I wasted four hours today driving to NJ for a car they PROMISED was on the lot, and then later claimed it was "at the shop, because it didn't pass inspection". The sales man even admitted that the company was unethical, and claimed he was just doing his job, he was a middle man. CROOKS and FRAUDS. DO NOT GO.
Today was a very exhausting day. After searching for my 2017 MB E300 Shaquille was a amazing guy and made my day. It wasn t a easy deal but these guys were awesome. I will be back for a upgrade.
I had a brief conversation through email with one of the salesmen. He wasn't helpful at all, and failed to answer any of the questions i asked him about the vehicle, then later followed up a few days later saying the vehicle was sold.
On September 6th, I went to 21Century Auto looking for a particular car. Once I got there they no longer had the vehicle, however they had a large selection of luxury cars, all in excellent condition.
With so many choices, it wasn't difficult to find a car that I liked. Now it just came down to price!! So after some intense negotiations, we made a deal.
After doing further research (feeling like they got the best of me ), I realized that the car was priced just right.
Overall, great vehicle selection, friendly staff, and priced just right.
Even threw in a spare key as part of the deal (Thanks Dennis)
I purchase my c200 recently, my salesperson was Garry, and I must say this is by far the best experience purchasing a vehicle, he was so nice, professional and attentive, I would definitely purchase my future vehicles with him and from this dealership!!!!
Pathetic ! They are scammers! Make you sign papers without even looking at it. Tell you the rate only after everything is done. On top it the cars they carry are in a pathetic condition! Complete fraudsters , especially the manager. Only if you want to be swindled would I recommend this business for you. This showroom must be shutdown . Never ever do business with them! The whole process is absolutely the way to buy a car. At 21st Century Auto Group you look for cars at your own time and you don't have to feel rushed or hassled with salesmen. Denis was absolutely great, no rushing at all, he goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciate. I got my 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-550 and couldn't be happier. No heat! And no HVAC crew outside working to repair it. The ownership clearly does not care customers have to sit around waiting for an approval in the freezing cold. And to reinforce the owner has no compassion for people, I heard a manager tell an applicant it's every Saturday no breaks. That is a big disrespect for the work family ballace. I thought about myself. What about single fathers who gets their kids once a month? They are just supposed to stop being a father so a businessman can maximize profits? They have a bad reputation for additional dealership fees exceeding $2500. So I would like to give my money to someone who cares. 1 star for an owner who has no compassion for his fellow man. It was freezing in there girl at the front desk looked like she was working outside.
21 Century is the best dealership I have dealt with by far! The service department is top knotch and offers professional service. They answered all of my questions and really knew what they were talking about. I went to this dealership with my daughter and she enjoyed the complimentary beverages and nice waiting room while I handeled all of the paperwork. The finance department was speedy and didnt hold us up longer then needed. Like others, I compared prices online while in the dealership and the vehicle I was interested in, priced the best here at 21. I want to take a moment to thank Craig and the nice secretary, Stephanie that set up my appointment and made sure everything ran smoothly. I am very satisfied and wouldnt hesitate to recommend others to this dealership as well.

I have been shopping online looking at inventory for quite some time period I spoke to a sales receptionist this morning at 10:00 a.m. advising her of 3 specific stock numbers I was intrested in purchasing she told me she knew exactly which vehicles I was looking for and set me up with an appointment, When I showed up for my appointment my salesman arrogantly told me ohhh we don't have any of those left. On an all around note it appears that nobody at this dealership cares they just want to get you in the door and sell you whatever they want not what you need

For starter customer service was okay. When it came down to actually purchasing a vehicle there were a million and one unnecessary and unfair eligibilites for a rebate and if you aren t eligible there are fees for that. If you aren t a college graduate for the past 12 month it s a fee, if u aren t in the military it s a fee, if u didn t buy a vehicle from them for the pass thee years it s a fee, ridiculous!!! When speaking about the price of the vehicle our salesperson was very judgmental, without asking if we were eligible for any of the rebate he told us he knows we re not qualified for anything. It was very a humiliating experience. Please save yourself and don t waste your time going there it s not worth it.
And one more thing that s worth mentioning, We specifically called about a vehicle we were interested in buying drove 1.5 hours just to be told it s sold after being told over the phone it was in stock. Our salesperson told us and I quote him we don t take off the cars that are sold from the website we leave it there to attract customers FAKE ADVERTISING!!!

