Hotel Amar Yatri Niwas Review

Everything is good, specially gm to all staff are very good.

Stayed here for one night.Good ambience.Neat and clean rooms.Good room service.Decent parking space in front of the hotel.I have given one star less for the size of the rooms which are a bit small.Hotel is VFM

Has to climb downstairs to enter the hotel. Restaurant is in the first floor with no lift facility.

Overall Ok, A value for money hotel.
Location is great.
It is about Between 5 - 6 km from Agra Cantt railway station and 2 km from the Taj Mahal.

Room size too small., you can't even move in the room freely.
Bathroom is also very small.

Because Location , rooms are good , but staff behaviour and esp reception area is very bad .

Average budget hotel rooms are small and not clean enough. Limited breakfast option

everything was gud but i was having issue vth dusting ..room was not so clean and i informed them so many times bt they haven't gave any response rest food and price was gud

Very good place to stay near Tajmahal. Good and hygienic rooms, co-operative staff and affordable rate makes this hotel one of the best stay options in Agra.

An overpriced, dodgy mid-range hotel in stinking, horrible Agra. It's not far from the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, but further from the stations. You'd have to get autos or taxis everywhere in Agra anyway, so location isn't really a selling point. Most importantly, a dodgy chicken curry in the hotel restaurant gave me food poisoning for a week. At one point I thought I'd never pass solids again. Only some broad spectrum antibiotics/antiprotozoics from a back street doctor in Delhi were able to sort me out.

I like this hotel very much. Rooms are clean and AC is available. Looking wise it is very good. It is about 5 km from Agra Cannt railway station and 3 km from Taj Mahal. It is on the national high way. Easy to locate. Hotel staff are good. I will go again this hotel if I go Agra next time. I will recommend this hotel for family or couple or anyone. Lift facility and restaurant is available. Pizza hut and Dominos are nearby.

Rooms are darker, light is not bright. Reception area is also not so welcoming better to choose some else

Stayted one night using Oyo Rooms. Straight road from the train station and walkable distance to the Taj Mahal from this place. A lot of restaurants, hotels and eating joints around.

Nice place.It is located in the main road.
Best part is Costa coffee and Pizza hut.These two are just next to hotel.

Its a budget hotel with moderate facilities. Hotel could have been managed little better with humble approach of staff and cleaning.

Rooms was awesome. All things was good. Most recommended place in agra to stay near all attractions. Tajmahal is nearby on kind of walking distance. Lokesh was very helpful for all the things. Handled very professionally.

Value for money hotel in Agra. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Good thing about it is the location. Taj Mahal and Agra Fort is less than 2 kms away from this place. We paid 1600 bucks for a night with breakfast which is not bad. There is no dedicated parking but security is helpful to find a good spot for you. Also there is bigger hotel of the same group next to it where they can arrange parking in case you are not happy. Buffet breakfast starts at 7 a.m and has basic spread.

Hello travellers please never use this hotel even if its last hotel in Agra. I am submitting several points for this hotel then you people(s) understand about the management of Amar Yatri Niwas and Hotel Amar ( just next 100 mtrs from Amar Yatri Niwas) both hotels are of same owner, So as per my experience i myself loved to travel so me and my spouse went Agra then we booked Mughal Suit at Amar Yatri Niwas.
There we meet Mr. Lokesh Raghuvanshi who attend us at reception we booked Mughal Suit for two of us i asked him about the charge he told me 3000 bucks after some nego. it cost my around 2500 indian rupees which is ok for me.
My room was 320 on third floor right behind the lift next to stairs the was small no ventilation in the room.
Air condition always make noise(gadhgadh) floor paper was messy dirty so much, in bathroom no ventilation so you guys can think how smelly it may look. At time of check out they dont provide us bill and POS machine was not working.
So please dont do mistake which i could done.
Avoid Hotel Amar Yatri Niwas and Hotel Amar.

Refund policy is fake and these people lie that they will refund the amount. We have cancelled the reservation but our cancellation amount is not paid since 3 months inspite of calling them hundreds of times money is not refunded. We are extremely disappointed with management.

The beds were not freshly made and the towels used. In addition, crumbs were everywhere around. Shampoo and soap were already used. Unfortunately super unhygienic. The restaurant was very cheap with very good food.

Good value for money. Working WiFi and a set of toiletry items in India is rare at this price.

Nice place and centerly located. Good rooms and facilities. But poor room service.

Phone connection, hot water availability were all messed up. Didn't like the hospitality. Wont recommend it.

The room smelled of smoke, the toilet was dirty, so we first cleaned it ourselves. We are used to a lot, but were here with hygiene spray on the way. The laundry room has spoken volumes ... dirty, messy and moldy. We did not want to go to the restaurant ... the Costa Coffee and Pizza Hut around the corner saved us in this regard

Good hotel to stay.... Hygienic as well as good rooms and in budget

A Very Good hotel at first look but a lots of faults, like the toilet doesn't work properly. When water drains through bath tub, it comes out through the other drain in the toilet. The worst problems of all the water tastes like sewage water. Also there is no hot water in all times only in the morning.

I was there with my family between 25th and 26th of December. Rooms were not clean, service was terrible. Front desk was totally unprofessional. Even if someone avail it by mistake, please double-check final bill

An average budget hotel. Nothing special.. not worth for money..

Budget hotel. Reasonably priCed menu in restaurant MEHFIL. Good staff.

Situated on the Mall Road, it is close to the expressway, Railway Station and the Taj Mahal. Parking is very limited, no Valet Parking. Service is excellent. The manager, Mr. Lokesh is very professional and well spoken. Overall a decent experience for the price paid.

Rooms are cleans, beds are not. Cleanliness needs to improve

Very small rooms and galleries but well maintained. It has costa coffees outlet so it compensates every other thing for me
