I just bought an Explorer from them yesterday. They deserve a lot of credit, for the way they treat their customers. No pressure, and make you feel comfortable. I noticed they put a lot of effort into detailed cleaning of their vehicles and maintenance without a problem. The pics on their website are real. Nothing to hide with them. I dealt with Kolton and Tim, and they really know how to communicate well. They made the whole experience of buying a vehicle so easy. They even helped with the process of getting insurance, amongst all this covid-19 mahem, with places closed, etc. I have no regrets, going to this dealership. I would of given it 10 star rating if this allowed me to. Thanks Guys!!! (I mean it).

Saw there add online and decided to take a drive and check it out. Going to here more on Monday as to a trade in. We hope it will work out. Staff was extremely nice to us and we test drove 2 SUV cars. They went beyond there duties to serve us.

Don't recommend this place. Bought a vehicle there less than a year ago now it is sitting in driveway. Was assured vehicle in top shape and Tim knew history of vehicle because it was his brother in laws, I believe. Was shown receipts for work that was allegedly done. Had to get work done within first months was told sorry warranty only covers powertrain. Terrible after service. Looking into to pursue legal avenues

This Dealership has "truth in advertizing" issues.
Truck was advertized as having: fog lights, running boards, trailer hitch and automatic dual zone climate control. It had none of these items.
They had replaced the front sway bar links, BUT NOT the bushings. Which were very worn out.
They do not return phone calls.
Be very careful dealing with them.

Even though Tim is my husband, I wouldn't rate 5 stars if he wasn't the best car guy around. Seriously, he has been in the industry for many many years. He knows his stuff!!

We bought an 08 chev equinox about 8 months ago. Well recently we've had problems with it. Then when we called to see about the warranty it only covers transmission and motor. Really in -30 below weather and no heat in the vehicle and they are not going to help us out. Very dissatisfied with the treatment we are receiving. And when we went there on the 30th of November was made feel we were stupid that we didn't check oil or other fluids in which we did. Very sorry we did business with anyone there and the salesperson we did business with doesn't even work there anymore. Think something is shady with this company. Think warranty should cover everything if there is warranty still on the vehicle. Merry F'n Christmas to us :(

Kolton is awesome to deal with Kevin on the other hand has zero customer service skills...he tried to up sell an added warranty to the fix the problems in a vehicle that we were interested in instead of just looking into the noted problems and getting them fixedly. Said if we signed the papers today he would have the issues looked at.

I just bought a used vehicle from Band City Auto. This was my first experience dealing with them. Tim and Bryon are super great to deal with and very knowledgeable. It was a very enjoyable day!!!