Never go to this shop. All their reviews which are 5 star are fake. We saw a post of Lexus IS 350 of 27k. When we reached the car had a sticker of 38k. The dealer didn t know about the other cars or any basic knowledge of the cars. Some cars with 50k miles on the mmmm has more price than the new one. The dealer was forcing deals on you like you have done mistake coming here and wasting their. Also I will report this page to google for putting fake reviews.
I thought I was the only unlucky one here. So I guess their fake inventory picture are all clickbates. First time called for a cls63 they told me they had it still for sale , went there and all of a sudden it got sold. Second time not far ago they had a mercedes e550 coupe and they did the same thing , they made me fly before they closed up the dealership , as the last appointment. I asked them are you sure its still available , the person was like, we are waiting for you , the car is here. After a 1 hr drive flying , the sale person shows me a piece of small board which you can write and erase the black marker easy that the car was sold in the morning and the guy on the phone didn't have any update. If you don't have info why the hell are still getting paid... let me guess thats what your superiors told you. Worse dealership.
This is by far the best dealership ive been to. Buying a used car is like walk a park (literally). And my sales rep Billah was so informed about the vehicle. He even went the extra mile in getting me under the retail value and keeping my monthly payment way under what i expected it to be. Im so glad i chose this dealership. True definition of Swindlers! Bait and Switch on not just one, but 2 cars! Submitted credit app for the 2015 maserati ghibli sq4 that was supposedly still in stock! Pre-approved with 0 down, ready to go, but they kept telling me just come to the dealer to finalize, they wont do it over the phone, which was odd to me because i wanted to make one trip to pick it up and be done. I live over an hour away. But i wanted to see the vehicle first hand anyway. I get there, and the same car that was in stock yesterday, is magically damaged by a test drive and a few days prior according to the salesman and no longer there. So, they of course have other vehicles to show me in the white on red leather color option. Turns out they have the exact model and color option but a year older (2014). I figured i would take a look. I liked it just the same and i figured i would get a better deal on price because of the one year difference and purchase an extended warranty. Here is the fun part, the cars is suddenly $8k more than the NEWER model because (according to them) a 7k mileage difference. How convenient for them, but the factory warranty would be up in a few months, as opposed to the originally posted vehicle, that was $8k cheaper that had a year and half left! (Maserati factory warranty is a big deal!) What they did not know was that i inquired about the same model car, in a black color option the same week, two days prior, and called ahead for both cars availability which was confirmed. So i switched over and said, fine, i will just take the black and red leather option instead (2014 also). The black option was the same year, model, very close in mileage, just black exterior as the current vehicle they were attempting to sell me at a $8k increase, and was 500 cheaper than the white 2015 i submitted the application for, It turns out of courseeeeeee, that its not available. Wasn't sold, just not there. Again, how convenient. I told them, i will take any option at either of the LISTED prices. They said fine, the 2014 white option we will see what we can do to match the price, (if they would have came down half way on the 8k to 4k, i would of taken it, and given a down payment on the 4 to cover the difference from my submitted application amount. However, from there, my already approved application, turns into, i need to have a cosigner and i quote "SIGNIFICANT DOWN PAYMENT" to get approved. Anyone who knows cars, if you not putting $10k or better down, your wasting your money (range of value of course affects this) unless that 50 to 100 a month reallyyy makes a difference to you. Once i said id put a max $2k down, they said Im denied, and i need a co signer. (I make over $100K a year and have over 700 credit score).The loan amount was for $37k! I laughed, grabbed my license, and told them to have a nice day!!! NEVER GO TO THIS BAIT AND SWITCH CHOP SHOP!

Drove 2 hours after being told a specific car was on the lot and that she was looking at the vehicle. Show up and it's not there and the excuse is the person on the phone works at an outside place.
See other comparable cars and price is non negotiable BUT add close to 4K$ if you are not a college grad within 12 mon, a veteran, active military plus another 900 destination fee for a car on the lot.
DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Don't usually write reviews but thought this place actually deserved one. Great place to purchase used high-end cars. They have a lot to chose from, they don't budge so easily when negotiating but my husband and I left the lot pretty satisfied with the deal as they worked as best they could with our budget. Good overall service, don't have much to complain about besides that minor defects that come along with purchasing a used car. Genuinely satisfied, will definitely recommend.

I bought my car last Sunday 2016 and was assisted by Oscar. He was amazing. This was not our first dealership that my husband and I went to but it was our last because of William. He was not over whelming and was sincerely interested in what I wanted.
He was not about just making the sale. Oscar gave us space when he saw we needed it and never felt suffocating. He also stayed in communication with me all week while setting up various appointments with me for part and services department. We made the deal and Oscar even got our car clean and ready to go before Finance.
Run run run from this place they advertised 2 cars that never existed and after I drove down in the snow and sleet for an hour they tried to bait and scam me for a more expensive car with more miles.... after reading all of the negative reviews and the lawsuits I am so glad I ran from this place... life is to short to have people like this in your life !!!!
We got our used car we wanted at the price we wanted -- without the stress. John was there to help from beginning through to the end. He did a great job of making sure we understood all the options, pluses, and any cons that might be involved. I picked the Audi A4 2009 and i got a great monthly payment plan. Finance was easy, I love my car, and i'm really happy I came here. It's been hard to find a good used car dealership.

