Rob treated us light royalty as usual. Called us when he found another problem that needed to be addressed. ONLY PROBLEM: When I called to make my appointment, I reached the call center. The girl asked for my phone number and called up my account. Then she asked what I wanted done. I told her I needed my car serviced. She then asked me what I wanted done instead of a service tech telling me what it was time to do. I reported this to my salesman and to service. They gave me their cards to call them direct from now on.
