I received a Memorial Day sale advertisement in the mail from Carl Black so I thought; "I don't need a car, yet If Omar (a principle) is going to spend money advertising, I'll head over and check out the 2013's". I called and was offered a specific appointment time! So perfect for my busy lifestyle. I even received a call to reconfirm!
As ALWAYS, when I approached the dealership door, the salesmen were friendly. Lance greeted me and left me in the care of Jeremy. We found a car, Matte & Omar worked the numbers and gave me a loaner car for 2 days to ensure the value of my car remained the same. (Banks were closed on Sunday & Monday).
The loaner car was ready when I arrived.
My new 2013 Lacrosse was already detailed and ready when I came in to take delivery on Tuesday!

I just made my second purchase of a 1 ton diesel truck from Carl Black and my third purchase will certainly be with them as well. My only experience with Carl Black has been with work trucks, I've found that they have the biggest selection of work trucks than I've been able to find elsewhere in South Florida. This most recent buying experience was with Joshua Patterson and I couldn't be happier. I Asked for a written out the door quote including taxes, fees, delivery and had a written quote down to the penny within the hour. I wasn't able to take delivery right away but called the same day I needed the truck without notice and he was on his way with it from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale immediately. My previous experiences with other car dealers has always been a headache, I'm glad dealing with Josh at Carl Black was different. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Don t waste your time!

I had to bring my Chevy in for service and I was also entertaining the thought of trading it in. So, I spoke with a man who seemed rarely kind, and after hashing out fine print to the lease my options were somewhat limited for that one particular vehicle. Anyhow, the sales rep I was working with stated that he d call me back, but for the heck of it though I decided to call him back late afternoon the next day to get a better vibe. He expressed things were still up in the air and that he'd get back to me

Of course I never heard back so a few days later I called and left him a blunt message... Oh so let me get this straight, I m supposed to kiss a dealerships rear so they can profit off of me, rear backwards and up the dose! Coupled with the fact that they didn t even run my credit maybe my expectations of getting a response on a $25,000.00 vehicle in a timely manner s unrealistic?

Unprofessional and the stupidity s clearly on them, way to lose business because you just lost mine!

Absolutely terrible customer service standards in their service department. Be warned that they certainly have sub par standards. Last time I was in they removed the customer service info that was posted on their wall, no idea if that's normal or they just don't care about the complaints.

Lack of communication about service leading to loss of time and money i cant get back

Hi, I went into the Carl black dealership just to browser and see what I find and left with a new car. The service here was excellent and very professional, Mr. Willis the salesperson that assisted me is very knowledgeable and worked hard in getting me the best price for my new SUV that I love. I worked with Josh and he was truly a profeesional. I got the deal I wanted and that fit my budget. Carl black was able to work with me. I'm happy with my purchase but I was dissatisfied with the way the car was cleaned. It wasn't dried properly and I found four scratches on the car and when I spoke with the salesmen and informed him he said to come in and it would be taken care of. I'm planning on going to get that taken care off the moment I have free time. Great salesmen but less then satisfactory on the presentation when showing the customer the car they just purchased. I'm truly hoping the scratches get taken care of.

Dealership was able to adjust my front subframe... no known explanation from other dealer Chevrolet Dealer... But Carl Black Dealer Was able to bring my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport up to alignment spec. I was happy with the results and now I'm awaiting for my new tires so my car won't have a radio pull from my rear tire.

Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC is a large dealership with a lot of new, beautiful and clean cars. The property is kept up very well. Neatly trimmed, no trash, the buildings were all clean and the maintenance is kept up on them. The employees were all kind and friendly. They work together with the manager to find the value. A++

I took my vehicle and not knowing what it needed and after they checked it out Brent the service advisor is able to tell me exactly what was wrong without padding or adding extra stuff I didn t need. Because of that I will always come back to him and recommend Carl black everyone I know!

Wasted 2 hours with these Crooks. Watch them with the numbers. They have the same vehicle on the lot that I am trading in, except 5 yrs older and they want to give me the same price they are asking for theirs . My is a 17 and theirs is a 12 with over double the miles. My car is in excellent condition and clean car fax. I UNDERSTAND that there is a difference between trade and retail, but this is reduclious. Only thing I can say is stay away.

This dealership represents everything that s wrong with car dealerships. I would not recommend this dealer. I went to this dealership ready to buy but it was a complete waste of time. I waited over an hour to see a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot. I was ready to do business and buy so I submitted all my financial information and even allowed for my credit to be run. Only to later be told by a manager that a base model Chevy Tahoe LS was $52,000!!!! The advertised price on the website is $44,015. This was extremely shocking to me considering I told the salesman Walt my budget was $40,000 and under. His reply was the vehicle I wanted was a loaner so the manager could give an even bigger discount. Needless it was a complete waste of time.

Got to the dealer and was met by a salesman shows us 1 truck and seemed to not want to show us anything else but the the 1 truck and then smercks and giggles cause our credit wasnt good enough to get us into a silverado that was 40 grand and as we drive out him and his buddies giggling and laughing as the waive at us as we leave what a crappy customer service base this dealership has. I will not ever do buisness with Carl Black chevy and please do not work any deal under my credit i wont accept any deal.

I've been going to Carl Black for over 9 years for my cars (4). Service was always a struggle and not very good; however, this last trip was great and knowing that they are finally investing into the service department and growing by building additional service facilities is great. Thank you
