My husband and decided a few weeks ago to and have a look at up grading our caravan. And we both agree what a very pleasant experience we had with the caravan company in Findon. When we arrived we were ask if we would like a cup of coffee or tea. Then told just help yourself to a step and look round at your leisure and call us if u need any help. It was so nice not to have any salesmen following on your heels putting pressure on. Us to buy.. We finally found a caravan we both feel in love with and went to the sales shop where we were asked if we'd like anther cup of coffee. And we. We're interdouced to. Rhys who made buying and selling our caravan a very pleasurable experience... We went to collect our new caravan on the 6 September and Rhys took us all round our new caravan and explained everything to us and how it all worked before we hooked up and finally left. My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to all the kind frendliy staff. A specaliy Rhys brilliant job with no pressure.. A very big thank you to everyone. So kind and caring.
