He treated me lika a person and that is not usually what happens when a woman goes to buy a car. Thank you for the courteous service that I received. Bought a 2010 For Mustang GT. Our salesman Brett was excellent. He was helpful with the selection of the car. He helped us get the financing, and took care of us throughout the sale process. We even got a tour of the service dept and facilities. What topped it off was when we got in the new car to drive home it had a full tank of gas, can't ask for much more than that!

I got in and got to see the vehicles I wanted. My sales rep Rick was great. Dealt with the typical fast tracking me to buy type of pressure, maybe pressure is an overstatement but I definitely understand their prerogative to close the deal. Nonetheless, I needed a day to make my call. I let them know and after I had my mind made up Ford got me in and out against a fair amount of time pressure on my schedule. I was leaving town for a work trip and had very little time to be doing anything let alone buying a car lol. Everybody was super polite and despite them trying hard to get me to buy right away I never heard any straight-BS from anyone of the team.

I love going to Capital Ford! They are always nice, understanding, they explain everything appropriately and in a way you can understand if you aren't a car person! My recent repair was much more expensive than I thought it would be, but I know nothing about cars! My total time spent waiting was less than 3 hours, and I will always come back for the friendly, helpful staff, quality service, and peace of mind!

Purchased a used 2015 F150 from them. There were a few minor issues that popped up as soon as I drove it off the lot. Even though it was sold as-is, they still took care of me and helped me get the issues sorted out. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Capital Ford in the future. This dealer has very clean cars for good prices. Unlike some other dealers, these guys price their cars fairly. I also have to say this our salesman man Ken Ulrich was very patient with us from the time we went to the showroom until we left with the car we were looking for. We really appreciate the service we got, and we will definitely come back for our next car. I highly recommend this dealer especially if you are looking for a used car.

Great experience buying a new truck at Capital Ford in Raleigh. Sales person Michael Welch was really wonderful to work with. He worked hard to find what we wanted and was extremely helpful. Can't say enough good things about him.

Love the truck also. My third F150 and each one was better than the last.

I had to bring my truck in without an appointment because I had trouble as I was driving nearby. The staff did not turn me away and made the effort to take my truck and look at it that day. I was also able to get the shuttle to take me where I needed to go. I was very appreciative for all the staff did to work me in. Then, it was going to take longer than expected for the repair and I was offered a vehicle to drive if I needed one. This was a very positive experience. Thank you!

David Chang in finance was also very good. I would definitely use Capital Ford in Raleigh to buy Next New or Used Car. I had a Great Experience. I m pretty tough on car sales people and dealerships.

Was it the best deal ever? I don t have that kind of luck. Did I get an outrageous amount for my trade? Absolutely not. Was it worth a 3 hour drive to purchase my truck at Capital Ford? I have to honestly say yes. Our whole buying experience was ....do I dare say exceptional? First you have to ask for Jonny Miller. This guy will help get you though what is normally a tedious and frustrating exercise without having to utter even one expletive. We kept everybody there past closing time and they all acted like it was 2 in the afternoon. All in all, our opinion of Capital Ford is positive. We plan on this truck being our main transportation for a lot of years, but, if there comes a time for a upgrade, I d take that trip to Raleigh again.

The purchase experience was terrible. Salesman was in training and had no idea what he was doing. Sales manager was only interested in getting the car of the lot. Finance manager never truly up front with my options on financing options. Now we are trying to get service and no one there knows anything about an extended warranty. We intend to take the service needs to another dealership.

Excellent experience at Capital Ford! Purchased a 2019 Mustang EcoBoost and couldn t be happier. Was treated fairly from the second I walked onto the lot. No pressure, no gimmicky sales tricks, no bull. Stopped by to go for a test drive and ended up trading in my SUV for a sportier commuter. Bill Steed was the best!!! He was so patient with all my questions, my taking time to make decisions, and he was super knowledgeable. I am thrilled with my purchase and felt 100% comfortable at Capital Ford from start to finish. They made the trade in process a breeze and made the car buying process as least stressful as it can be. Capital Ford has reached out to make sure I haven t had any questions or anything with my new wheels and I was impressed with the follow up! I will be purchasing my next car from Capital Ford!!!

He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about different models. Better yet he was very low pressure and We never felt like he was pushing us to make a decision. I used the website to get a price on a new explorer, but in order to receive the price, I had to enter my email. Instead of sending me the price of the explorer I built on the website, I have received dozens of marketing emails weekly. I have also been receiving phone calls several times per week. I unsubscribed to the emails, but am still receiving them from the person who I told I was not interested. I still receive phone calls from this person as well. I don t know how many times I have to tell y all I won t be purchasing a vehicle from you until you stop harassing me but you should know that the reason I m taking my business elsewhere is because of the blatant lack of respect you have for what I asked to to stop doing. As a salesperson, I also understand cold calling but when someone tells you to stop contacting them repeatedly you need to back off. It makes me not trust you or feel comfortable shopping with you.

I have received service from Capital Ford for the ...

