The exterior and interior are gorgeous but don't let that fool you. I came in here with my mom to look for an engagement ring. Walked in and saw two sales people just sitting in the corner on their cell phones. They didn't even greet us when we came in. They looked up for a brief second to look at us and then went right back to tapping on their phones. I had to resort to asking the security guy where engagement rings were. At this point the security had to get one of the associates to help me and she reluctantly came over to show me where the rings were (entry floor, all the way in the back by the wall). There's not much variety, probably 4 cases of rings and everything else in the store seems to be fashion jewelry or watches. All prices were retail and there's really no worth mentioning wiggle room. If you're here hoping to find a unique engagement ring at a reasonable price - look elsewhere. If you come here looking for service that you would expect from a place that looks this grand - look elsewhere. You and your money are not wanted here.
