Shout out to Capital GMC on having great employees like Brad Collins who goes out of his way to make sure you truly get what you want and need out of a vehicle!

Capital GM has been my go-to dealership for four vehicles over the course of my lifetime. They are always welcoming and knowledgeable about their products and services. I have never had a bad experience whether it was through general maintenance, trading and buying, body work, or purchasing of parts. I would highly recommend this company as they do not pressure you and are always willing to work within your needs and requests. Huge shout out to Mitch Thompson for being a fantastic salesman on my new Terrain! Couldn't ask for a better experience from his team. Thanks!

Not happy took 45 mins after i was told my truck was ready to put 4 tires in back and bring the truck around. I offered to go do it myself

Overall very helpful and knowledgable staff. Ended up personally working with Brad Collins and had a great experience! Looking at vehicles can be overwhelming but he made the process easy by listening to exactly what we wanted and using his expertise to find vehicles within our price range. Professional, personable, and overall down to earth salesman! Highly recommend him if you are an indecisive shopper like me!

After a few negative experiences at other dealerships as well as having incorrect information available online I called ahead to verify the specifics on a vehicle at this dealership. Piyush went out and double checked all features for us which was very generous of him considering again the online ad did not include all features the vehicle actually had. Since the vehicle did have all the features we were looking for we went to look at it when my husband came back into town from work, it was even Piyushs day off but he was more than happy to come in and help us. We had a price quote from another dealership for the exact same vehicle with the same features and kms (which was sold at the same time we were looking at it) but the price was for significantly less. We were not willing to pay more money for the exact same vehicle and after going back and forth with the price we were happy with the final negotiation. In the end we had a very positive experience and would recommend this dealership. The only negative thing I have to say has nothing to do with the team who helped us as they were more than helpful. The only thing I could suggest is for the online ads to be more accurate and the pricing of vehicles to be more on par with other dealerships advertisements. Those who shop around do notice the higher price tag for the same vehicles and may overlook Capital GMC's friendly and helpful services.

The salesman brad was very informative and easy to deal with. I had a pleasant expierience and liked the variety of vehicles to choose from.

I normally never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Capital GMC that I am taking my time to do so. I contacted them about a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk on their website and through out the whole buying process Graden (sales) and Brittany (Finance) were excellent to deal with! They answered my many questions, were very fast to respond (even on a day off), and sent me a detailed personalized video (due to COVID we did a mainly online shopping experience which was easier than I expected!). When it came to pricing I told them I was not looking to waste anyone's time and to give me their best price.. which ended up being very fair compared to other dealerships I looked at. When I did go in to pick up the vehicle they were ready with everything necessary and pleasant to deal with. However, the best part about my experience was that right after the sale, I ended up seeing a problem with 2 tires that was overlooked during the process ... there was no hesitation from them to make it right! They immediately apologized and purchased two new tires for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a hassle free way to buy a car , especially if you're hesitant to do "online" car purchasing.

Capitol is a great place to either buy a vehicle or to take it for work needed--quick lane is the best thing they've done -I now live in penticton bc and the ford dealer here has no quick lane but I'm going to try and change that -no appointment needed --usually is like the name --also do more in the quick lane than oil changes --staff friendly and know their stuff--always go over with you anywork done --I highly recommend capitol ford or capitol gmc

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our truck, and we found one online on the dealership's website. We contacted Don Narcisse and he was immediately available to help us over the phone. We did our financing online, and they got back to us quickly with the approval. The next day we went to the dealership and the staff had everything ready for us. We test drove the new truck, traded in the old truck, filled out the paperwork and were on our way home with our new vehicle. The whole process was incredibly smooth. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks to all of the staff who were involved!!!!!

I went in trade in my 09 Silverado with Kash at Capital. Kash was friendly and pragmatic in meeting my needs and I left with a great deal. Didn't try to give me anything I didn't need and was honest about the value of my trade and the nice Buick they got me in to. I left after a couple of hours with a vehicle that will better suit me and my family's needs. Great experience.

I would like to commend Alexa for her dedication to customer service she made sure that ordering my part would coincide with my appointment. Also Colleen for looking out for me during service and getting unforeseen parts for me so I wouldn't have to drive an extra 4 hours. Very happy except for the bill but I guess parts and labour aren't free.lol

While I'm happy with my Prius BEWARE of their Financing! I walked in and was originally offered Financing at 21%!!!!! I threatened to walk away and they gave me the tired old line that you hate hearing from a dealer.. "wait let me see what I can do". In the end I got it down to 7% But 21% for a car loan (this should be criminal).

Update (Jan 30 2018): After I wrote this review I was contacted by a manager there who looked into this situation. He states that it was a decision made solely by bank and that Capital GMC had nothing to do with it. Regardless, if I was more desperate or less educated I would have accepted the 21% and would have spent thousands more for my car. Having said that, I am extremely happy with my purchase and other than my experience with financing, Capital GMC seems to be a pretty good dealership. I would come back here again.

Disappointing and frustrating service. Was looking forward to a nicely cleaned and perfectly running vehicle after it was in their shop for what seemed like an eternity. Had to miss my brefuss on multiple occasions to get updates.

This can be resolved with free brefuss to a restaurant of my choosing.

Had a minor issue with my front tires. The truck still had a little time left on warranty (2017 Canyon). Natashia set me up with great service. The repair was completed under warranty and they inspected the entire truck for a very reasonable price. They also paid for two taxis to get me to and from the shop. Can t explain how much I appreciated that.

