Having recently dealt with two competitors who went out of their way to put us off ever buying our first caravan,the caravan company not only restored our decidion to buy one but surpassed our expectations in terms of service and a genuine desire to not only leave the client/customer happy but also leaving the door wide open for future dealings and positive recommendations.
We were particularly impressed by their patience explaining the workings of a caravan,resolving a technical issue immediately and going the extra mile arranging delivery and my overview is that the people we dealt with throughout the process successfully combined professionalism and friendliness.
We also liked the layout of the caravans on site where there was a clear definition between different types as in number of berths,single/twin axles,fixed beds etc as most places seem to be completely haphazard in this respect with too much emphasis on price order.
