Had a great experience here... Was looking for a particular Grand Seiko and I ultimately left the store with a new piece on my wrist that I am very happy with. Derek was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him taking the time to answer all of my questions---never once did I feel like I was being rushed or pressured. To be sure, the service here was excellent; very friendly and personalized. They've certainly earned my business and I will be coming back when I have my eyes on the next watch...