Ryan Nakonechny was super helpful and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and offered any and all information he knew on the vehicle. The knowledge this man has on vehicles is amazing. I purchased a new 2017 GMC Canyon recently. Salesman Dillan Kuntz was awesome. I was very pleased with him and helping me get the truck I wanted. Very friendly and courteous and checks in with me to be sure I'm still happy .

A close family friend of mine has been having issues with this company within the past year I suggest if you like GM products please visit Wheaton Chevy on Albert St North or RMP on Albert St South. They treated a long time customer like he was less of a human being. They let there workers give customers quotes on vehicles and deny giving them if its not up to par with the managers then they call there customers liars when they get called out on the bull $*&#. I wish this place wasn't full of snakes that watch each others back. No point on complaining they sit back and laugh at you when u stand your ground ... They have my friend upset that he making a FB page on how corrupt they are...Hope this serves you well

I had the assistance from Dennis, Mona, and Ryan. They have a great family team there!! If I had any questions and one was busy the other ones were ready and helped me. I would go back to see them again in the future.

A couple of years ago, I brought my father from Manitoba to Capital GM where he purchased a used Buick. He was treated very well and is still enjoying his Buick today. On July 20th, my wife and I visited Capital GM looking to purchase a newer used vehicle. We were warmly welcomed to the dealership by Perry Pachkowski. After chatting with Perry and telling him what we were hoping to find and looking to spend, we sat down and went through the product list to see what was available. Originally, I was looking for a smaller SUV but we fell in love with a 2012 Buick Verano in the showroom. It was a little more money than we originally intended on spending but Perry introduced us to Tony Plett and Kevin Gatschene who helped work out a plan that we were comfortable with and we are now the proud owners of the Verano. I've owned a Buick in the past and the Verano carries on Buick's tradition of comfort, smooth ride and a luxurious & quiet interior. A bonus is the fuel efficient 4 cylinder Ecotec engine.

After the 'T's were crossed and the 'i's were dotted, Perry gave us a tour of the facility and departments.

Perry, Tony and Kevin were very courteous, professional and helpful in making our vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. It was like buying a car from a friend. Kudos to your staff. You really do have a dealership with a difference!

When the time comes to look for our next vehicle, we will be back and I recommend the 'Capital' treatment to all who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I recently had my vehicle in for service through Cadillac's Premium Care package. My service advisor was excellent, thorough communication throughout the day keeping me in the loop! My vehicle was inspected, filters changed, winter tires installed and ready for the end of the day without having an appointment. Some people excel in customer service, others don't, Alex in service is one of the good guys!

The customer service was like always excellent but upon personal inspection none of my grease fittings were greased. Makes me wonder what else was "missed." They were happy to rectify the mistake and apologize for what was done but I'll be watching closely next time as well

I sent in an offer for a car they had posted on autotrader and I kept getting emails from a person by the name of Tanya Sinclair. I've asked her to stop sending me emails but now I'm getting spammed with them. In my opinion if I get this type of behavior and customer service through emails. I'm glad I didn't walk though there doors. And now I don't think I ever will. People who are looking for vehicles should look else where.

The worst place to buy a car... Sales people promises but never deliver... Not happy with anything

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Upon my arrival the salesman who led me to my appointment was very kind. I then met with Brad Collins who was extremely kind and very helpful. The salesman in financing was also very kind.
Being a single mom and having a very energetic child sometimes I am left feeling uncomfortable when leaving certain establishments. Not at Capital GMC, it was a very positive feeling all around!!

One of the best sales specialists I have ever dealt with. My intention was not to buy a car but because of his great service, I ended up buying it on my first visit. Thanks for your awesome customer service, Ankesh. He is a great asset to the company.

On the morning of September 21st, I approached the burly, black bearded male parts person of this firm with a sample of the M8 X 20, grade 8, coarse threaded bolt, I wished to purchase. He advised me that he could only assist me if I provided the GM Vehicle Identification Number, make, model, year and location of the bolt; which I provided. He then informed me, my only option was to order this bolt from a Michigan location at an estimated delivery of more than one week. I declined his offer. Having had some time to consider this response, I returned in the afternoon to inquire of the slight, male parts person who wore his light colored hair in a ponytail, if I could purchase this common bolt from their shop supplies . He told me We probably have this bolt in shop supplies but I would get into serious trouble if I sold it to you. I left this establishment annoyed and frustrated. I purchased this bolt for less than $0.50 at another local business.
This experience demonstrates to me an apathetic attempt to satisfying the needs of a customer. Such an enterprise is undeserving of my endured patronage.

Dillian was great! Very helpful and kind, made the experience very comfortable at GMC.

The sevice was quick and efficient the staff were knowledgeable when it came to the different programs for financing. Great selection of trucks to choose from.

We arrived on Monday to take a look at the suv's that capital had to offer, after visiting a few other car lots in the city first I was frustrated and not hopeful i would find anything I would like. Sarath met us at the door of capital, invited us in making us feel very welcome at the lot., this was not the feeling we got at some of the other lots. I had a bit of an idea what I wanted when we came in to Capital, Sarath showed us 3 vehicles to start and offered to show us more if those weren't what we wanted. Once we found what we were looking for, we were whisked away to hands down the most organized fiance professional we have ever dealt with at any lot. Kevin quickly gather our info and sent it off to the necessary places. My hope was I might be in a new to us vehicle by early next week as has always been my experience with other lots hat it takes a number of days to get things sorted out not two total and we have the new Suv at home. 5 star service for sure!!!
