in his park with free breakfasts daily as well as a free cookout lunch weekly. Once a month is a fun day with free snacks and beer along with fun games. Only a few park models as most of the folks own rv's. We met a lot of nice campers. There seems to be younger campers here which we liked. I believe this is the best RV park we have found in the 7 years of wintering down south.

This was our second year spending the month of February at this park. It is one of the friendliest places on earth! Rob and Carrie are great people and we have found they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. .Facilities are very clean, free waffle breakfasts, coffee all day long and lots of suppers, cookouts and activities.

We stayed at this RV park winter of 2018 and Dec - Mar. 2019. The park conditions have continually deteriorated. Pool(s) not functioning much of the time. Wifi was barely usable. Weeds were growing everywhere, including foxtail weeds in the dog park. We were especially "turned off" by managers. They were rude, and extremely negative to us once we contacted the owner and voiced our concerns. The owner showed up to a huge audience of campers/RV 'ers. The owner addressed our concerns in a very positive manner, but the pool, weeds and general appearance/cleanliness did not improve. We hated to leave our friends we had met over the last two seasons, but we couldn't take the hostile attitude the managers showed to us. Unfortunately the park is not following their mission statement, "the guest is always right". "If you think the guest is wrong, read Rule One again".
If your looking for a trailer park this may be your place. But, if you are looking for an RV resort, avoid Casa Grande RV "resort".

Pull-through full hookup site was very tight, our neighbors were right on top of us. Rocks in site were extremely deep and our RV almost got stuck. The main bathroom smelled like poop for the entire week that we stayed. TIP: Use the restrooms near the pool. Shower rooms need stools for personal items as well as soap dishes. Good fitness center and billiards room. Free wifi was terrible but our AT&T hotspot worked well. Lots of guest activities such as movie night and card games. Bottled water machines for 25 cents per gallon were nice. We also enjoyed the heated pools. Friendly office staff.

Not bad at first glance. Cottage was new, amenities were good, pool is open all night. Unfortunately we had an issue with bugs. Once we brought our belongings inside (no food) I noticed a busy trail of ants going from the sliding door to the kitchen cabinet. Tracing them back you can clearly see they get in from the damaged baseboard near the door. The same was true of the baseboard in the bathroom only it wasn t ants, but a centipede 4 long! It crawled out from the baseboard in the bathroom and back underneath out of sight. The wood in both places is warped by what appears to be water damage which is letting the pests in. Other than that our stay was fine. Property management got a little annoying about no parking areas even though there were no signs indicating parking was not permitted and it was off season and not busy at all, but other staff members were pleasant and accommodating.

Excellent RV park. We had one of the itinerant spaces and was a tight squeeze for a larger coach. It didn't help that we had one of the few trees in site that interfered with our slide. 2 pools and hot tub but the tub was just pool warm. Some of the long term residents we talked to said that it hasn't been hot in quite while. Laundry was clean and had a lot of machines but not enough for all the people there. Lots of other amenities such as bocci ball court and several pickle ball courts. Dances, dinners and lots of things to do. This would be a nice place for a longer term stay.

My husband and I love love loved his park. We came toward the end of the season so we were there when it was hopping and then when it was clearing out. It is definitely one of the best we have stayed at. Yes the rock was a little thick in some places but I will take that over the little pieces of gravel that get caught in your shoes and you track in. The pools are awesome. Very well maintained and during the season very busy. The shower rooms and restrooms are very very clean. The laundry room is very nice and well maintained. There are more washers/dryers in there than some laundromats I have been to along the way. There are plenty for everyone. The staff is/was always friendly, kind and willing to help. We stayed at this park for 2 months and the majority of that time I stayed there alone and I felt very safe. I would recommend this park to all. Happy travels.

First of all, the negative review about this place...

First of all, the negative review about this place must be omitted completely. They work so hard to make everyone have a great experience, and the amenities are first class. We have traveled with our two kids 11, 15 and in 84 parks in two years, this one is top three. Free pancakes/waffles every morning, pools always sparkling clean, pickelball courts first class, pool tables galore (first class and kept that way, covered after every use). They are up at the crack of 4am quietly working to get things ready for residents and its true the bad elements are chased off, probably leaving bad reviews. In two years, I never got yelled at for speeding in parks - tonight was the first time and I deserved it. Not going to complain about it, I promptly apologized. If you want a great park, great wide parking lanes, great space and Rob and his wife who are GREAT people that work way harder than they get credit for, this is the place. If I could pick a place to be a permanent resident, this is the park. Great job guys!
