These guys are good if its something simple but they dont seem to understand or grasp the warranty concept and need to be threatened with court action to honor the warranty contract....also sold me a dying truck my first go around. Not sure I'd return as I dont like how they didnt want to work out a deal after buying two trucks in 6 weeks.

Sean was great to deal with a still remembered my name two weeks later from my first visit which was about 1 hour long. Explained everything to the level that i needed it explained and was not the stereotypical "salesman". Never felt pressured into anything when dealing with him. Matt was great and i didn't get as much pressure as i was expecting to purchase extras. There was a typo on the milage on my extended warranty form from what i had thought i was purchasing, but when i went back to the dealership Matt fixed it right away, no questions or disagreements. Also met with an accessories person (cannot recall his name - Sorry) that was great at explaining what options they offered and the benefits drawbacks of the different versions of the equipment. I prebooked a test drive online, and Gage was quick with responses to my questions. All the accessories were installed with no misalignment and look great. Overall, a great experience.

Went down to Capital to take a look and had a great experience. Had a chance to talk to Brad about possible options and found him to be very friendly and helpful. If you're looking to buy, head down to Capital and ask for Brad, you won't be disappointed!

The reviews are not honest. They compensate customers who place positive reviews. Colin in service needs a punch in the face. Go get pressured like crazy by Paul on the sales floor, who is Colin's brother. The good old days of screwing you to your face and behind your back. Awesome place to get right ripped off. Bend over when you walk in, it will make things easier, lube up.

I purchased a new 2017 GMC Sierra truck from Capital GMC in early May and I found the whole buying experience to be very satisfying and non stressful. The staff members whom I dealt with were all very friendly, helpful and courteous and they worked hard to give me a deal that I was happy with. When in the market for another one, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Capital GMC and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had previously had a less-than-amazing experience with a salesperson at this location and were a bit hesitant about what we might encounter on our recent visit to the dealership. The individual we met with last time no longer works there and thankfully our paths crossed with Dillan Kuntz when we went in to discuss a trade. We shared our previous experience with him and explained what we were looking for. Dillan was very understanding and did everything in his power to help turn a negative experience into a positive one.

Dillan did not try to sell us something outside of our specifications or pressure us in any way. He did not offer up false information just to give us a response or pretend to know anything he was not certain of, but sought out answers to all of our questions. He took the time to check with the service department to see what any additional features would cost so we would have a clear idea of our full investment. Dillan also went to bat for us with his managers to work out a deal we were happy with.

Overall, Dillan was super friendly and a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone take the time to meet with this wonderful young man if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Gary Lazio handled the financial side of things for us. He was also friendly and personable and explained the warranty options to us. He was slightly more "persuasive" when suggesting various options, but did not push to a point that made us uncomfortable... more so just seemed to want to ensure we were aware of all of our options, which we appreciated.

Overall, our recent experience with Capital was excellent and I would not hesitate to return for future vehicle needs.

As a side note, we had all service work for our previous vehicle completed through the service department here and have always found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave my car a wash the last time I took it in. :)

Very pleased while we purchased our Yukon XL. Our salesman Anand was very knowledge about all trim levels, so much so he knew the exact application to achieve the multi layer metallics. As well as many other trim level features.

I wasn't told what was repaired on my vehicle. My car is still making a louder noise, but they did not mention anything about it. I guess they don't wash your car afterwards, but that wasn't a big deal.

I just purchased a vehicle (2018 GMC Terrain SLT) over the weekend and had one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. From my initial contacts with the online sales manager, all the way through to the final signing process with the finance guy, the customer experience was exceptional.

Denise Herauf (online sales) was very quick to respond to my questions whether it be through email or on the phone.

Robin Sangvi was a magnificent salesperson who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and applied no additional pressure to buy and was very reasonable throughout the entire negotiation process. He was also a genuine car enthusiast which helped lead to some great conversations on the test drive.

Kien To was the person in the finance department who finalized the sale with me. He was amazing. He made the entire process feel very transparent and kept me informed throughout every step. He was also a fellow car enthusiast, so even though we spent upwards of close to two hours in the same room, there was no shortage of conversation and the time flew by very quick!

Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to purchase a vehicle from Capital GMC Buick Cadillac, and will be referring as many people as I can your way!

Bought two vehicles from capital GMC Regina both time didn t inform me about damage to vehicle . When I went there to pick up vehicle then I saw dent on vehicle (September 2015).it was too late for me to back off because they already done credit checks.
Same problem happened with second vehicle too in April 2019.

Absolutely phenominal staff and experiance from the second I walked through the door!

Book an appointment! If you have anything outside of a routine oil change, don't believe the "Just come in at 7" line that they will give you. Called and heard the line for a second time after reassurance a few months ago that they would change their approach. Live more than an hour drive from Regina city limits and was turned away to come back the next day. Not impressed.

Other than that, we bought a good vehicle at a good price.

I walked into Capital not sure exactly what I was looking for; I knew only that I wanted an SUV. I met with Ryan who quickly showed me around showroom and was patient in narrowing down my search.
