Our visit to Capital GMC was the first ever visit to any Auto dealer in Canada. Being a newcomer, we didn't know much and hence were very nervous about buying the vehicle. We met Sarath and he made us extremely comfortable. He was quite patient with us and it didn't take him long to understand our requirement. We got along very well. The entire experience of identifying the right vehicle, test drives and finally striking the deal - was made super smooth and pleasant by Sarath. I must thank him for his time, patience, efforts and going beyond to help us out on every aspect of owning a vehicle.
We could actually feel that he cared for us and wanted us to get the best deal or vehicle.There was no pressure on us at any point in time to finalize and/or close the deal. We were given enough options and discussion was always very open and not pushing for a sale. We got advice on all add-ons and when would it make sense to choose any of these; allowing us to make informed decisions.
While making the payments, we had issues with our cards. However, Gary and Sarath were both considerate and allowed us reasonable time. Can't thank you guys enough!!

I have had several good experiences with Rob Howard in the Service Department. The experience that has kept me coming back was suspension issue that happened just shortly after the manufacturer warranty expired (2 months after the 3 year warranty, but the Km was well below 60K). Rob and other members of the service department contacted GMC Canada on my behalf and then GMC covered the majority of the cost of the repairs (75%) with a good will warranty extension. I have found Rob and there other members of the team to be very helpful and honest regarding information related to my vehicles.
Buying a car can be a very simple process. Many other dealerships and and their sales people give you the run around and a whole pile of games. This dealership and sales members did not! The sales professionals I dealt with were Ankesh Gupta and Sarath Kozhisseri. Ankesh even helped me with my purchase on his day off! I appreciate their professionalism and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality automobile to not waste their time with other dealerships just stop in at CAPITAL GMC.
Everyone with dealt with was super amazing. We have been a dodge family since 1999. Sean Deneve was fantastic, he was not pushy, this combined with his very comfortable and welciming demeanor made us stay and look around. We had an idea of what we wanted and found it easily and introduced us to Matt Fischer and between the 2 of them had me driving my new SUV home in 2 days. Just had a great experience with Capital Cadillac. Although new to the city (just moved in from Ottawa) they treated us like family. In short their customer service was/is exceptional!!! I bought a used truck from Ron. He was really good always called back and sent any pics I wanted. He even delivered truck to us 3 hours away Would be 5 stars but truck had a small tear in fabric on roof that I wasn't told about not a big deal but was told truck was deteailed and it wasn't a very good job a small stain in roof and one in the back seat. Would definitely recommend this place especially Ron
I went there on Saturday April 26/14 and it was crazy busy as they had their spring sale on. I had booked an appointment through the online chat Tanya was great at getting the information to me on the vehicles that I wanted to look at. She set me up with Ian Kearns for the appointment. Ian knew that he was busy at the time I needed to come in and he got his counter part Gregg Williams to step in. Gregg was great, very patient and brought any vehicle up for me to test drive. Even though it was crazy busy Gregg still kept us in mind when we came back from test drives and juggled his time with other customers to get the next test drive up to the door for us After trying several I thought that I narrowed it down but had to think on it. Gregg was great on making sure that I had all the information that I needed and then sent me emails confirming sale pricing and perks on each vehicle that I was looking at. The following Tuesday I returned to test drive again. I ended up changing my mind lol. I went from looking at used to a new SUV still couldn't decided. I called the next day to let Gregg know that new it was. He got Jazz to start all the loan approval process and shortly there after it was done. I live out of Regina and could only come back in quickly on Saturday to get my new SRX. Gregg and Ian both help with the information and soon got us on the road! .
Brad collins truly is a great guy to buy a car from. He mentions all the best current deals that he can offer you and will make sure that you get the best option for you. He isnt in it just for the profit and you can tell that he is an honest guy. I would definitely choose him to get a car from.

So far appears outstanding, but too soon to say for sure. Started out with Sharon/Derec (hope I got the name right) team but ended with Sharon/Don team. Had a pleasant experience with all the guys I dealt with - Sharon, Don, Derec, Jona and Tony. However, I will be in a better position to make a more objective review when I see what the after-sale service is. I hope I am not disappointed !!!
Do NOT take your vehicle to be fixed there! My SUV took over 10 days and I was quoted 2 and they quoted me 1/2 of what I paid and it still is making a noise and it's not fixed. All I was told was "sorry" Terrible experience all together

