Clean and comfortable with money worth portions. Great customer service

The cooks are not good at getting orders out quickly. I didn't get my order until almost 40 minutes later. The cashier was friendly and looked into it for me which is the only reason that I'm giving two stars. I won't be coming to this location again.

Sloppy Sandwich and Cold fries for a 13.00 combo. Not my favorite Carls

Service is somewhat slow. Food is good. There's security that made me feel safe. And is good place close to the airport while waiting to pick someone up.

Only the drive thru is open 24 hours. The establishment closes

It says drive thru is open 24 hrs.... but I was there and it was not open :( bummer

I've been there a few years ago. Recommended for its excellent sandwiches. Also open at night!

Excellent wine list and very professional service. Carl's Jr. is the greatest fastfood

Soda were flat with no gas and my food was served like if it was made in a microwave it got cold after my first 3 bites.

El Diablo is the best burger, also the guacamole bacon burgers is a second best

Delicious. First meal landing in LA headed to rent my car. The hash rounds were so so so good!

I used the drive-thru to order food then had to go in real quick to use their restroom. Drive-thru service was great and the bathroom and eating area was nice and clean.

Ok place near the Los Angeles airport. Good parking. They allow only paying customers to use the rest rooms. 1 hour parking limit too. Security comes and checks on you

Good burgers, nothing extraordinary. Right next to the many airport hotels.

I tend to come late at night, so it may be better during the day, but I usually regret not walking a little further and eating elsewhere. The waiting area tends to smell like sewage at night when I show up. The drink machines are broken. They close off the nicer part of the dining area. The food is usually stale, the fries taste warmed over. The visit usually includes at least one encounter with a vagrant. The bright spot here is the staff. For me, they've always been quick, courteous, and professional. If only they could serve tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere, but alas, it hasn't happened to me here yet.

The burgers are delicious and inexpensive. Service is good although the staff can be more courteous. Dining area is clean. There is ample parking.

Food was ok. I've had better....Whataburger, Burger King.

My go to for food on the fly. Especially when you craving in the midnight snacking hours. I'll keep it simple with a famous star with grilled onions extra sauce and pickles. Also was surprised that they had milkshakes. Would recommend for a quick eat service is effortlessly quick as well as extremely friendly no matter the hour.

Refuses to fly American Flag. I refuse to ear there. EVERY McDonald's flys an American Flag! Carl's is disrespectful to America and American people!

Good place not a lot of traffic at night. Safe place to hang while waiting or picking up at Airport. Make sure you order something or the guard may ask you to leave...

I been going here since 1986, this is literally the best Carl's Jr in Carson even though there are 2 others, and one right down the street. I'm just saying, this is more of a restaurant then the others, serves burritos and tacos and enchiladas

Poor service and dirty. I fly on a regular basis and by myself at this Carl's places gently dirty in the drive thru is terrible more than once I have left in my order has not been correct or I am missing condiments I will stop making this part of my routine

Meat overcooked, not done in the moment. French fries taste bad, like using a cooking oil too much, onion rings cold, like it was done hours ago. Don't visit this restaurant for dinner, bad,bad, BAD!!!!

Twice I have came, including tonight. And it's closed. Not 24 hours. And some nights they only accept cash.

No shakes! How bout a sign so I don't wait in line to find out! Busy LAX location, generally good service. Great stop if you just got back from Europe and craving a burger late and on the way home.

A fairly substandard Carl's Jr., but easily the best place to wait for people coming into LAX... right at the start of the Arrivals loop entry. Some of the most seasoned panhandlers in Los Angeles work the parking lot, be wary of people with tales of car problems.

They discriminate against the handicapped. Even though I had a handicapped placard the security guy told me I wasn t allowed to park there. Then he came charging at my daughter and I as if he was going to attack us. I immediately called the police department! Will NEVER go back!

Clean restaurant. The bathroom was pretty clean too, but the soap dispenser was out of soap. Food was pretty good too, but what I thought was cool, was that for a fast food place, they bring the food out to your table.

Parking police annoys you once you pull in. Too expensive for fast food vs burger king, etc

I asked for the beyond well done and they burned the patty beyond its edible point. I was all the way home when i realize it was no good to eat. So sad bwcause thisw burgers are great.

Fantastic food, but worst service today! Repeated my order three times and still got it wrong! Don't order a large free and expect to get a full order either!!

How can they not be serving breakfast at 4:10 am? Pull up to the drive thru and they ask if I want a breakfast sandwich. "No thanks, but I'd like a country breakfast burrito". Sorry sir were not serving breakfast... Whut?! Only the the breakfast burger? Fine. So order Teri burger combo an wanted half Coke and half Root beer.... Sorry sir, we can only do one flavor... Whut?! Since when?
Since when did customer service go out the window? Can't blame the girl working her shift, just doing her job. I blame whatever idiot manager that came up with these stupid rules. Twice I got told NO for one order.
Your first job is to MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. THIS PLACE... FAIL.
Oh... And my fries were cold... As soon as I pulled into a spot in their lot to eat.... Jeez

Dreadfully horrible place. Wife stopped for a bite after dropping me at LAX and was promptly bum rushed by a large outta shape security guard screaming at her to move our properly placarded handicap accessible vehicle from the handicapped space and move to the rear of the lot because it wasn't a compact. Being unable to walk that far she was forced to find another place to dine. Shame on you Carl's Jr. You should have your license revoked.

Don't serve breakfast at 5:30 in the morning insane

Went for lunch and the place was completely packed. Staff was unorganized and it took almost an hour to get our order. Restaurant was a little dirty and seemed understaffed, otherwise food was on par with every other Carl's Jr.

One of the largest Carl's 6 minutes from LAX ! Great place to buy an American cheeseburger fries and a Coke and a cookie and only pay $5!

Great food, super nice staff, always great vibes. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is good. Highly recommended.

The steak breakfast burrito was good. Not really spicy though. Should have asked for hot sauce. The hash browns were nice and crispy. In all the food was fresh and tasty.

The restaurant was clean inside, no trash strewn about, or homeless making the place nasty. Plenty of parking in back and easy to spot on the road.

I don't eat Carl's often, but I have to say this was a pleasant experience. I would stop by again if I was in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite places near LAX. Doubles as a waiting area instead of parking at the airport. Ample parking. Very close to arrival and departure areas. I see a lot of people waiting for their beloved passengers. Food choices are plenty hence better buy something instead of eating inside your car. Clean with restrooms.

I'm not really a fan of Carl's Jr but they do have good salads.

Best trio dip ever!!! The dirty martinis are also fire!!! Would be here every day if I lived in San Francisco. For now I just dream of the next time I will be back!
