This is an incredible place. The people and amenities are really excellent. Came for a week, changed it to 3 months and are now annual residents. Made all these decisions within the first month. That is a common story here. People come and visit and end up buying.

I would like to start off by saying that this is a beautiful park with tons of amenities and great pricing in Casa Grande, but the management is discriminating, unprofessional, and very very rude. My Fiance and I moved in the middle of May, checking in with Diane was a breeze, very fast and she was very nice and helpful. Two weeks later the management of the park came to our door saying we needed to put up skirting on our camper because he didnt like the way it looked and didnt approve of our set up. As you know skirting is expensive and they did not mention any of this when we moved in. Three days passed by and he gave us a letter saying we needed to leave the park because we didnt get the skirting done in three days. I tried talking to him explaining that we showed his wife pictures of our camper and set up before we moved in and she said it was not a problem. I also mentioned that other campers in the park had similar set ups like ours and i didnt understand why we were the only people being singled out in the park that needed to invest in skirting. He then got upset, talked over me and wasn't allowing me to finish any of my sentences and told us he could kick us out whenever he wanted without any notice. We felt they were singling us out. I was only expressing myself and I felt like he was attacking me. I feel they were bullying us because my Fiance and I are a young gay couple. Not a lot of young people live here. Long story short. My fiance and I were stressing because they told us we had to leave their park and we had no where to go on such short notice. So we decided to write a review on our final days expressing how we were treated and how we felt like we were disresepected and bullied by the management. Later that evening the Managers wife came banging on our door at 8pm, yelling at us and pointing her finger in our faces saying she knew we wrote that review and we shouldn't have done that because she knows people.. We werent 100% sure what she was rambling about. When we tried talking to her asking her to please talk to us with respect she continuously kept talking over us, repeating herself and yelling at us like we were children. Her and her husband were clearly not on the same page, we told her what instructions her husband gave us as far as the skirting, the bricks our camper was on, and our sewage line. On top of that he wanted us to spray paint around the tires of our camper. She clearly had no clue what her husband had said to us and she just kept on telling us we were liars that he never said that. Mind you She was never present when her husband came and talked to us. She told us to come into her office the next morning so we could all sit down and talk. We went in the next morning, and they told us we could stay at their park and they would put up our skirting for FREE if we took down that review. We came to an agreement and we believed that we were on good terms and took the review down that day. A month went by and they never put up the skirting like they said they would. When we would go pay rent they would tell us they have been busy but they would get to it soon, still isnt done til this day. Everytime we would go in to pay rent they would ask us if we were going to sign the year lease and if we do we need to let her know by September. August comes, we go in to pay our rent and we also tell them we want to sign the year lease. She then told us that they didnt have contracts for the year leases but she's "CAPPED OUT" anyways. She never mentioned that there was a limit, all she said was to decide by September and also told us that she rented our spot to someone else in December. Apparently it was in there system that we were leaving in December but we never talked about that because they knew from the start we were going to sign the year lease. Nothing is ever set in stone here, they are constantly changing the rules.

Nice place. Roomy RV spaces. Lots of activities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Offer great dinners twice a week for a nominal fee, waffles, coffee and OJ weekday mornings and picnic lunch once a week at no cost.
Best RV park we have visited. Would highly recommend it.

I well start my saying my stay was not like the review I read befor I went there.
THE POOLS AND HOT TUB, tHE WATER WERE MILKER YOU COULD NOT SEE THE BOTTOM OF THEM EVEN IN THE 3 FOOT one pool the heater did not work and didn't for our stay. the hot tub one side the jets were not working the controls were all taps up. and I don't think that the heater was working either because I have a hot tub my self and I keep it on 104 all the time and I can stay in it for a long time . There was so hot that I could not even sit. AND THEIR POWER IN THE PARK WAS LOW I COULD NOT RUN MY 50 amps. THE MANGER KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS MY COACH AND MY COACH IS FINE . I think the review that I read must be all old because it is nothing like what I read , and for people whom would like some rest away from yelling keds this is also not the please . I love my kids and grandkids but I also like to get away from them once in awhile. I CLOUD GO ON WITH MORE THINGS BUT I WELL STOP HERE IF YOU CHANG IT AND GO THERE GOOD LUCK

This place is OK, but not great. We stayed here ...

This place is OK, but not great. We stayed here in Feb 2018. We have a 40 foot motorhome with a small towed car. For the first week of our two week stay we were in Site #199 right at the entrance. It was VERY noisy with road noise and trucks entering and leaving. After our first night we requested to be moved to a quieter site, which the manager was able to do for our second week. (We were in Site #332 which was nice and quiet.) The other problem with Site #199 is that there is some kind of waste pipe sticking up out of the ground in exactly the wrong spot. We had to park our 40 foot motorhome in a wonky way to avoid it. We voiced this concern to the manager's husband. He came to look at how we were parked, and instead of saying, "Gee, that is tight, but I think you'll be okay" or something like that, he gruffly told us, "I don't care what your measurements are, you wouldn't have hit the pipe, you didn't have to worry about it" and he actually bitched at my husband for "complaining about it in the office in front of our other guests." If we had had another option for an RV park in the Casa Grande, Phoenix or Tucson area at that point we would have left, but we didn't, so we stayed.

As for the rest of the features, the sites are all gravel. Unfortunately, the gravel was placed on the dirt with no traffic bond underneath, so the stones get mushed into the dirt when it gets wet. The pull through sites are very narrow with few trees or bushes and the bushes that are there frequently get in the way of slides. Most of the back-in sites seem wide enough. The wi-fi is very spotty and only works about 65% of the time. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained, but the hot tub was cold on several occasions. One night it was padlocked with no sign indicating when it would reopen. The laundry facilities are clean, but there is no change machine. You have to get quarters from the office which closes at 4 p.m. and is only open two hours on Sundays. There is a nice fenced off-leash dog run area (50 ft x 150 ft), but any rain turns it to mud. Be prepared for a muddy dog. There are lots of social activities, bocce ball and pickle ball courts. There are free waffles, coffee and juice every morning and cookouts on other nights. Water pressure is fine. There are recycling bins for paper and cardboard only, not for glass, plastic or even aluminum cans.
