This is the second time in 3 months I've dealt with Ankesh. He worked for what I wanted and did everything he could to get me the best deals. 2 years ago I purchased what I would call the biggest regret in my life. I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from this company after I was assured many times that I would have a reliable car for at least 10 years before having to do any major fixes. In the 2 years I have had to put in a new car battery, a new transmission, new tires because they sold me the car with the wrong tires, and fix the suspension. So I would NOT recommend buying from this company.
I noticed a pick up on line for sale at Capital GMC in Regina, sent them an e-mail and was contacted by them shortly after. Even though I am from out of province, Robin and Austin made the entire transaction go very smoothly. Robin picked me up at the airport and when we arrived at the dealership I was very pleased to find the vehicle I was dealing on to be in better condition than I thought it would be in. They both treated me very well, They were very friendly, courteous and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle to contact Austin or Robin. They will take good care of you.
My salesperson, Dean Mason, really made this experience phenomenal!! He never pressured me to buy anything I didn t truly want, he found the vehicle I wanted and stayed within my set budget. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2004, and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend Capitol, and encourage you to find the salesperson who is right for you (not becessarily the first one when you walk in the door).

Our sales person was great to work with. He was quick to respond to emails or by phone. He gave us some free additional oil changes and a full tank of gas which was great! Our only disappointment was that when we took the vehicle home in the back underneath the cardboard there were white stains. We did catch the stains in the front before leaving and they had it washed that day but we didn t catch the back. When purchasing a vehicle at this price we expected it to be cleaned immaculately and it really wasn t.
Matt was amazing to deal with. And working 2 jobs made it harder on him to get everything done and he was very accommodating and patient. I never felt rushed or handled poorly. Hes the best salesman/finance officer
Worst service!! Had an appointment for Monday because my window won't roll up and my car was making a winning sound. I didn't hear anything back, had to call myself around 530 to learn that I needed to go get a rental for the night from Enterprise. On Tuesday I was told it won't be done till Wednesday and that there is nothing that can be done about my windows not rolling up as it was from the cold. So I guess on cold day I can't use my windows, and if I do I will have to pull the window up that is what they told me to do . Now I got a call saying it won't be done till Thursday, when asked again about the windows they gave the same response. I don't see anyone else's windows not working Because the cold weather. Going to contact gmc and see if all their vehicle windows don't work in cold weather. Thinking they just don't want to spend the money to fix it. Never buying a vehicle from them again, apparently they shouldn't sell vehicles in Canada.
3 years ago I bought a vehicle from this dealership and had good service so when looking for a second vehicle we decided to try coming back. We were greated quickly and friendly and after describing what we were looking for, was quickly shown a suggestion and went for a test drive. The finances were prepared quickly and fairly and with minimal discussion we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Everone we dealt with (reception, sales, mgmt, finance) were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return for any future purchases.
We stopped in to look at SUV's and purchased one. While the dealership completed some installations on our vehicle, we were offered a 2017 loaner truck, which we instantly fell in love with! Had an excellent experience when we bought our 2008 truck from Capital and this time around was just as pleasant and stress-free. No pressure and our salesperson, Piyush Kohli, was very accommodating.
Spent a week working on getting a vehicle, was continuously promised he'd throw in command start otherwise I didn't want that car, the guy waits in the doorway while I sign the paperwork with finance department then after says "oh by the way I can't do the command start but you can buy it for another $700..." near decked him. Should've known something was wrong with the guy when he was making comments like "any time I've heard about an accident it was a woman driving" So if you are ever desperate enough to go to Capital avoid Kash, trust me.
I cannot find the words to describe the outstanding experience with Capital GMC today. I was involved in a auto accident, resulting in my previous vehicle being written off, which I purchased at Capital back in 2016. I went and talked to my salesman Jon Dreger, told him what happened and this is what I was looking for. So took one for a test drive and fell in love with what is now my 2018 Chev Malibu. I picked it up today, all washed and full of gas. I finished off with the paperwork, with another amazing employee, Jona McLeod. These 2 employees are Stellar employees. They both go above and beyond to ensure the customer is looked after. They are both a definite asset to this dealership!!! I am one very happy customer and will definitely be telling everyone I know.

Capital GMC has some very honest genuine staff working for them. I dealt specifically with Denise Herauf, the Internet Sales Manager, Terry McCrystal our Sales Rep and Kien To, Finance Manager. Our goal was to explore options that could ease the pain of the negative equity we had on our current car loan. I feel that they all had our best interest and that our needs were met. They treated us like family and for some reason this 6.5 hour day at the dealership was one of my favorite experiences. Thank you!

