On Sept. 17th my husband and I bought a 2013 GMC Sierra from Capital. We were assisted by Nick Shaw and Kevin Gatschene. Nick was our saleperson and Kevin was our financial guy. I can not tell you how impressed I was by both of them. Totally professional without being intimidating, able to put us at ease quickly, very knowledgeable in their respective areas and of course, as Nick pointed out.........handsome! lol

I gave such a high rating for dealing with Warren because he really listened to what we were looking for. He knew our budget, the features we wanted and was really easy to work with; in fact I think that was the most thorough and quick we've ever purchased a vehicle. He was fairly new to the dealership and although communicating that with us, we felt we were in very good hands. If he wasn't sure about a question he had, he was honest and found the answer for us.

Would like to give them zero star but have to give 1 star that s the only option . Not satisfied with vehicle , tried so many time to explain them but did not get any satisfied service. Seems like they don t care , Once the vehicle is sold .

To sales man please tell the customers what your 3 month warranty actually can cover which is only engine and transmission but while we are purchasing sales man never clear these things with any customer. Your clarification and true explanation can help us to buy wright vehicle .

Horrible service and grossly overcharged. Will never go back here again.

Dillon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable, as I was nervous going in by myself as a younger girl who doesn't know anything about cars.
He was patient and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand.
When I went back after deciding to go with the vehicle, he got it in for cleaning that night so I could pick it up and sign the papers the next day.
Getting my vehicle was a a quick and easy process thanks to Dillon!!

Great people easy to work with and straight forward

Justin Hoffart was a pleasure to deal with. Being from the next province they had the model and coloring I wanted and when I called them - they gave me their best deal right off the hop! This was a couple of thousand dollars less than the dealer I was currently dealing with in Winnipeg was ever going to give me on a color that I did not even want! Well worth the call. We had a great experience and were treated with the outmost courtesy. Sarrath knew a lot about the car we purchased and made us very confident when we left. We will certainly go back and pass their service on to friends and family.

Had an issue with some of the charges on my new vehicle went back the next day and everything was fixed to my complete satisfaction.

My salesperson, Terry McCrystal, put me at ease the moment we talked on the phone. What I appreciated about Terry was that he actually listened to my needs, wants, limitations, and previous experiences. He acknowledged my frustrations in the past and provided me with solutions. That was refreshing and a first for me in terms of buying a car. He was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in buying and shared my excitement. He answered all my inquiries and got my command start and extended warranty added to my financing. It seems that being a cars salesman is a match made in heaven for Terry; he excels at it and smashes the status quo negative connotations of being a car salesman.

My finance rep, Matt Fischer, despite being sick and under the influence of cold medication (ha ha ha), hung in there and got me excellent financing terms. He paid me compliment to my credit score and also secured extended warranty for me that exceeded my expectations. He was very passionate about his job and I could tell that he enjoyed it. I would gladly conduct additional financing through Matt.

Other staff I met included Fred Petrowich, who exuded charm and class in sealing the deal. His sincerity and ability to look me in the eye was impressive. The front receptionist who grabbed me a water and made sure it was known to my sales rep that I was waiting for him, Nikki Branscombe, impressed me as well.

I look forward to the long relationship I will have with these staff and the dealership. Rather than it being a painful, long, and unpleasant task -buying my car this time was a pleasure and I actually felt respected and valued; not just another sale, stat, and commission.

My wife and I bought both of our vehicles through Capital GMC - I bought my 2011 Sierra through Justin and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Felt at home, in good hands and any questions or concerns have been handled straight away. Was considering upgrading to a 2014 model and again I went in and Justin and Serey bent over backwards to make sure I had what I wanted and walked out with another beauty truck.

Kien got the financing all in order and between these three fellas and a screwy schedule on my part, I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Sierra.

I dropped my vehicle off and came back in a hour and it was ready to go. They were quick and efficient.

Fast friendly service, I was told my truck would be done around 4 and got a call at 3:30 saying it was ready. Oh and under the hood was cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I went to different dealerships to find the right car i wanted. They were less interested in what i wanted and more in what they wanted to sell me. trying the sell the next model.....then i went to Capital GMC where I was promptly greeted by the sales associate- Victoria Eggum and she helped me decide what were the right options i had and got all of them pulled out for me to have a look at them and test drive them if i wanted. I considered Ford Escape, Edge, drove Cadillac SRX4 & Terrain and then finally decided to buy the Terrain. Even when i was confused between buying Terrain and Srx, she never tried to sell me Srx over terrain just because it was more expensive or something which i felt at other places. I was never rushed to select one or buy one. I took my time and decided to buy what i wanted. She provided excellent customer service.

