When you're out by the airport nice place to grab a snack before picking up passengers and guest.

I know its only a fast food joint, so how much is really to be expected? But there is always some degree of variation between individual franchise locations, and unfortunately this one registers at the lesser end of the spectrum, it could just have been the shift present during my one and only visit (Thursday morning 8:00am) or my experience may have just been business as usual, either way it was lacking in more ways than one. The cashier seemed disinterested in doing her job and did not smile, my order of one breakfast sandwich took forever to arrive (fast food?) even though there was no one ahead of me in line, and my sandwich was sloppily put together and only had half of a piece of egg on it. Fast food is not that hard to get right! Not to mention the soda station was untidy and there were straw wrappers and such on the floor. This Carl's Jr was 1/5*

Lots of parking spaces, but it was not very clean inside the restaurant and its restroom.

Is a really big restaurant. Lots of parking space. Lil dirty on the bathrooms. Overall is always good. Good customer service.

I was staying at the crowne plaza hotel, which was a short walking distance to Carl's Jr. So it made for a few nice late night snacks. The employees all seemed very energetic and have great demeanors. I had a culture shock because we aren't use to seeing such on the east coast. great service and great food!

Not good, not bad. Won't be going back though, slow service and they forgot one of my fries...

A good place to wait for the traffic to subside when you arrive at LAX and it is crazy busy. There's a place to charge your phone near the check-out.

Well it was 12 and I hadn't eaten since around breakfast time. It seemed like a good idea to go here because it was near the hotel. Everything went well until I opened my food and saw an avocado burger. And instead of French fries there were onion rings. Note I ordered a western bacon cheese burger. I was upset and it really made me mad that I did not get a receipt and they did not answer my phone call when I did call. Moral of the story I will never go there again...

They don't have a extra coffee cup for free. You have to pay for paper cup.

Super busy inside. Initially went inside. Left and got back in the car. Uses drive thru instead, no one in line. Order was correct and received quickly. Pretty pricey for fast food.

the slowest service I have ever seen for a fast food restaurant. one guy as cashier and 15 people in line. absolute disgrace to the name

The fries and zucchini were cold, the containers wetter only half full and they did not give us the dipping sauce. The burgers were slapped together and sloppy. Sad experience today.

Sandwich was good but the fries tasted like they were frozen,, I d go again though

Absolute Great service, I visited here because I was staying in a nearby hotel. I'm from Australia and I normally use my paypass to pay for things, I didn't know my pin so I couldn't pay. The manager pulled out his own card and paid for my meal. Never in my life have I seen this kind of service! amazing! hopefully someone pays it foward. you sir are a legend

Next time don t forget to actually put the burger on my sandwich

My first and last time here .I came to lunch and the cashier gave me an dirty cup that still had coffe inside .all customer should check food before they eat it

Is a Carl Jrs, sometimes service is great some other times is okay. I don't even here often when there are so many other selections around.

Was my first time and will be back again. Food was tasty, milkshake was thick like I like them and service was rapid and efficient.

Went here for lunch after church services. Had burgers, fries and a drink each. Food was good, quick service. I would recommend this establishment.

35 minutes waiting in the drive thru today, l went to the bathroom it was terrible and scared the smell omg please clean it immediately
Just one more think inside they had just 3 guys in the line ordering breakfast, therefore it is not the reason we was trere for 35 min in the line. Zero star for it

The service is really nice! My food was on time. Great place to enjoy with family.

Charbroiled Burgers are great.Regular Burgers below 5 dollar no good.

I was violently ill from a breakfast burrito I ate before catching a flight. It didn't taste like they normally do. I don't hold it against the CJ chain, but I won't be eating at this location again.

Parking lot bigger then golf course. A corporation of fast food and eco destruction.

this is place ,you stop by, when you go to LAX
where's no waiting in front and either circle around or come out and waiting, is the major reason, within 5 minutes distance and easy parking space wise, their tastes of French fry & burger taste are bonus goodies , will relief LAX headaches......

It's a Carl's Jr. Pretty much what you'd find at any other Carl's Jr., and that's the point. People go to fast food restaurants, particularly when they're on the road because they know what to expect whrn they get there. It's okay. The service is good, and the staff do bring your food yo your table. That's a plus, compared to other fast food restaurants.

Workers are like umm not happy to be working at fast food maybe. They are not friendly
