Brilliant service from Matt & his team. Part ex'd my twin axle 6 berth to downgrade to a 4 berth. Offered a good part ex price and the new van was immaculately cleaned and a couple of very minor niggles, that I found, fixed prior to collection. Good handover from Matthew, who explained everything to us. And to cap it all a lovely bunch of flowers for the wife. Well done guys.

Excellent friendly help and advice. Spent a long time discussing our requirements and bought a caravan suited to our needs.

We bought our first caravan from here 2 years ago and Phil was outstanding.. made our experience so stress free. Lets be honest the caravan world can be a minefield but The Caravan Company made it so easy. And on returns for whatever reason Matt and Phil have been a pleasure to deal with. Matt is always cheery and never disappoints. I especially like speaking to the man who will do the repairs and Rob the Mechanic is a joy to deal with. Caring, helpful and knowledgeable... and a really good guy.

Cannot fault this crew.... I thank them for helping me through 'novicehood' .. to quote Phil recently, "You are no longer a novice but if you still have any questions you know where we are ". I cannot ask for more.

And my partner went to have a look around and ended up walking away after buying one of them. The buying process was really easy and everything was explained very well. On handover day we were introduced to Matt (Brian) who was amazing and explained how to use everything with great detail. I couldn t recommend this place more the staff are super friendly and helpful when it comes to anything.

Popped in today looking to get an idea of what we are after in our next van. Staff left us to it, with no hard sell. 6 Berths were a bit limited, but I guess they are selling well at the moment.

Excellent Service provided from viewing to purchasing our van. Because of recent storms we had to postpone collection a couple of times. They went above and beyond to help us at a time to suit. Having recently dealt with two competitors who went out of their way to put us off ever buying our first caravan,the caravan company not only restored our decidion to buy one but surpassed our expectations in terms of service and a genuine desire to not only leave the client/customer happy but also leaving the door wide open for future dealings and positive recommendations.
We were particularly impressed by their patience explaining the workings of a caravan,resolving a technical issue immediately and going the extra mile arranging delivery and my overview is that the people we dealt with throughout the process successfully combined professionalism and friendliness.
We also liked the layout of the caravans on site where there was a clear definition between different types as in number of berths,single/twin axles,fixed beds etc as most places seem to be completely haphazard in this respect with too much emphasis on price order.

This company was a pleasure too do business with , we got a great caravan. All the staff was lovely & helpful , also an added bonus was a beautiful bunch of flowers for myself. Definitely do business with them again. 5 star service

My husband and decided a few weeks ago to and have a look at up grading our caravan. And we both agree what a very pleasant experience we had with the caravan company in Findon. When we arrived we were ask if we would like a cup of coffee or tea. Then told just help yourself to a step and look round at your leisure and call us if u need any help. It was so nice not to have any salesmen following on your heels putting pressure on. Us to buy.. We finally found a caravan we both feel in love with and went to the sales shop where we were asked if we'd like anther cup of coffee. And we. We're interdouced to. Rhys who made buying and selling our caravan a very pleasurable experience... We went to collect our new caravan on the 6 September and Rhys took us all round our new caravan and explained everything to us and how it all worked before we hooked up and finally left. My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to all the kind frendliy staff. A specaliy Rhys brilliant job with no pressure.. A very big thank you to everyone. So kind and caring.

Went to see a caravan that was being sold "as is" but was assured it was in nice condition. Drove 40 miles only to find out it was a peice of rubbish that wasn't worth half want they were asking for it.

I brought a caravan and it is rotten at the front of the window and the towing electric is shoot I'd never go back to the that delivers again

I recently brought a Bailey from The Caravan Company. I have to say great service. Matt has been extremely helpful answering all my questions and queries as well as being very easy to do business with.
As a company they have a good selection of Caravans. The one I ordered was delivered to the site where I keep it and the old part exchange picked up.

