HORRIBLE

I watched the cashier serve two cups of Hot Water to the guests in front of me. After I ordered my meal and paid I proceeded to ask for Hot Water for My coffee cup. The lady serving me looked at another employee and asked IN SPANISH if they were allowed to serve Hot Water, NO, said the other woman, either shift lead or Manager. Oh, did I mention that the staff and customers b4 me are Mexican and I'm White?

Any Lawyers interested???

This was at LAX Century Blvd. location circa 07:30 on 16.10.18.

They lost my order, I did wait 37 min. And they don't apologize

Its a good place to stop on the way to the airport. Used the bathroom there, didnt eat.

Horrible a saw a roach walking on top of the table I was eating at, disgusting!!!!

I ate at this place all the time and I always request for ranch and honey mustard sauce for free and this time the manager want to charge me 35 cents each.

The security is harassing you, if you don't get out fast from vehicle he said" that is Carl's Jr. Parking lot only "

I celebrated my graduation today in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a fabulous evening and the venue was clearly one of the reasons for that happy event. The team participated in a graceful way, the cuisine was appetizing and my guests were extremely overjoyed. We shall surely return for more events. thanks very much.

It was 3 am and I was absolutely famished. I just saw their drive thru and ventured in not at all sure if I would get any vegetarian options. Surprisingly they had one for me and the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and courteous. I am looking forward to go there again

Pretty good customer service all around. Its a carls jr what can i say.

There is often always a line at drive through. Because they usually have 1 window open with 1 person doing everything a 2 person drive through does.

Short stop while waiting to pick up my nephew from the airport. I got a strawberry milkshake, it was quite tasty.

I like the survis but what I don't like that it's says 24h but you can't go inside only drivethru.

The Manager was just extreemly rude to me telling me somthing I was looking at l, at that very moment didnt exist. How dumb are you when you dont even know your own menu??? I will be contacting corporate. Ive never been treated so rude in my life at a drivethru. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!

Good food, great service can be very crowded at times, very spacious dinning room.

The breakfast burger is the best on the menu....love it

Service is great 2 miles away from LAX very moist burgers and the burgers are very delicious.

I ordered bbq chicken sandwich combo bbq sauce on side . Here my orders come with sauce on . I told the employee I ordered the sauce on side he said let me check . You can see they put it on . He didn t come. When I take the sandwich to the cashier he said I can fix that I go back to my seat he bring me the same sandwich with 2 bbq sauce on side . When I told the manager he said that the way it come . And employee was rude he have some issues

Need to imrove on personal to slow for being so close to the airport

If you're staying at one of the nearby hotels and you don't have a car, It's not open 24 hours. You need a car to order thru drive thru which is open 24 hours. But if you don't have a car you can't order food at 2am.

We ordered a famous star but they gave something else. Then they gave me someone else's order. Then I only got 6 crisscross fries.

Stayed here for a few hours waiting for a friend to get in at the airport.

easiest Carl's Jr to get to from LAX. Don't expect much by the way of customer service, but do expect a good burger.

The bread was cold, but in general very good taste in the hamburger

I've ever been to came here multiple times and each time rude service messed up my order in the last time I was there but I went to have my order corrected because they put one piece of bacon on the special bacon fry when I received my fries they literally pushed everything in a ball in the box and then hand it to me unprofessional I took a picture of it and sent it to corporate service is always

I had a special request and I was accommodated. Appreciated their service.

At this location, great food (especially if you have coupons-buy 1 get 1 FREE) - BIG FREE PARKING, most of all, very quick nice staffs(and beautiful) ! ! But! , watch-out the one-hour TIME LIMIT ! Or you get TOWED by the Nice Security !

Manager refused to open a till up while it was busy. Waited 15 minutes just to order.

I've stopped by here a few times during my lunch and no matter how busy they are their food is never hot. Fast food is already ok but luke warm fast food is not something I want to pay for.

We walk all the way down here as on lunch, we are use to them and they are use to us, sometimes you get fresh food, but we always get good service.

Ask to take that walk on the road trip and we did not put some jalapenos asked to try. We noticed about the time on the road.

French fries tasted like they were reheating they were criss-cross and they were all sod gross

LOUSY WAIT TIME TO ORDER, SECURITY NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, ASSUMES EVERYONE DIRTY-LOOKING IS HOMELESS, AND THE FOOD IS ALMOST COLD-ISH WHEN ORDER READY.

It was good, they have security there.... Alot of people there.

We stopped here after arriving at LAX. I should have known to go further away from a major airport before stopping because the areas often feel less than safe. But we were hungry and the kids had never been to a Carl's Jr. They do have a large back parking lot and a "double drive through", but the outer lane was roped and coned off, and appeared to have been so, for some time. They were sorely understaffed with only one cashier and a runner to deliver food. The man who appeared to be a manager or perhaps owner, intermittently helped with order taking. The line was long and a customer asked if there was only one cashier, with such a long line and the aforementioned manager/owner just said "yes".

I ordered fried zucchini and verified it with manager/owner guy, after reviewing my receipt. He said he'd take care of it. I never did get it. The mix on the multiple fountain drink machines was wrong with either not enough syrup or too much. The drink area was completely littered and sticky.

A customer with a family was made to order and pay for food before gaining access to the restroom. I guess I can understand that to a degree, but it was clear that they were there to eat.

Overall though, the food was good. But it was certainly an area that made me uncomfortable and the parking area had a lot of random people walking around cars and too close to us for comfort.

Over prized on what you buy, prize on sodas is way over. Quallity of food, just like McD. Sucks. To fast, taste like reheated, smells like burn paper bag. Sorry.

Sandwiches made wrong, rude service, room temperature fries, and sandwiches. Bathrooms are for paying customers only.

Good burgers and reasonable prices, take advantage of the combos!

I don't know what was wrong with the bun, but it was dried out and it had a sweet taste to it that I didn't like.

Nothing special...still the same old good fastfood you love

I got two famous stars and they were cold went back and told them that they're cold. They took them back and gave me 2 new ones which were as cold as the 1st ones.

This is the worst Carl s Jr. I have ever visited. I got there at 11am and ask if I could still order breakfast. They said yes. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit. They delivered the food promptly, but the sausage and cheese came on two pieces of bread. As if they ran out biscuits. So I go to use the catsup dispenser, and it s empty. I also ordered western fries, but I got just regular old fries. Cold fries with no catsup. Not good!

I ordered a small California classic combo. The fries and burger were both cold and the bun was stale.

Great customer service, greeted with a smile, and other staff was helpful.

Been there twice and the men's bathroom were in need of a good cleaning. Need paper towels also.

Order online food was cold when got it.order large fries but receive half empty. Chicken tender was burned. Burger was sloppy and cold Never order from again