Just made a purchase from Mike Q a 2016 BMW X6 for my wife today. Such a great experience.
Highly disappointed with the service, I called and book the appointment for a mini Cooper.The sales team did not tell that car had transmission problem and after I went they make us to wait for sometime as usual and later the sales executive told that the car got transmission problem.Then he showed me a different car and that car was having low battery and also check engine symbol on.When I asked if the battery needs a replacement he said no we will not turn on the car everyday so we need to recharge.I asked when was the car last turned on and he said a week back.I asked then if the battery is good why to recharge.Then made is wait for 25 mins still the battery was not charged, finally he asked us to come tomorrow saying I want to leave early because I have come with my wife and kid.Total the waste as I drove 30miles one way for this.
I drove from south jersey to buy a car, I did all my research I know what I am suppose to pay for the car I was looking at but then they added a $2500 dealer fee then brought it down to $1900. No other dealer has this so called "dealer fee" any other dealer charges 100-200 max for paper work. I was even okay with paying their ridculous $670 for that car just wanted to get rid of the $2500 they didn't so I walked out, could have had a car sold. Be careful buying a car from here. When I asked what that fee includes they couldn't tell me because I'm pretty sure they didn't know them selves. The salesman kept telling me because they checked the car and stuff, the dealer seamed fishy to me after going. DONT GO SCAMMERSHIP
Came to 21 century auto group looking for a BMW 5 series, was greeted by the owner who was very kind and worked very diligently to work out a price to satisfy my budget. The service and atmosphere was all around a 10 out of 10 and if I could give me stars I would.

Please pay attention to the bad reviews, they are all correct... I ve stopped by to look at a car, they told me the car was across the street being inspected and it would take 5 hours to get it back... I ve had other 4 of their cars saved as favorites and asked to see any of them and they didn t have any of the cars either! What a terrible place! I was on the market for a truck, new or used, I didn't have a preference. I heard about the dealership from one of my neighbors that bought his car at 21st. He didn't have any issues with his car, so I figured I'd go take a look. The car I purchased was very reasonably priced. I didn't purchase the truck that day, I did my research - and feel like I made a good buy. Will definitely return for future car purchases.

Bought a new G63 last weekend.Diego has been helpful and prompt to answer
my questions before we visited the dealer. We arrived and the G63 in talked was
sold moments ago! Diego was off but he was on top of the matter. With the help
of Karina, we found another SUV. It was quite an up and down day for us. Overall
it is a decent deal. One gripe is we wish the documentation process in the dealer
could have gone faster.
This morning I called the sales department to ask for wether the Car I am interested in is available or not. They said the car is available. After hours, I arrived at the store after driving 90 miles. Surprise! the car was not there.
Then, asked for another car which was posted for the price of 14,000. Another surprice, even though it was posted for 14,000 the sales price is 16,695. They add 2,695 from mo where.
They are the least reable delears I have ever experienced.

Called this dealership on Monday 11/6/17 seeking information on a 2013 Audi A7 that they are advertising on their website (vin #WAU2GAFC9DN068430 & stock #DN068430). Spoke to a women named Yunis and she confirmed the car was available and asked if we would like to come in and see it. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday 11/11/17. I then asked a few questions in which she asked me to email them to her and she would reply with answers. I emailed and never received a reply to my questions. I called on 11/8 and spoke to another women who took down my questions and said she would call me right back. Never heard back from her either. Called again on 11/9 and spoke to the same unnamed women who took down the same questions and said she would call right back with the answers, again no return call. On 11/10 called and spoke to John and he confirmed the vehicle was still available and confirmed our visit for 11/11/17 at 10:30 am. We live in Southern NJ and had to travel 78 miles for our 10:30 am scheduled appointment. Upon arrival it turns out that there is no salesperson named John (he's works in their call center as does Yunis) and there is no CAR!! We drove 78 miles for a car that did not exist, but is listed on their website. Salesperson, Justice, apologized for the misunderstanding and explained who Yunis and John are in the company. After we left the building we called their phone number to seek information on the A7 that is still listed on their website and Yunis answered and told us the vehicle is still available and asked if we would like to schedule an appointment to see the vehicle. I explained that we were at the dealership and the vehicle did not exist. She proceeded to hang up. The vehicle is still listed on their website as available as I write this review on 11/12.
Side note to this vehicle: there is a picture showing the odometer with only 29831 miles on it, but the listing states 36873. When asked about the discrepancy of 7k miles no answer could be provided and they also list it as 1 owner when there has been 2.

I went this place to get 328i BMW, which I ended getting 535i. Although I wasn't pleased with the deal I love the assistant provided the sale person, Bella Bocoum. He is such nice a person and very understandable. Even though he wasn't my sales person originally, he jumped in to assist me getting most of car documents that it was missing ...from the dealer. Nice place
