Wilson's AC & Applaince Review

We have been using Wilsons for 27 years now, for AC, Fridges, Freezers, and Stoves. They just delivered our super amazing Fridge/Freezer, that is the most perfectly designed fridge ever for keeping a lot of produce and herbs fresh without having to dig around in big, dark, low bins! They are exceptionally nice people, this is a family business. The owners, sales people, delivery guys, and repair folks are all the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They are all great at their jobs too! The showroom is like a kitchen dream come true. I really don't trust the same kids who sell cameras, computers and TVs to sell me a fridge. They just know very little about any of them. It is a great comfort to know that Wilsons will be able to come out and fix any issues. They have been great as well to loan us a fridge or dryer until a new one arrives.

Wilson AC and Appliance is a rare company. They want to give the best service possible and care about the outcome. Few companies nowadays will take the time to understand and make things right, Wilson AC is that company!

Called for service on my ice maker. They could have not been nicer. Scheduled me service the next day. I will continue to use them for all things appliance. :)

Very informative, gave options, items to research and recommendations for alterations

We were happy to use Wilson Appliance for our kitchen appliances when our house was built 7 years ago. Everything was installed just right and working perfectly when we moved in.

Since that time, they have been outstanding for any of our service needs.

Recently, we needed to replace our dishwasher and after doing research, we went there to purchase a new one. Our experience with Tami Palacios was terrific. She was kind and knowledgable and worked very hard to help us with a moving deadline. The installation team was super professional and their knowledge of the product was impressive. They had tips and information that was very helpful. We love Wilson!

I ve been a Wilson customer for years, they are the best group. I had to replace an odd sized counter depth fridge and Tammy searched for the right size and emailed my options, saving me hours of research. They have the best employees, like a small town feel operation, the Texas I remember! Anyway, fridge I bought had an issue with ice maker noise, they fixed it. Delivery was delayed by mfg but they gave me a loaner as mine was going out, sweating it a bit in the August heat can t say enough good things! Trust these guys to come thru for you.

I recently purchased a HVAC system from Wilson AC & Appliance. The sales person assisting me was Vince Jones, who I highly recommend for this type of work. His installation crew did a great job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Wilson based on my experience of the purchase and installation and follow-up inspection.

Great line of appliances and awesome service.

We went with Wilson, because the "big box" stores would only sell you a refrigerator, it was up to you (or their low-ball sub contractors) to install. Wilson would act as the general contractor for the whole project!

Sales staff is very knowledgeable, especially Helen. Service department went above and beyond getting everything perfect.

Fantastic service! I was in a pinch last year when my big, fairly new, LG refrigerator (from a big box store) bit it suddenly. They were able to give us a loaner fridge to use, delivered and free of charge, for the week it took to get our new one in! Fridge is great, and now just weeks from one year later, the ice maker stopped working. Since it s under 1 year, the warranty covered it, no charge, and they just replaced it with a new one. (They kept the paperwork on file and did this for me, no digging through my file cabinet for receipts!) The gentleman who came to install it was very kind to give me a text when he arrived so as to avoid ringing the doorbell and waking my toddler. We will definitely use them again in the future and have started recommending them to friends as well. Thanks Wilson!

As always, an excellent experience - had to pick up a filter

Decided to spring for a Sub-zero 42" fridge and checked three local authorized resellers. Marrissa / Wilson was the only one who cared about the business... Answered my questions, got quotes and delivered promptly. The installers were great too...overall, great experience.

Amazing! We went into the store just to look at some models that we are thinking of for a new home build. Even knowing that we were not going to buy from them, they were super nice. Everyone was smiling (through the facecovering) and happy to help. The salesperson, Helen was especially helpful. You can feel the culture of a business, this one is great!

These people really know their stuff! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to every appliance they have and can help you pick out what is right for you. I have purchased many appliances throughout the years from them! Great people and locally owned!

Expensive but friendly staff. Bought an incredibly expensive washing machine they recommended but I hate. Wouldn't take it back.

We had a great experience working with Tami P. at Wilson Appliance, buying a range top stove and dishwasher. I don't know why I would ever go to a big box store again. I reached out to Wilson Appliance on neighborhood recommendations after I was only hold for 15 minutes twice with Best Buy, getting that very real feeling that no one would ever answer. And all I had was a single question about the dishwasher that we wanted to buy from them, that we would have bought if they had just answered the dang phone. Wilson Appliance was 180 degrees the opposite - personal customer service and concern with making sure you are taken care of. I'm grateful they are nearby for us to use for our future needs.

I have been doing business with Wilson AC and Appliance since 2006, when I moved west of Austin, about 6 miles from Dripping Springs. They have sold and installed 5 appliances for me personally. This is my first purchase of an AC System. After taking 3 competitive proposals from other companies, I worked with Vincent Jones to come up with the best balance between cost and efficiency.
After a review of my system, we decided that the Trane 3 Ton XV--20 Variable Speed Hi-Eff System was best.
Wilson AC technicians arrived at the agreed upon time. They installed flooring protection, completed the removal of the existing 15 year old system and installation of the new system. They double checked the performance of the new system, cleaned up the boxes and trash and they were done during normal business hours.
I could not ask for better feedback from the AC Manager. He gently guided me through the decision- making process, keeping me from making any unwise decisions. The technicians could communicate with me and they were friendly and courteous. The Google review only allows for a 5-star max. They deserve it.

Wide variety of product with a staff whom excells in relationships building with patronage. I was in today to pick up an appliance which had been repaired, the charges for the work were more than fair. I habe been coming here many years.

Wilson's crew (Juan and Christian) did an excellent job of installing our two new Trane HVAC units. They were very conscientious in keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the process. They were also happy to answer any questions I had during the installation process. Vince Jones put together the replacement systems package quote and gave us a very fair price. We have purchased appliances from Wilson's in the past and will definitely do so in the future. Thnaks again.

Just purchased a cooktop here for the kitchen. They had knowledgeable staff and were very low pressure. They didn't try to oversell me when I was just looking for a mid-range model. Price was also better than Home Depot. Love that there's someone local to help if I have issues.

Even when they know you aren t/can t buy anything from them they are extremely helpful! Nathan is great in service! We have appliances they can t service bc they are under warranty but still answer all my question w patience.

Helpful and resourceful local business! Vince shared valuable information regarding a mini split air conditioner system for my commercial building. He answered all my questions, replied to my emails and texts in a timely manner, and finally offered me a financing option. Great and sincere customer service without any condescension.

Our experience with Wilson's AC & Appliance has been on point! We worked with Vince in purchasing 2 A/C Units-Trane which have been excellent for us in our home in Dripping Springs. Definitely Recommend! We have used them to purchase a Kitchen Appliance as well and was also a smooth transaction with installing and overall purchase. I recommend them first before going anywhere else! They are competitive and have excellent customer service!

My company A/C units needed replacing and again to the rescue for a commercial building was Vince! Two A/C Units-Trane Commercial and again Vince did an excellent job in getting those installed and completed!

Prices where right line and actually even less than the big box stores. Not to mention a way more informative sales team and a beautiful showroom. The install went flawless. Nice to know they have their own professional installers and factory authorized service technicians ready in case I have an issue. Literally the only appliance place I know in the Austin area that has that. They don t outsource the labor! They also do kitchen design, cabinetry and HVAC. Highly recommend!!
