Carl Black is the BEST dealership in town. I have been back three times because of their great customer service and wonderful prices! There is no hassle, no long waiting periods and no run arounds with them.
Louis is by far our favorite and best salesman hands down!!!! He has always provided the best service. He makes sure all of our questions are answered and always has a friendly smile. My mom who is not comfortable in large dealerships felt at ease with Louis and that he treated her like part of the family. THANK YOU LOUIS YOU ROCK!!

Been here for 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. Just found out it's been ready but it's blocked in because the douche bags in the shop blocked it in to change another cars tires. The paperwork said "waiting". I'll never be back. Plenty of Chevy dealers to go to in Orlando

Worked with Luis Rojas. Great guy, showed us lots about the car we eventually purchased, took the time to help us out the next day when noticed something was broken with a windshield wiper.
Only issue I had was with Mr. Jimenez. He gave us unrealistic expectations of how long everything would take on the financial part. Was their with 2 small children and would have been easier if he had told us it was going to take 3 hours and we wouldn't have kept our kids with us.
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Carl Black and it was just as expected, professionally done and in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and informative. Carl Black treated me like I was apart of the family which sets it apart from any other dealership!
The worst dealer ever they been calling for two weeks telling me the they have good news for me. Even when I told them the I will go the on May, because that is the date the I will have a good amount of money for the down payment, but they told me to go there today just to tell what I already know. They make me waste my time and gas. And that the way they want me to come back and keep them in mind. Never!!

I had an issue with the vehicle that I originally intended to purchase, but it was easily resolved by the sales manager, Louis. Again, Louis did what it took to earn my business but was never pushy. I had an awesome experience with the sales team, overall.
The trend continued in finance. I hate to say that I can t remember the finance manager s name, but he was great. He Was patient and explained everything to me.

I found the vehicle I wanted online on Saturday night. I received a call, email and text from Lizzie on Sunday. I learned that the vehicle had just arrived and needed to go through inspections. I arranged to meet Sales Manager Matt on Monday. He introduced me to Brandon, who handled the sale. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and more than happy to answer my questions. From start to finish, Brandon did an excellent job with my purchase. I will be referring this business and I will be a returning customer as well. The Service Manager reached out to me and apologized for the lack of safety taken with my vehicle and personal information. I appreciate them for looking over the issues requested and honoring the Special Conditions warranty on the parts that were broken. I am still weary to leave my vehicle there over night, but I was told that protocol was not followed when handling my vehicle and the issue would be brought up to the team. I can only hope someone else does not find their vehicle outside of the gates, with their keys and personal information sitting on the dash over night. Again, thank you to the Service Manager for reaching out and assisting me.

I love how I am always taken care of from the time I walk in the door. Right down to anyone available that doesn't have a customer asks to help. They notice you are there and that's important. I received a call that it was done but they were trying to get it in for a wash and clean . Which they did. Then a second call that it was ready for pick up. My first time ever walking into Carl Black Orlando. I was met with John palko and he understood and knew exactly what I was looking for. As a first time buyer and first-time mom picking my first new car. I was so excited and nervous I couldn't even pick my own color but John new exactly what I wanted and he didn't even have to sell me on it. Out of all my times at a car dealership I can truly say that Shami Johnson has been the most professional, honest, understanding, patient and servant sales professional I've ever dealt with. Today I bought my first, new car, I have seen how badly some places treat their customers. Not Chris, or the finance manager whose name slips my mind right now. These guys were fantastic! Sunday I came in just about closing time and Chris was on his way out. He patiently answered all my MANY questions and while I scrutinized the car. We took a test drive and more questions resulted. Finally I asked if we could come back tomorrow and finish, not a problem at all. No high pressure, no tricks. Today I came back in and we finished the deal nice and easy, no tricks. The only thing I didn't like was the blasting country music out front.
We purchased a 2018 chevy cruze from Matt and he did an Awesome job working with us on the numbers. We really appreciate the time and effort he put into making us happy with our purchase. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