I live in British Columbia, I traveled back to Saskatchewan to by a 2013 G M C Yukon XL recently. Why? Because the price was great. Even with the whole traveling back to Saskatchewan thing. The people were friendly and very helpful, It was enough to convince me to fly into Regina. I was not disappointed in the least. The service was Great. The helped me with every detail and made sure that I was satisfied with all of the arrangements that we made. The 5 stars I gave wasn't "just because". This is now our sixth new/used vehicle purchase process (1st with this dealership) and it all started with a kind gentlemen waving us over to an open parking spot upon our arrival. He then stood there to greet us, shook our hands and then asked what brings us there today.
Turns out he was the sales manager...not sitting in an office BUT actually walking out and about in the parking lot and making himself visible.
Then we made it inside and were greeted by our sales person, Dillan Kuntz......exceptional young man. If I was hiring for my business, I would of head hunted this fellow. Never pressured, knowledge was second to none and if he didn't know he didn't make an excuse or statement....he just kept honest and found the answers. This young man came across so respectful and sincere as one could.
Matt, our finance guy was very professional, friendly and did his absolute best yo get us driving away in the vehicle we wanted and at the payments we wanted.
All in all it was just under two hours from entering the parking lot to signing the papers for our new vehicle purchase. They even had time to introduce us to the service lady and she walked us through the process of maintenance and how their multi bay system operated (which is the cleanest I have ever seen a workshop/service writer building).
The kicker......Dillan even took our lunch receipt and paid for our meal. To some that may not be much but to my wife and I, it was the topping on the cake.
Our next vehicle purchase will definitely be at Capital GM Regina again.
Made an appointment to see a vehicle. Upon arriving at Capital I learned that the vehicle was out on a test drive with someone else who hadn't made an appointment. Apparently this salesperson went against their protocol for allowing a test drive. Long story short, the vehicle was sold to these people. I didn't get any priority having booked an appointment with the intent of purchasing the vehicle. I had made arrangements to see this vehicle, arranging to have my child taken care of. Wasted over an hour of my time at the dealership trying to figure out where this vehicle went. Very disappointed with my experience.
There is nothing worst but treating your customer like they are nothing! I guess we should remind ourselves who help us bring food on the table when we are in the "customer service business". Should not judge your customer way ahead of time and no matter what treat them with Dignity! Maybe that Chinese Dude can use customer service 101! Pretty disgusted for sure. This was not my first purchase but for sure my last! Pretty aweful
I had a great experience dealing with Capital GMC. Everything from the first time I walked in, through the entire sales process, as well as through the financing process. My salesman Kevin, his manager Sean and the finance Manager Gage were all beyond amazing to deal with. It felt like coming to see friends or family everytime I came to the dealership or even speaking on the phone. I also must mention how seemless all of them made the process of purchasing my truck. There was no sitting and waiting, or long hours spent at the dealership. Kevin sat and listened to what I wanted, narrowed down the search to a few options and then let me take my test drives. We then sat and worked on price, where Sean and I agreed on payments I was comfortable with before handing me off to Gage in finance. Gage took all my info and sent me on my way until he had all the details worked out. When I came back to see Gage he had all the paperwork ready to go, but it wasnt like he was pushing me out of his office afterwards. We sat and chatted for a while and had a few good laughs. Like I mentioned the overall experience was so relaxed and had the same feeling of coming to see friends and family.

The sales staff was very friendly and the car was a good deal. I had a few minor issues after the fact which I included in my original review (turns out one was my fault... sorry about that), but the sales manager made things right.

I've been shopping for a replacement vehicle for my spouse as the compact vehicle we have does not meet our requirements for personal as well as business use. Nathan has always demonstrated professionalism and was the first person I contacted in our initial search. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements prior to pushing any vehicles. I rated the customer service lower than my actual experience, only because I couldn't rate Nathan's friendliness high enough on the scale. He is a great salesman but his genuine fondness for vehicles and demeanor towards customers is head and shoulders above many people that I have dealt with in the service industry, and I want to point that out. You won't find many salespeople who genuinely care so much.
We went in this being our 3rd new truck aND also purchased an used suv findIing our representative quit and went to ford across the way we met kevin he was very helpful and professional helping us pick a new truck and made our experience very enjoyable not stressful as well as Matt the finance person so all in all was good professional and I hope you keep kevin on your sales team as he would be a great asset in my books
To be absolutely honest I feel a bit ripped off. I like Capital GMC. I bought my truck from there and get it serviced there. However, on my last bill of $282.00 over $32.99 plus tax was charged for environmental fees, shop supplies and disposal. My wife picked up the vehicle as I am now traveling for I would of questioned at the time. The work done was diagnosis a faulty battery that I thought was a starter motor issue and that i will give back to CAA for warranty and install a new block heater cordset supplied by me. If the mechanic used more than 2 rags i'd be surprised and nothing was disposed so what environmental fees. I understand and appreciate your in business to make money but I do not feel happy. GMCS636675 is the invoice number. Too late now for me to see the guys as I will not be home for 2 weeks but again not happy as after paying nearly $300 I still have an issue. Thank you

