Bought our first caravan earlier this year. The service was excellent. Received flowers for myself and daughter on pick up which made us feel special. Any questions, queries or problems were dealt with promptly even after purchase. Would recommend!

Our caravan came with a 1 year guarantee on damp repair.
After servicing it for the first time we were informed of an damp area that was covered by the guarantee. After contacting Matt it was booked in and dealt with promptly and free of charge as promised.
