The service is great and the staff is very polite and courteous.

Apparently the words "I'm allergic to onions" means put extra onions on it cause we want to kill somebody

Beyond burger wasnt prepared roght & fries had been sittin around Totally didnt lik it The previous 1 had the fries & burger pippin hott - how I like it now !!

It's ok, the employees are courteous, the food is good and economical, but the homeless people who are always there makes it feel unsafe and antihygienic

If it's 24 hours why are the restaurant doors not open and just the drive through is open. Very misleading info.

This is a regular American Burger place. The meat is chopped out of thousands of cows before is grounded, fries and served to empty bellies.

At night parking is full of underground Korean taxi as well as drug dealers or if your looking for Korean hookers, this is the place. Day time is pretty ok, but night is sketchy

Lady at drive thru was yelling had attitude and I ordered a chicken sandwich the bread was falling apart before I could bite into it the fries were so chewy. horrible service and food needs new management desperately

I paid $ 3 for each California hamburger I ordered 7 for the family and they gave me 2 for $ 5

They try hard. Very busy place but most of the time good food good service.

Service was out of control, people waiting in line asking what happened to their food ordered, more people waiting to order, others did not received a order # to pick up their food when ready and food took way to long to be ready. I would take a guess and say something was not working as it should behind the counter and made for the for the bad service

The place can be dirty at times the restrooms are one thing and table and floors but other than than its a good place to grab a quick bite. Also the staff here is nice as well

the $6 burgers are off the hook I love the customer service to go in you can use the restroom you can drink water that give you cuts for water whenever you're broke you don't really have any money to eat

The worst place to go, first order was incorrect and then manager looks at me like if was wrong. Second the coke tasted awful and third someone had shitted in their pants and it took them 5 minutes to clean it up I had gone with my grandkids for a nice lunch which in turn turned to be worst lunch EVER!!!!!!!! Will NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the famous star combo with sprite drink ,luckily I removed the lid of my drink because I couldn t find the straw and this is what I found inside my drink; women s hair and some trash.

It took us a while to get our food. The bathroom was somewhat dirty but the worst thing was finding a big black pile of poop by the hand cleaning sink.

In great location. Very crowded in peak time. Tasty burger and fries there.

Came to this around 3:20AM orders 6piece chicken stars ,6piece or jalapenos poppers and a famous star every bite was either soggy and cold !

I told them of a food allergy and they ignored my request. How hard is it to not put cheese on a burger? Then when I contacted the store they told me they would refund but they havent yet.

Can't get the order right, it was even repeated twice back to me and the still messed up the order.... was rushed for my order only to wait 35 minutes for the order(I was in the drive thru the only car and there was 3 people inside)

Its fast food but the guys that are in the area are cute so it makes it a 4 for me lol

The fries were cold the burger was kind of mushy and a guy came out of the back looking like he got hit by a truck the thought of him making my food almost made me throw up I threw half my food away wasted $10

The drive through clerk was nice and understanding of my order with modifications, and then they brought out my bag to the parking lot!