I recently purchased a new GMC truck from Capital GMC in Regina, SK. It would be the 4th new vehicle I bought so far, and the 1st from Capital GMC. I don't usually take the time to participate in giving positive reviews because it is rarely warranted. However, to my surprise, I will attempt to share my experience and opinion with anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.
I will start by saying this dealership is huge. In fact, the inventory and selection is almost overwhelming... It's enough to make the most hardened buyer feel like a kid in a candy store. I had spoke to Terry McCrystal on the phone briefly asking about the sales event taking place and the availability of a particular truck I was interested in before I committed to the long drive to Regina. He was very informative and even though the truck was already sold, he assured me that we would find what I was looking for at a similar price. When I arrived the next day, I found Terry armed with truck stock numbers, a buzzing cell phone, and others passing by saying "Hey Terry!" and then with a smile looks at me and said "I'm glad you made it!, Now let's find your truck even if it takes all day!". I soon realized that he meant it because he was willing to look and test drive every truck on the lot if it suited me..LOL I highly recommend you talk to Terry if go to Capital for a vehicle, I know you will find he is patient and genuine.
Once I found the truck I liked, Terry introduced me to a Finance Guru called Micheal Park,..aka.."Mike The Magician". Seriously though, this man will make the unimaginable a reality. Someone gave this guy a calculator way too early in life........ enough said.
And finally, last but not least, a huge shout out to the bartenders at the Fountain of Youth,The Elves of Truck Coolness.... Zach Mills and Keith Giroux in the accessories dept. (Capital Customs) These guy's put the final pieces together in making my purchase complete. In fact, I ended up spending most of my time there. Again, very patient, accommodating and went out of there way. Everyone that I have mentioned went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied..... Even the service guy's in the shop that I ran into were very friendly and helpful..It's been a long time since I could say that about any purchase. Anywhere.
For What It's Worth, R. Jamieson 2013 GMC Sierra 1500
Never recommend this dealership, especially when you trading your used vehicle to a brand new. I had a bitter experience with them. The salesman and his team played all kind of cheating game with me.
I typically don't write reviews, however I thought I would take the time to share my experience as I see there are so many positive reviews. I bought a used vehicle last summer, and soon after I bought it I noticed the brakes were "squealing". I took it back and the service department indicated they did a "thorough" inspection and that the brakes just needed some lube. This did not fix the problem and the squealing continued. I tried to ignore the squeal as apparently the service dept indicated it was not a big deal. Several months later I took it to my family mechanic and learned that the brake pads were wearing on an angle, and the front brake pads and rear calipers needed replacing. My mechanic indicated that this should have been caught and seen when I took the vehicle in previously to Capitol GMC. I spent over $600 replacing the brakes on a vehicle I just bought that I was told went through a "thorough" inspection. The inspection that was done was completed 6 months previous to my buying the vehicle and another inspection was not done before I drove it off the lot. I will say that my sales person Kevin was fantastic to deal with, however I will never be purchasing another vehicle from Capitol GMC due to the inability of the service dept to inspect and identify problems with the vehicle before and after I advised my concerns. I also feel that all this company wanted was my money for the vehicle and to "get rid of me" I did not feel they addressed my concerns appropriately.
Terry McCrystal was fantastic to deal with. Went above and beyond with the deal and helping with interim insurance! The pick up is a wonderful vehicle!
Capital is a fantastic comfortable atmosphere, you never feel the pressures of the sales team trying to meet a quota or make a commission. They are knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle and the customer experience from the start to end of transaction is pleasurable. Kudos to your team members!

Very friendly and professional service writer. Quick service. Always receive vehicle back in same condition ( no grease marks etc. in the interior or exterior) quite pleased with new purchase and service. Also really like some of the cleaning products and after market products ( floor mats) Can't wait to bring it back next month for command start and wheel alignment.

Great service, found the problem this time. Took a little longer than expected! Cost more than expected! I entend to keep my vehicle for a couple years longer even though it is a 2002. Low miles but the service centre can keep it in top working condition.