NEW INFO...The people at this dealership are nothing short of FANTASTIC! From Lizzy sending our initial application via an email link, Josh picking us up in the car we wanted to test drive (we live 2 miles from the dealership) to Ryan joining us to learn as Josh got us into a better lease vehicle for less ($0 down sign and drive) to Kamau swiftly processing us through the financial paperwork; I highly recommend Carl Black to all my friends and family! We had some pretty restrictive circumstances. Our 2009 Satrun Aura's transmission had seized up and we had no money to fix it. I could accept it dying because it had 125K on it. Since 2015 I'd been taking it to Carl Black's outstanding service department. So when I called in and got to Lizzy I explained we have no way to get there but we did live nearby. Can someone pick us up? Yes! She arranged it with Josh and within an hour he showed up in a Chevy Malibu. Josh is incredible and quite personable. My husband and I felt comfortable with him from the start. We had been filling out the initial application on line so once at the dealership, Josh was able to go straight into the lease approval process. We were going with the Malibu in a dark blue. At this point Ryan joined us as he was learning from Josh. He was helpful and also personable and joined us on a test drive in a Buick Encore which was the car we ended up leasing. Why? The leasing payment was actually $100 cheaper than the Malibu! Wow! More car for less money- sign me up! I know Ryan learned a whole lot about pleasing customers with an immediate need with no money to put down. Josh worked extremely hard and successfully to see our goals were met. We were very, very happy to drive off the lot with enough time for me to get to work! (that was one of our huge limits- time!) Kamau was expeditious with our financial paperwork, then scanned all the documents to immediately email them to us. If you're ever in the market go to Carl Black. The staff was incredible from start to finish . We had parameters we had to stay within and they bent over backwards to try to accommodate our needs . They explored several options and really went above and beyond . Alex and Luis were the best we could have asked for . Luis was knowledgeable , he listened to our needs , and was extremely easy to work with . These guys are truly a great asset to this company and the reason why I would return for my next purchase . Straight to LUIS and the finance personnel who screwed me and sold a transmission problem and accident car to me with the high interest rate without letting me know anything about it. I came there 3 days after the engine light came on on my car,you didn`t do anything about it and this car has been given me problems from October 2014 up till now and i have used all my money on this car because everywhere i take it to,they say the car had an accident before so they can not offer me the amount i`m looking for.Let me tell you something A SNAKE BITES OUT OF FRUSTRATION AND STRESS.If you think you have screwed me ,hahahaha.When someone express how they feel,you guys take it as threat or apply different meaning to it.If I tell you what this car has taken me through,you will regret of your selfishness behavior. Had warning light come on in my car on a Monday night. Came to Carl Black after visiting another local dealer (Don Mealey) the next day. They diagnosed my car problem but couldn't get me an appointment in time for a trip that was coming up in just 3 days. Made an appointment for service to be done on Wednesday with Carl Black. When I arrived, I informed the desk I knew the issue and if they had the part/could make the repair. Was informed that they needed to run their own diagnosis at a cost of $100. Now mind you, the other dealership did this for free! Carl Black runs the diagnostic test and wouldn't you know it, it's the same issue I informed them of. The replacement part was a few states away and wouldn't be here in time for my trip. Totally understand that. Best part, they quoted the part and labor at $1,100 + the $100 for the diagnostic test for a grand total of $1,200. Highlight of the story is when I go back to Don Mealy today, I was in and out of their service area in 2.5 hours and only cost $762 for part and labor! That's $438 less than Carl Black. I was in a pinch to get my car fixed but after dealing with this dealership for my first time, I'm glad it will also be my last.
I went to Carl black not sure exactly what I was looking for. I had a great experience. I was immediately greeted by Tristan who seemed to know exactly what I needed and would fit me best. He also loved the product he was showing. It really came through in his attitude. 10/10 would shop here again.

I call I explain I was a out of town guess ask to get an appointment to service my Buick. I was ask what I needed I told them was the spare tire needed to be crank back in place with the dealership tool. ( 2005 rainier ) spare tire stores underneath the carriage of the car. Book for a 11 am appointment. Came 30 minutes early. Told that they can even see my car for over 2 hours and then it might or not be done today. I express you give me an appointment time in your service dept. I expect the service been done. Poor managed department. Inconsiderate to my time and chores list for my days
GMC/GM did not with a solution to my car issues about the Piston Ring Wear that causes oil consumption in cars GMC Terrain year model 2011. Apparently the extended warranty to repair the issues is past due . However, they were not able to to provide with a free diagnose in order tfor me to fix the car. The GMC/GM is aware that the oil consumption is due to manufacture issues and still not able to provide with the necessary assistance to get this matter resolved. The dealership or the manufacturer did not provide with a previous notification about thr problems with this type of cars. Now anyone knows anything about it.
Service department needs more training and learning how they treat with the people.