Had she not told me that it was her first day at Sales floor and i was the first customer she was dealing with i would have never known that.I would like to congratulate both VIctoria and Capital GMC for that as i think they provide excellent training and let associates help customers only when they are ready. At the other dealership when i asked some questions regarding the car i was told by the guy helping me that he was still new and just joined last month so did not know much. I was okay with that till i came to Capital GMC and Victoria mentioned that it was her first day i could not help mentioning it here.
I would certainly go back to Capital GMC and if Victoria is still working there would ask her help whenever i buy my next car and will certainly recommend to my friends as well.

Have bought 2 trucks from this dealer, sales department was great. However have had not so great experience with the service department. First stripped the center cap hole on my wheel and when I brought it up they told me I must have done it. Then was in for an oil change and my truck sat on the pit for an hour with nobody arround, the same service I had a light out and the tech was banging on my truck like it was an 80's square body. When I brought this to the attention of the service writer she didnt care. Then dealer calls my wife all the time, dont know why as she doesnt own a gm. Now they called to book an inspection of my cabin filter and say that there is no recalls on my truck, there is 3 that gm sent me letters for but the lady just disagreed. Also every time I've got an oilchange they wipe the oil off my hood with some kind of shop rag that most likely isnt good for the paint and there is still oil prints anyway. Needless to say I need a new dealer to work on my vehicle. I've refrained from writing this for a long time but the last phone call was just unsettling, due to the fact that I was brushed off and told I'll just be taken off the call back list. I really wanted to purchase from here again but I have very mixed feelings on why I should spent my money here.

this is my third vehicle from capital. dealt with my niece Louise Popik, then Colin Konanz, Gregg McSherry. I like GM products because my brother (Myron Popik) is a service technician who works on gm. Like to support Canadian made plus a local business. These employees go out of their way to make me feel special when I visit the dealership. Nice to be recognized and acknowledged whenever I visit.

I found the low-mileage used car I was looking for on Capital's website (the website is very well organized and maintained as well) but because I live 650kms away (near Calgary) I relied heavily on Lana and Jazz to help me over the phone, emails and even YouTube! Lana forwarded several photos of the car and then even uploaded a video walk-through of the car to YouTube so that I could be comfortable with my decision to drive so far to buy the car. I was very nervous about committing to drive 6.5 hours each way just to look at a used vehicle but Lana volunteered to take the car for a drive for me, she tested all of the buttons and electronics, and she even confirmed that the interior didn't smell like smoke because that would have been a deal-breaker for me!!
I had an existing car that I was going to sell privately but thanks to Jazz and Gord I was able to get an estimated value of my car as a trade-in based on my description of it and the VIN, and that convinced me to drive to Regina instead of fly. It turned out that the final offer fell within the estimated value so we completed the deal, swapped licence plates and I was on the road home with my new (used) car.
When we arrived at Capital we were immediately treated professionally and courteously, and Capital's estimator quickly completed an offer for my trade-in and we were able to do up the paper work (thanks Tony) and get me back on the road as quickly as possible.
I am very pleased with the entire experience and want to congratulate Mr Axelson and the Capital team for the successful dealership they have!
I'll be back to Capital GMC again for sure.

Communication issues with the oil technican and the service tech ended up waiting 3 more hours to get my vehicle fixed when it should have been done same time as the other services

I have to say of all the places I test drove new cars, this dealership was the least pushy and seemed to be willing to negotiate with my modest budget. They recognized that I was a first time car buyer and sat me down and explained all my options. I was really impressed with the sales staff. Whenever I had a question (I had many) I would call or text the salesman and he was polite, responsive, and thorough with my questions. I felt more like a friend then a possible sale.

My only qualm was when it came to decision making time. There was that air of "Just buy it already" where they really hone in on you making you push to say yes to buying it.
Other then that, I had a great experience and am hoping that when I eventually have to deal with the service side they will be just as friendly and knowledgeable and don't push me to do this or that - taking advantage of being a first time buyer and all.

Big shout out to Todd the service advisor who I dealt with! He listened to everything I said and went above and beyond what I asked of him. I was worried someone might use my drivers door lock (which is loose and can fall apart) and he made sure no one used it accidentally. He didn t pressure me into services I might need as I told him I was only there for the recalls. Thanks!!!!

I have been looking for a newer vehicle for a while and a lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was greeted right away and treated with the upmost respect. I was not treated any differently or talked down to because I was a female. Everyone was willing to help me, were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like walking into visit family and not a car dealership. I also like that the sales people are willing to work together to help each other make a sale. Now that the sale is done I don't feel I will be treated any differently and I feel that I can call and ask questions without being belittled like I was at the last dealership I used. The people at Capital GMC are willing to help you no matter what and in a very respectful way.

The people there are very kind and professional. I got my first car with the assistance of Ankesh, Justin, and Gage. Ankesh and Justin were excellent in ensuring that I would be happy with the quality of the car and offering alternative options. Very great, and would definitely recommend purchasing from them to friends.