I have received service from Capital Ford for the past 5 years with practically no issues. I have had a couple of times they have not given me a next oil change sticker and I would have to come back. This time not only did they not give me a next oil change sticker they also did not follow up on a part they ordered for car. They said the part would be in in a couple of hours nobody ever called or followed up with me on the part. I did not lean the part was even in until I returned 3 days later to get my next oil change sticker they failed to give me. BTW, as I was driving off I noticed the mileage and next date od service was incorrect. I have 77,000 miles on my car and the sticker they gave me on my return visit was for 10/2017 and 158,000 (which only meant I had to come back for a 3rd time for a next service visit sticker) I am normally very pleased with my visits at Capital Ford but this time things were off and did not flow easily. II also noticed on my Works Oil change paperwork NONE of the items were checked off, such as brakes and fluid, so i'm guessing these services were not checked as they have been in the past 5 years of service here. Very disappointing. Not sure if management has changed but I really missed the GOOD Customer Service I use to get at Capital Ford. I did NOT walk away satisfied with my service or with the feeling of confidence that my car was services properly and thoroughly as it has been in my past visits.

I bought a used 2012 mustang in April. 2020. I was told it was a certified premium used car. First, they sold it with a dead battery they later replaced. Next, an ongoing leaking problem which they knew about without telling me required 130.00 dollars for me to have fixed. Watch the video. Now I have a fan motor and resister that has gone out(yes no A/C and it is 100 degrees outside). They charged a $160.00 diagnostic fee to tell me it will cost $800.00 to replace. A fan blower motor costs $106 and a resister is $62.00 at any auto parts store. And why does it take $170.00 to diagnose simple problem like a fan blower motor. Integrity is at an all time low

Got a hyundai genesis 3.8 little under 3months ago told them the clutch release bearing was bad, wish I was talked to as if I didn't have any mechanic experience.
after talking to different mechanics wish told me the bearing was going bad I took it back to ford to speak to them, I then got laughed at and told that of course that would be the price after I said I just wanted it fixed even if it was at capital ford. I was then told I was wrong ones more. I asked for the lead mechanic or a technician in general and was told they were on "vacation" it was the most unprofessional experience and the most unprofessional people I have met in my life.
now 3 months later I'm left with a car I can't drive without the gears slipping, Other than that beautiful car in my driveway. Thank you capital ford as I knew would happen I got ripped off. 2020 rocks

Was at this location when Quick Lane Service Consultant, Mr. Dawson Medlin, quickly provided service to Emergency First Responders staging for Hurricane Florence by ensuring their police vehicles' fluids were topped off and tire pressures correct.

This was a classy move ahead of a natural disaster which hit less than 12 hours later.

He takes the time to make sure I understand challenges they find during the appointment and how they are going to fix them. He is always very pleasant to every customer that walks through the door and makes sure they have a good experience there, since we all know, no one likes to sit at the dealership waiting for there car to get serviced.

My recent experiences at Capital Ford have been terrible, to the point that I have lost faith in Ford and want to sell my 2015 F150.
My battery failed @ 39500 miles 11/2018.
I had it replaced at Crossroads Ford quicklane.
Immediately after, I started having issues with my alarm system. My alarm goes off at random times, seemingly with no cause, when vehicle is locked; I do not lock the car in the garage at night.
Go to post office, supermarket, anything, come out to find alarm blaring. I have taken it to Capital Ford service THREE TIMES for this issue (this last time alone, they held it for 4 days). Their conclusion is that my dogs are setting off my car alarm, and their solution is that i need to manually adjust the alarm settings, to "perimeter only," EVERY TIME I EXIT MY VEHICLE. Really?
This is besides the fact that I had dogs before buying my 2015 F150 in 11/2015, I've owned the vehicle since 11/2015, and this issue started after having a new battery installed BY FORD 11/2018.
I could write more, but hopefully the above summary captures the facts. I have service paperwork for all of this. According to service manager Dean, the only solution from Capital Ford is to bring the vehicle back for a FOURTH SERVICE.
To boot, I left multiple messages for sales manager asking for help inb troubleshooting, none were returned.

My new 2017 fusion is having an intermittent problem where the speedometer sticks. They cant find the problem so now I'm stuck with a brand new car that's a potential hazard. Staff are short handed and seem to be over worked. When you send your car in you'll only be working with one person no one else can answer your questions, so good luck if you have questions and he/she is out to lunch or its there day off.

I've had oil changes done here in the past and was very happy with the work and the speed it which it was completed.

The staff members do try there best to get things done, it seems to me that they're bogged down by poor management, lack of communication between departments and outdated computers/software.

My 2003 Ford Windstar van that now has almost 217,000 miles stopped running. I was convinced that I was going to have to find another van. James, from Capital Ford told me that it would be the weeks before it could even be assessed. About a week later he called and told me what was needed and provided some good recommendations for some additional work do I could continue to have a reliable vehicle. The work was completed earlier than anticipated and under budget. My van runs great and am looking for another 100,000 miles.