They had a good selection and processed things very quickly BUT:
1. They did not give me an option as to who I wanted my loan with. They ran my credit and processed a loan with whoever THEY got the best kickback when I could have gotten a much better rate with my own Credit Union. They did not even ask.
2. 31 August 2017 : I cancelled the Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty because I was able to re-finance the car at a much better rate with my own Credit union and was able to get a much better Gap and Extended Warranty at much lower cost.
3. 24 September 2017 : Visited Carl Balck because I had not received my reimbursement check. I spoke with Kamau a Finance Manager. He would not help me right then and there and said he would get back to me. (He could not make a phone call, research in the computer or walk to the comptroller to find out)
4. 26 September : Since I did not get a call as promised by Kamau, I called Carl Black again. The reception desk was very hesitant to put me through a Finance Manager and kept saying they were all busy. I insisted I was going to hold until someone came on the line. All of the sudden Finance Manager Hector was on the phone. He was the one who processed the initial cancellation. He said it was all showing and my check should process in 2 weeks. That I should have my check by 5 October.
5. 13 October 2017: Called Carl Black, again the reception was very hesitant to put me through a Finance Manager and insisted in taking a message. I refused and again said I would wait until a Finance Manager was available. Suddenly a Finance Manager was available and they transferred my call. Finance Manager Kamau picked up the phone, said his name and put me on hold immediately without even acknowledging anyone was on the other side of the call. He took 13 minutes to pick up the call. He gave me the run around and several excuses and was ready to hang up when I started pushing back asking for real answers. He then said the Comptroller had died 3 days prior and that is why the check was delayed. I told him I was sorry for the loss however how does that have anything to do from an August claim. He stumbled and put me on hold. After several minutes he picked up again and said checks was ready. I told him I would go pick it up. Then he said it was being Fed Ex from Georgia and I asked to where me or Carl Black. Again he did not have an answer. So I asked him to find out, because if it was being Fed Ex to Carl Black I would go pick it up. He had no answers. He put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes before the call was transferred again. Now Finance Manger Hector picked up the phone. I had to start my story all over again. He did not acknowledge to the death of anyone so I take this was a like by the prior employee. He had to hang up to go research and he called me back 20 minutes later saying the check had been mailed the day before.
I don't know who to believe or if I will get my check this week. While the "Sale" experience was pleasant, the customer service has not and the Finance Management appears not to have much training in customer service. How hard it is to research something and provide factual information? Instead of kicking the can, making up lies along the way.

Luis Rojas sold me a Sierra 2020, the decision to buy was very easy because Luis painted us a picture of the details that we needed to know to convince ourselves that it was a good idea. I recommend Carl Black and Luis Rojas as a seller!

Worst service dept ever. As a former service advisor myself, when customers have appointments you're supposed to address their concern on that visit. However, I show up at this dump with an appointment, they "test drive" the car and than say I have too leave it for 3 days at least for them to look at. Ridiculous! Didn't even bring into the shop to confirm what they said might be wrong, is the definite issue.
Their incompetent morons, the advisor brant is a complete idiot, and didn't even have his story straight. "You made an appointment to see us, now you have too leave it for 3 days for us to look at because we're backed up for days".
Well maybe if you scheduled appointments more accordingly too your availability you wouldn't have that issue.
Worst car buying experience. Buy a car for my daughter for graduation, same day on the way home the tire pressure monitor comes on, take the car back they reset it an we leave again on the way home another tire monitor goes out. 3 trips later they replace the monitors, oh an a recall that was on the certified car that should have been fixed before I let my child drive off in an had been a recall for weeks. Now the temp tag has expired an they have no idea when the new tag will be in an I have to yet again go all the way there to get a new temp tag. Hour drive each way each time this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had an most expensive. I have half a mind to tell them to take their car back. I will never buy from them again.. STILL WAITING MY TAG.
