I watched the cashier serve two cups of Hot Water to the guests in front of me. After I ordered my meal and paid I proceeded to ask for Hot Water for My coffee cup. The lady serving me looked at another employee and asked IN SPANISH if they were allowed to serve Hot Water, NO, said the other woman, either shift lead or Manager. Oh, did I mention that the staff and customers b4 me are Mexican and I'm White?

I ate at this place all the time and I always request for ranch and honey mustard sauce for free and this time the manager want to charge me 35 cents each.
I celebrated my graduation today in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a fabulous evening and the venue was clearly one of the reasons for that happy event. The team participated in a graceful way, the cuisine was appetizing and my guests were extremely overjoyed. We shall surely return for more events. thanks very much.
It was 3 am and I was absolutely famished. I just saw their drive thru and ventured in not at all sure if I would get any vegetarian options. Surprisingly they had one for me and the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and courteous. I am looking forward to go there again
The Manager was just extreemly rude to me telling me somthing I was looking at l, at that very moment didnt exist. How dumb are you when you dont even know your own menu??? I will be contacting corporate. Ive never been treated so rude in my life at a drivethru. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!
I ordered bbq chicken sandwich combo bbq sauce on side . Here my orders come with sauce on . I told the employee I ordered the sauce on side he said let me check . You can see they put it on . He didn t come. When I take the sandwich to the cashier he said I can fix that I go back to my seat he bring me the same sandwich with 2 bbq sauce on side . When I told the manager he said that the way it come . And employee was rude he have some issues
If you're staying at one of the nearby hotels and you don't have a car, It's not open 24 hours. You need a car to order thru drive thru which is open 24 hours. But if you don't have a car you can't order food at 2am.
This is the worst Carl's jr. I've ever been to came here multiple times and each time rude service messed up my order in the last time I was there but I went to have my order corrected because they put one piece of bacon on the special bacon fry when I received my fries they literally pushed everything in a ball in the box and then hand it to me unprofessional I took a picture of it and sent it to corporate service is always
At this location, great food (especially if you have coupons-buy 1 get 1 FREE) - BIG FREE PARKING, most of all, very quick nice staffs(and beautiful) ! ! But! , watch-out the one-hour TIME LIMIT ! Or you get TOWED by the Nice Security !
I've stopped by here a few times during my lunch and no matter how busy they are their food is never hot. Fast food is already ok but luke warm fast food is not something I want to pay for.
We stopped here after arriving at LAX. I should have known to go further away from a major airport before stopping because the areas often feel less than safe. But we were hungry and the kids had never been to a Carl's Jr. They do have a large back parking lot and a "double drive through", but the outer lane was roped and coned off, and appeared to have been so, for some time. They were sorely understaffed with only one cashier and a runner to deliver food. The man who appeared to be a manager or perhaps owner, intermittently helped with order taking. The line was long and a customer asked if there was only one cashier, with such a long line and the aforementioned manager/owner just said "yes".
I ordered fried zucchini and verified it with manager/owner guy, after reviewing my receipt. He said he'd take care of it. I never did get it. The mix on the multiple fountain drink machines was wrong with either not enough syrup or too much. The drink area was completely littered and sticky.
A customer with a family was made to order and pay for food before gaining access to the restroom. I guess I can understand that to a degree, but it was clear that they were there to eat.
Overall though, the food was good. But it was certainly an area that made me uncomfortable and the parking area had a lot of random people walking around cars and too close to us for comfort.
Over prized on what you buy, prize on sodas is way over. Quallity of food, just like McD. Sucks. To fast, taste like reheated, smells like burn paper bag. Sorry.
I got two famous stars and they were cold went back and told them that they're cold. They took them back and gave me 2 new ones which were as cold as the 1st ones.
This is the worst Carl s Jr. I have ever visited. I got there at 11am and ask if I could still order breakfast. They said yes. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit. They delivered the food promptly, but the sausage and cheese came on two pieces of bread. As if they ran out biscuits. So I go to use the catsup dispenser, and it s empty. I also ordered western fries, but I got just regular old fries. Cold fries with no catsup. Not good!
Order online food was cold when got it.order large fries but receive half empty. Chicken tender was burned. Burger was sloppy and cold Never order from again
