Decent five star. The structure is dated though would benefit from a facelift.

Staff's behavior is more than worst! They should work hard on it. Everything else is good.

Well appointed rooms, excellent cuisine, excellent service.

We had a meeting over a coffee at this place, so as u enter in the huge lobby you can find good amount of seating capacity in the place for you to wait. There is the coffee shop in the front and servicing people are great..

Location is good with lot of greenery. Rooms and nice big and cosy albeit a bit old, some fittings are showing signs of wearing off. Staff is welcoming and warm. Breakfast buffet spread is not as great as other similar star hotels, this is one of the sore point. Good for family stay. Elevators had issues with access control for many guests. Nitin, front desk officer was very helpful.

I think it's good hotel coz of ambience, nice rooms and, restaurants. Stuff's are very humble. If they can improve bit more on choice and, taste of food, that would be awesome.

A five star hotel just at the end of Nehru Place market. A great hotel to stay with swimming pool and spa.

Grand dining experience. Nearest metro station is named Nehru Place just 200 meters from the hotel. Delhi airport is well connected with roads.

This property is located at Nehru Place in the heart of New Delhi. Its almost 20years old and the age does reflects on several areas. Staffs are cooperative and hotel is a good pick

Hotel was good the facility was also good but we had exhibition their but no foot fall not even a single person came to any stall.

The bed sheet had blood stains. Ridiculous hidden charges in the name of the shuttle service which is presented as it is free but costs about 50% of the cost for one night in the hotel. On complaining, I met with a manager who did not seem to have any wish to resolve my complaint.

Attended a conference held there. Good location and halls.

Good hotel. Ambience and front elevation is very good. North Indian food at Singh Sahib is tasty

Had the breakfast buffet, @ Blooms, although an average spread out, but cold sausages, bacon, n half done egg white ommlet. Had to repeatedly ask for butter, n spreads which should be @ the table. Trust me guys I had to ask for a glass of water, I was there for good 45 minutes, I wasn't served water.
It was disgusting. Folks think it over before visiting.

Location is great. Surrounded by lots of good places specially eating places, computer markets, mobile markets.

I was in Delhi for couple of days and decided to go for casual drinks and decided to also enjoy the buffet spread for dinner. Bar ambiance at (Lounge and Bar) was top notch. The service was really great and the prices were reasonable. It was also happy hour while I was there. Had Buffet dinner at Blooms, again the service was really great, the food spread was lavish and the dishes were tasty. There was enough Dessert spread to satisfy every different taste buds.

When u enter a hotel, it's the hospitality and the facial expressions of the staff that gives the first impression much before the architecture,the food and other things. Well when I drove to this place I was following all instructions as per the gate keeper and another staff at the gate. But since I was visiting this place for the first time I couldn't park my vehicle rightly and so the valet shouted at me from quite a distance which I did not expect and I did not like. So I justified myself telling him that another staff had instructed me to hand over the car keys to the valet service and they will take care of it. Instead here he just waved his hand pointing towards a few parked cars and so I went towards those cars and parked for a meanwhile waiting for someone to collect the key or someone to further instruct me. may be it was my fault I failed to understand the given instructions but I certainly did not deserve that shout. Rest Everything is good like every other hotel.

Service is very good, Dining facility is awesome. Two wheeler parking is not there, so you have to park your vehicle in nehru place market.

Rooms too small for the price you pay. Breakfast not bad

First time I go there for attending an event "domainX 2019" I saw the hotel services, that was very fast.