I always deal with chad Playford the service manager and Dave One of the service guys and they always go above and beyond to get my truck in and done properly and on time. I have bought several trucks from capital gm and always bring my vehical there to get service or repairs done. I have never had a bad experience dealing with capital and would highly recommend them.
This place has been an ongoing joke. First they try to push me Into one car. I heard the sales rep whispering to the finance guy while on a speakerphone conversation. Once I got the car I wanted I was promised a spare key and 6weeks later nothiihng. Two weeks into phone the between five people including the GM I. still am owed money which they keep promising will be in my.account and.never is. I guess oonce you buy a car.you no longer matter. Heard.nothing but horror stories of their service department too so I'll be taking my car elsewhere for service and trading back in at Wheaton Chev where the customer is important to them.. Unlike here
Robert and Paul went above and beyond for us! When we first tried to get a new SUV unfortunately with our negative equity it wasn't possible. A month later Robert called to tell me that he and Paul were still working on a deal and looked like it was approved. We got the call later that day to say it was approved! They got us into a brand new terrain with an amazing interest rate. Can't say enough good things about these guys and hope they went above and beyond for us when every other dealership gave up on us. I went in to look at a car that i kinda didn't want, but they had a used car that i am actually wanted! They have a great collection of cars here, and an amazing showroom to look at. I would go here again, next time i go to look for a new car!

I took my cadillac in because of misfires.psid my bill but never fixed problem. Took it in again for same problem and they charged me again to get the same thing fixed. Not very happy with the way they do business. I won't be going their for service again.
I have been very disappointed with the service and organizational skills of the service department in the past few visits over the past few years. I am still waiting for a car part from 2 years ago so I can use the onstar features in my car. Whenever I called - they said it's not in yet or no it hasn't been ordered, or we'll call you when it comes in. I GOT USE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY PHONE OR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER and gave up hope that they will ever fix it. A whole new onstar unit was supposed to have been ordered. This time in - wanted my battery checked because it was still under warranty. My husband checked it on his machine and knew it was weak. Suddenly they wanted to check my whole system for $175. We just took the battery in with an appointment and it still took them 6 hours to get around to checking it. Then I had to pay Capital $50 for testing the battery to get another one under the warranty I had. SHOULD NOT THE BATTERY COMPANY PAY THE $50 TO CAPITAL???????? And they told us this new battery warranty starts from the date of my old battery! I've never heard of that before - new battery, warranty should start new as well is how it works in my head! Anyway, just as I was contemplating trading my cadillac in for a new one, I got this service. It has made me rethink where I will buy the next one.
Made me an appointment very quickly and got the work my car needed completed in a very timely fashion. Very easy to deal with and all staff was very professional. Couldn't be happier.
These guys betrayed me. Sales person called me to show me a vehicle and I went from Moose Jaw, a guy name Daniel said, sorry sir the vehicle is not available if u come back tomorrow, we will definitely show u. I went again, and the guy said, sorry sir, I can't show u again it's in workshop but I'll call u when its ready. After a week, i called the sales person and he said, what vehicle, it's being sold yesterday to a family. I said, we had a verbal agreement, u suppose to call me first, he said, it's not my call to sell it, management sold out.
They are corrupted and can do anything for more money. Please don't trust them

Had a great experience last week with Navneet Singh, salesperson at Capital GM. Navneet was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and very easy to talk with. Never, at anytime, did I feel pressured, or feel that I couldn't say 'I don't think this is the right truck for me' and have him still try to sell me something that I didn't want. He listened to my 'wants and needs' for a vehicle, and helped me find what I was looking for. He was thorough with all the paper work and was very professional from start to finish. Looking forward to the next time a family member, or friend, is looking for a vehicle so I can tell them of my experience with Navneet and send them to him.
Never again will I buy from here. From day one of buying my Jeep, I've had nothing but issues. Capital told me to take it to a Jeep dealer, which i did. Low and behold, they found the issue and Capital wants me to pay to fix it. The issue was at Capital multiple times. Capital told me they paid for it to be brought in last time. Well, if you would have had everything fixed before selling it, you wouldn't have this problem. The warranty, HA, they avoid doing any warranty issue. Don't ever buy from either side at Capital. It's all about how much they can screw you over. 2 vehicles, and both with issues right from the start. Austin dropped the ball from the first day, even the sales manager Jay admitted it. DONT BUY CAPITAL

We live an hour from Regina. We received an ad in the mail from Capital GMC & decided to check them out. After doing extensive research on various vehicles via the internet we decided on a new 2014 Enclave!! I emailed Capital with an enquiry on a Sunday & early Monday morning Mona called with a response. I met with a few staff members at the dealership: Mona, Ben, Kevin, Kien to name a few. They were all extremely helpful but Ben was our "go to" guy!! He looked after us exceptionally well. The Regina dealership didn't have exactly what we wanted so Ben searched & found one they brought in from Alberta. Ben looked after literally EVERYTHING.........he kept in touch with us via phone, emails & text messages. He looked after providing the vehicles we wanted to take for road tests, he went on a tour with us of the service department, he took us to an insurance agent to buy plates for the Enclave, he sat with us & explained every feature of the Enclave without giving us "too much information". Ben went out of his way to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. He was friendly, enthusiastic, down to earth, knowledgeable & made you feel at ease the entire time. I would recommend Capital GMC to anyone, whether buying new or used. The service department deserves special mention also. I was taken on a tour (which has NEVER happened before), had a chance to ask questions & was able to familiarize myself with the layout in case I need any work done. All in all, it was a most positive experience, right from the first email I sent to the last email I received, thanking me for purchasing the Enclave!! Thanks Ben & Capital GMC, we will definitely be doing business with you in the future!!!!

