I was looking for specific Cartier watch in NYC, and it turned out two places I looked in NYC were temporary closed. I wasnt sure about this place since its in odd location in Flushing. However I am very pleased with the selections and serive at the store. Store manager Jeanne was very professional and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the price of watch. Also she even offered me a piece of watch link for free. Which costs quiet a lot. Not sure I will need another watch for a while, but if I need I will defintely go back.
Review for the service, I went there to adjust my watch's bracelet, even it wasn't purchased here,but the service staff still accomplished my request fast and neatly and answered all my questions about how to maintain my watch with great patient. This is my first time in the store and everyone was so kind and nice, it shows how there are nice people in Flushing. They show me around with many many different brands that I never knew about and how the past Olympics was by Omega. Really enjoy my visit in and wouldn't hesitate to go back in either to buy or just visit the nice people.

I never felt pressured to buy and he even provided additional photos of the piece at my request. Derek was transparent throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. Had a great experience here... Was looking for a particular Grand Seiko and I ultimately left the store with a new piece on my wrist that I am very happy with. I recently found myself without a watch because of a theft and needed something to replace it. I researched and researched and found the brand that appealed to me the most. My online quest immediately brought me to a renowned gray-market dealer with obvious deep advertising pockets and offering amazing discounts, but without manufacturers' warranties. Long story short, I was very apprehensive about having to rely on this company's documented and dubious service history should something be amiss so I sought to find an authorized dealer willing to discount the product reasonably with the understanding that a manufacturer's warranty is worth a premium. In a matter of a 1/2 hour after my initial inquiry, Derek contacted me and without any hassles, confusion or misunderstandings, Carat & Co. agreed to the reasonable price I proposed. Me and a friend came here to get a Grand Seiko watch. Derek was so friendly and welcoming and led us in the right direction. We're pretty new to the area and Derek recommended some good eats around there as well!
The exterior and interior are gorgeous but don't let that fool you. I came in here with my mom to look for an engagement ring. Walked in and saw two sales people just sitting in the corner on their cell phones. They didn't even greet us when we came in. They looked up for a brief second to look at us and then went right back to tapping on their phones. I had to resort to asking the security guy where engagement rings were. At this point the security had to get one of the associates to help me and she reluctantly came over to show me where the rings were (entry floor, all the way in the back by the wall). There's not much variety, probably 4 cases of rings and everything else in the store seems to be fashion jewelry or watches. All prices were retail and there's really no worth mentioning wiggle room. If you're here hoping to find a unique engagement ring at a reasonable price - look elsewhere. If you come here looking for service that you would expect from a place that looks this grand - look elsewhere. You and your money are not wanted here.
There are actually two stores in downtown Flushing. The Main Branch is next to HK supermarket and the other new store is across from Chase. If you are looking for top Quality and brand name Jewelry watches; this is the best place to go find what you want. Friendly folks and tons of name brands to choose from !

This is a family run shop with a large selection. I would recommend them above over other large watch shops in NYC area. My God This store is amazing. Some time ago, the founder and executive director of an international consulting company went here to change the straps and strolled around, but I was despised by the clerk. Because of wearing ordinary, even being abandoned and delaying time. Personally, I suggest that some of the clerk in this store should be replaced.
