Is there a way the laundry money exchange machine can be accessible on the weekends? I wanted to add more money to my laundry card using cash but the front doors of the office are closed on the weekends. The office itself has two doors separating the office and the waiting area inside. It would nice if they just left the two front doors open for tenants... most apartment complexes that I ve been to do that.

June 12 2009-Canyon Rim was awarded almost $2,000,000.00 in stimulus money...where did the money go??? Why wasn't it used to replace the gas lines before tenants went without any gas service for 3 months?? or the water lines that break monthly??? GREED!!!!
Office staff are very disorganized. Main manager is very arrogant. They are not properly prepared and doesn't review all the applications thoroughly. Always waiting the last minute to do everything and gathering all the necessary paper work very late. They cannot do their job right at all. I left just this august 12, and they are just now reviewing and finishing the paper work. They are not gathering all the necessary paper work in the beginning of the lease when you fill it out.This complex need new staff that can provide a better customer service and be able to do the job right. If I can give a 0 star i would.
I have friends whom renting 2/b ,as I visited 2 or 3 times in month is really quiet ,clean,good management,good security plus very close to shopping and very friendly stuff, affordable low income,I am trying to get aplecaion ,okay Waite for me,may God bless all of us,amen.
Thanks to the office workers for quickly responding to our request to replace the gas stove, since it was unsafe to turn it on for use.
I haven t been completed a month I have got noticed that the rent is going to be increased I supposed to told that the rent going to be increased once I moved than they increased .
Absolutely not child friendly. Police come over every month or so to settle disputes. We once had what seemed like the entire San Diego Police Department come over in the middle of night and there were flashing lights everywhere with officers scaling an entire building. There also are police who come over due to reports of death threats. Not to mention, a lot of people smoke here and there and the smell lingers 24/7. The cheap porous walls don't help blocking the scent coming from the other household right next to us. This place is not sanitary as well. A sewage pipe exploded in our "lawn" and there was human waste and trash all over the grass. That was left there for nearly a week and the pipe with the hole was screwed shut at least a month later. Gang members and high school dropouts sometimes roam the streets. The apartment themselves don't impress. The walls have a very generic white paint and the ceilings are sprayed with asbestos, which flakes off and may cause cancer when ingested especially by curious babies. I constantly find silverfishes and other unwanted critters. Dangerous large spiders are present in almost every hole throughout the complex. When it rains, water stains through the walls and leave behind mold. This apartment is NOT safe for earthquakes. It literally will be a battle between the big one and an large hollow plaster box. There are only like 5 poor apartment "tidy-uppers?" who fix everything such as broken sinks and doors. Be prepared to be woken up at 6 AM once a month on a WEEKEND to the sounds of gas powered saws hedging a bush right next to your window. The office is now run by a clueless greedy orangutan and rent fees rise every time. When you think of an apartment office, you imagine helpful people with simple and quick service. NOPE. There are inconvenient office hours and only one window to interact with an official. Please do yourself a favor don't go into premature hell.

I needed my kitchen sink unclogged and my maintenance staff came through like knights on a horse. Best service any where l have rented.

Horrible management. They rent primarily to middle eastern refugees, who face the wrath of an eviction-mill attorney and will blatantly lie in open court to cover their asses for a litany of violations of the landlord/tenant laws. They should be in prison for violating and exploiting people. Shame on you Canyon Rim!
Room frequently became infested with bugs (spiders, gnats, silver fish). Workers do yard work at the earliest possible hour, preventing me from ever being able to sleep in. Tenants are rude, noisy, and leave garbage everywhere. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to live.
Weekend maintenance (Lemmy) responded very fast, he was nice and knowledgeable, plus he took his time to find and fix the problem. He also communicated very well. Thank You Lemmy for being so nice! You are appreciated and valued!
I Have Never Seen A More Awesome Management Team at Canyon Rim. The Location Is Fabulous one with excellent Parking & No noise Factor. The Management Team Members Daniel & Vanessa Where Extremely Helpful and will help you get what you want. Wherever you look take a good look at what they have to offer compared to place like (The Hills Apartment Complex) the management @ Canyon Rim is friendly by far and they say what they do compared to (The Hills Apartment Complex).
They raise rent whenever they can. They rarely answer calls from residents to the office. They have minimal open hours for the office and the office is closed most of the time. They only allow indoor portable a/c machines that run on standard 110v outlets. Laundry machines stay broken indefinitely even after promptly reporting the issue. Response to the owner's response : This complex rents to all races. How is it that all high reviews are from middle eastern named people? Every end of lease term, Canyon Rim raises the rent as high as possible with no consideration for the length of time a resident has lived there! This ownership seems to be well versed in making excuses after the fact. Everything in this review is factual and true. The liar is the one making the money, not the one spending it!