Great place, great service. The staff really know their stuff and went out of their way to help and advise us. They even moved our new van to storage for us whilst hubby took his test for B and E licence. Robert delivered the van to storage on his day off and it was his wedding anniversary too, now thats customer service if ever I saw it.

Very helpful informative and knowledgeable people. We were able to walk around without being hassled but knew where people were if we needed them. Very well laid out so much so we brought a new caravan it's a from us.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and of the staff. Fantastic level of professional and expert service. We purchased a Swift Sterling 2 berth caravan from them. Caravan is in mint condition and offered at a competitive price. The handover was text book and covered absolutely everything that we needed to know. All staff were more than happy to explain and help with any queries that we had. Coffee was also plentiful

We have just purchased our first ever caravan. We looked at around 30 vans dotted around various dealers in and around Hertfordshire, but chose the Caravan Company to purchase our 2010 Lunar Quasar 525.

On our first outing we found some things wrong with the van, but it did not deter our enjoyment. We rang the Caravan Company from our site and they could not of been more helpful and accommodating. they told us to drop it off on our way home and what ever was required to put things right they would do, there was none of this normal stuff, like this is not covered by the warranty etc., They just got on and did it. They even delivered it when it was finished.

They have more than looked after us, so if you are looking to buy a caravan this is the place, customer service with a smile, they do go the extra mile. Our next caravan will definitely come from the Caravan Company. Thanks Guys you have been Brilliant.

My wife spotted an amazing price on a new Adria Adora and we travelled 3 hours to make the purchase. A good trade in on our existing caravan was agreed and everything went very smoothly. I think the thing that stands out is the professionalism and knowledge of Andrew and his staff. Matt aka Brian took us through the workings of the new caravan in great detail and ably answered any queries we had. The on-site shop provided any of the small bits we needed and again the service was exceptional. After purchase we couldn't get the Alde heating to work. A phone call was all that was needed for a setting to be changed and we were up and running. I would certainly recommend this business without hesitation. Well done. NB a nice touch was the presentation of a bouquet of flowers to my wife.

Bought our first caravan earlier this year. The service was excellent. Received flowers for myself and daughter on pick up which made us feel special. Any questions, queries or problems were dealt with promptly even after purchase. Would recommend!

Our caravan came with a 1 year guarantee on damp repair.
After servicing it for the first time we were informed of an damp area that was covered by the guarantee. After contacting Matt it was booked in and dealt with promptly and free of charge as promised.

Excellent customer service from Rhys, from the first initial phone call to the end result. Rhys spent some quality time with us showing us various models untill the wife found one she loved.
Unfortunately we purchased somewhere else although through no fault of rhys or the branch., we just fell accros a steel of a deal somewhere else. I kept in touch with Rhys to keep him informed of what my plans were and he tried his hardest without being pushy to get us a good deal on his van but in the end had to admit defeat. This review is to say and prove that although a purchase wasn't made the service is 100% and rhys in our opinion went above and beyond to try and secure a sale, again with no pressure or normal salesman talk. Rhys is a credit to his company and would definitely be our first point of call in the future if we need another van. Thank you once again.

Looked at getting another caravan, this time a 2 berth and called in at The Caravan Company - so glad we did! The service we received has been really good, no pressure. Left us to look round after they explained how their place was set out. Gave us loads of information on caravans we were interested in. Settled on a small 2 berth to see how we get on with it. Husband went to collect it, it was serviced and came with a warranty. They showed him all round the caravan and how things worked. Would definitely recommend them and to top it all my husband came home with some flowers for me from The Caravan Company!! Andrew, the owner, was a delight to deal with.

I like it here a lot but they seem to be selling more dearer caravans now and not catering for the less well off, or I would have given 5 stars.

We decided it was time to sell our caravan recently. I spoke with Andrew and he was a pleasure to deal with and also importantly was upfront and honest with me throughout our conversation. The price they gave was fair and was paid instantly by BACS transfer.

First class, only draw back is,no collections of purchased caravans at weekends.
