Klassik, owner, farmer, roaster and barista serves up Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee grown on his own farm in Jamaica, then artisanally hand roasted over pimento wood back here in Oneonta. From soil to cup, he has a hand in the entire process, ensuring quality along the way. They also often have traditional Carribean foods as specials, such as jerk chicken.