Starting with Brad Friday morning even before the doors opened as my sales guy to Matt in finance Crunching my numbers.Then to Greg fitting me with a different suv to Matt again who spent endless hours with me. Justin and Greg finishing up the deal for Brad for my Sale. To Dean.explaining how the car works.all of them gave exceptional service . And I loved the tour after my new purchase. As customer at other places I am always left wondering where to go or who to talk to. They even gave me the identical suv over night to get around in to feel out the suv and get my stuff done while my SGI claim came in. Taylor was awesome. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and most importantly to me, she didn't BS me when I asked a technical question that she didn't know the answer to. She was very quick to find out any information she was unable to provide me with on the spot. She sat down and carefully listened to my needs and wants and found a perfect truck for me. There was no pressure to up sell me into something I didn't want or need. I would definitely deal with her again!!! I went into the dealership looking for a used truck and she was able to get me into a new truck for a lower payment that a used truck! Sadly I was not happy with the service side of the dealership. The truck was not ready when promised.... but Taylor went above and beyond. She washed my truck herself so i could take delivery of it as well as making sure I understood how to use some of the gadgets in my new truck. Overall as a whole Taylor Is 5 star all the way. The dealership as a whole, is sadly less. The delay in my truck being ready as promised has sadly taken away from the good experience I was hoping for.
This place is trash I have a family member that was treated like garbage when he offered on a Hummer H2 where you guys have the nerve to dissrespect my family that have been buying brand new cars from you since 1997!!! Rembember long time customers are how you pay your bills and feed your family! Really upset that u guys shoot him a price of 8000 and the very next day saying you haven t !!! So if anyone looking at that red Hummer H2 with 311xxx kms don t offer anymore then 8000 as that s what they were offering my family the first days it was available and save yourself the trip if you need something mint as there is many problems here is a list of issues -Broken outside rear handle -Cracked winshield -Carfax reported multiple accidents -Seats ripped -Leaks under the motor -Wheel bearing has a humming sound -paint chips in many places some quarter size -rust around rear wheel wells and gate -inside door panels cracked right through -roof looks like once leaked from the roof lights -smelled like was animal lover The overall feel of the Hummer is the previous owner never card for it and price now dropped to 13,998 lol good luck u pissed off a loyal customer

My husband and I have driven GMC trucks for quite a few years and when he recently got a new WORK truck-Ford Super Duty, we were impressed and felt that our next personal purchase would likely be a Ford 1/2 ton. We went to Regina to all the lots to find our favorites and planned to return and make a decision. We first went to Ford and picked out what we thought we'd be buying next day. Just for the heck of it, we stopped at Capital and upon entering the building, were greeted by Anand and told him the one vehicle we did like. He did a thorough description of all the features, took us for a ride and also introduced us to Robin who gave us a quote for pricing. Once we slept on it, we realized that the truck was definitely the superior product, the trade value we were given was great and the 0% financing hooked us. We had a great interaction with Gage who did up the financials and we were riding away next day. I've worked in the financial services (sales without pushing) for quite a few years and thing Anand was very---sincere, tactful, full of knowledge, not pushy, and gave us a great experience. Thank you to these 3 great guys for a speedy and successful purchase. Love our new truck.

I have been dealing with Capital GMC for a few years, each time the service has been good. On this visit we dealt with Hannah, she was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable with excellent customer service.
Terrible experience with the service department both times I've used Capital GMC. The first time I dropped of my new vehicle to have a factory recall looked into. When I went to pick up the vehicle they had lost my set of vehicle keys which required me needing to call someone to bring me my spare set so I could take my vehicle. I had to go back the next day and pick up my keys once they found them.
I thought I would try their express oil change service today which turned out to be another disaster. They hand out "beepers" that alert you when you vehicle is ready, only problem is that mine did not work. I suppose it was my fault for waiting over two hours to alert them that I was still waiting. Turns out it had been ready for over 1 1/4 hours and I was stuck relying on there beeper system. When I did finally alert them that I had been waiting for over 2 hours the staff didn't seem too concerned or apologetic.
I was provided with free oil changes for 2 years when I purchased my vehicle from Capital, however after my experience with them so far I will be looking elsewhere for any future service needs.
Garry and Kien were great. Garry listened to us a year ago when we started looking at a replacement vehicle. A year later when we were ready to purchase,Garry remembered us and knew exactly what we wanted. He found us the perfect car to match our budget.
I recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Chevrolet Impala LT from Terry McCrystal. My experience was excellent from start to finish.