Absolutely wonderful experience trading in my RAM at capitol. Mitchell was a pleasure to deal with, and more than accommodating. Scott the GM also went above and beyond to make me feel that my business was appreciated. I traded in for a used 2019 Ford Ranger. When I picked the vehicle up it was dark and raining so I didn't notice that on the back of the cab was a large dent where the previous owner had put something heavy in the bed and slammed on his brakes. Long story short I went back to talk to Scott a couple days later and even though he was under no obligation to do anything, which I fully understood, he told me if I let them install the spray in bed liner that I was planning to do anyways that he would have the body shop repaint the back of the cab and try to make it all look better.

I definitely recommend working with Capitol Ford if you are in the market for a vehicle and don't forget to ask for Mitchell Anderson and tell him Chase Arthur sent you!

Just when i thought all hope was lost getting turned down left and right from different dealerships Scott put me into a nice 2016 Ford Focus with very low mileage for a great price. I didn't have my phone back in sync with the car and it's difficult to bring the car at their time to leave work earlier to their. Even though they did mentioned the other facility stays open later. I just realized that I still need
to bring back since my passenger airbag light is off. I'm still very disappointed that I don't have any assistance that I had an accident with a defective hood that popped up while driving and no response from Ford Motor and car dealership for compensation for a recall defect. I will probably not buy another Ford product due to this negligence.

Service in January 2019: Great Service, Great Staff, Great Price - I had my 2013 F150 serviced at Capital Ford s Main Service Department. As always, the work was done very well and they kept my truck clean doing it. The price is very reasonable and they completed the service within the time frame estimated. Actually, quicker than they told me to expect which is always nice. The entire staff is pleasant and professional to work with. Other members of the staff came by just to see how I was doing or if I needed anything while I waited. There s nothing exciting about visiting a service center, but Capital Ford makes it as pleasant an experience as possible. When the service was completed, they went over all the results with me and made sure I was happy with the work performed. I take all my vehicles to Capital Ford for servicing because I've come to expect superior service and they have never disappointed me.

Purchase in January 2019: I've been a customer of Capital Ford Raleigh for the past 7 years and they have always served me well while providing excellent service. I made the mistake of buying a used Ford F150 someplace else (I thought it was a deal and it turned out to be a lemon) a couple years ago and was very upside down for the financing, but I wanted the peace of mind (and wallet) that comes from owning a new truck with a warranty.

Jim Pitts showed me a new F150 with great discounts that I liked very much. Jim took the time to show me all the features on the F150 (it s loaded with Sync 3, Navigation, Tow Package, etc..), to answer my questions, and make sure I was happy with my selection. Then Lew Foiles worked his magic to get me into the new truck despite the negative equity for my trade, and my less than perfect credit at an agreeable price and payment. This is the sixth vehicle I've purchased from Capital Ford and they have never failed to meet or exceed my expectations that were already quite high based on past experience.

There are Ford Dealers closer to me, but for the quality of service they provide to my vehicles, and the customer service they provide to me it is well worth it for me to drive a few extra miles.

Service in June 2019: I just took my new truck in for its first service by the Quick Lane team. They completed the service in less time than they estimated, provided me a complete report on all the work that was done, and took care to keep her clean in the process. While I was waiting a number of people on their staff walked by me and every single one of them had a smile and a cheerful greeting for me even though I was not working with them . They wanted to be sure I was being taken care of, and inquired if they could be of any assistance to me. That is why I drive the extra distance. I highly recommend Capital Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car, or that wants service for a Ford vehicle. The entire staff will great you with a smile and they are always polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. They have always provided me with exceptional service, and what I considered to be good deal.

We came in looking at the new and used escapes..........after the paperwork.....we were told that we could not get into the escape we wanted on the terms we were looking at........however they could get us into a fusion.......not what I wanted........but looked anyway....I had to have something better on gas than the suv I was driving....our salesman (Barry Edward) lined us up with the financial person (so sorry I can't remember his name)......he was about to get us in the fusion....when wait! After tweeking some numbers he got us in the escape!!!!! I was sooooooooooooo happy! Much better terms than I expected!! Thank You sooooooo very much Capital Ford!! Ya'll rock!!

I use to think a lot of this dealership and in the past twenty years have bought 7-8 vehicles there. Recently I had problems with my last purchase as I needed a repair on the transmission. This was the result of a breakdown on the road. When going into the transmission the service manager at another Ford Dealership questioned the previous work done on the transmission? A pump that had obviously been recently replaced failed. This was disconcerting for me as I would never buy a vehicle with a history of transmission problems. So 2000 dollars later I go to question Capitol Ford about it. After the third time I was asked did I buy the extended service plan I was perturbed. So to make this long story short I do not yet know how they are going to respond to a fair request; cover the repair costs of the repair I was told never happened and I did specifically ask at the time of purchase! I am not optimistic and even if they do pay for the repair it does not compensate me for the stressful experience! I am disappointed. I will update this when I have a disposition.
