Keep your rent receipts always..they are to issue you with receipts,but they reneg on that..you have to constantly chase them up for it...and still it's wrong... Be careful, money goes missing from ur account and they ask u to reneg (forget about it) on it..
you are asked to pay 25% of your total income....its actually 33,%..the rent assistance you get,goes straight to them,even though you,get it to help with your rent.. and the rent assistance,is part of your actual income...
Maintenance, is appauling... Chase them up... Never assume it will go through to the owner to get things fixed..
Lastly,I have reached out to them, many times...still waiting for rent receipts
They don't care about what you say,they don't,they are right on every aspect.. even though you prove a point...and then,they wonder why some if us,get frustrated with them

Worst company ever. They say that they want to hel...

Worst company ever. They say that they want to help people but they don't. All they do is increase your rent and get you to pay more then half the water bill. They don't even try to fix maintenance issues. Still waiting for a housing transfer as the current accommodation is a health risk and they don't even care to try and fix it or listen to you. Money is their priority not your health and safety. I will be taking my issues and concerns to the Ombudsman.

Incompetent staff provided incorrect amounts leading to overpayment. Extremely unprofessional and rude, they wont have the time of day for customers, was told that it was closing time and to sort our matters out the following day.

I sent my application to them in early February an...

I sent my application to them in early February and have had no response at all from them. I have made numerous phone calls to them and they never answer the phone! - I left many phone messages to which has been no reply or call back. I have written many emails and finally after 2 wks of submitting my application they said they didn't receive it and need me to submit another one. I submitted it again and it has been another 2 wks without a reply (no emails or calls) I am desperately seeking a place for me and my son, they have added more inconvenience and burden to me during this extremely difficult time. I am so unhappy with their service and am extremely appalled that they would approach their services to struggling families with such disrespect, lack of empathy and unprofessionalism. Terrible customer service.

Very sad and rude people , this housing disgusting gross and they all after your money, stole from me 10 days of rent and haven't refunded my bond yet despite looking after their property and getting approved for full refund. may you never have good life

The most incompetent property manager I have ever ...

The most incompetent property manager I have ever had experience with.

I am a landlord. They don't have effective systems in place. Reporting is inadequate. Payments are slow and have been incorrect.

They incorrectly listed my property and it was vacant > 3 months, whilst I still kept paying my mortgage and being seriously out of pocket.

They significantly overcharge on repairs (3 hours to tell me the 2 year old dishwasher needed to be replaced) and replacement ($1700 to supply and install a replacement dishwasher when I could get the same appliance supplied and installed for $735) ... and the dishwasher would not have needed replacement if the tenant had been managed properly, it was full of food scraps that had been decaying there for months. Now I'm going through a saga of replacing a cooktop and the same thing is happening (first after 3 years it should not need replacing and second the price quoted).

I was told the cost of repairs was agreed to by the State Government - that's our tax dollars at work Australia. Paying for rip offs.

The level of service in property management is well below that of other property managers, and their fees are higher.

If you are looking to use them as your NRAS provider or as a property manager - DON'T.

I can't post with 0 stars, but if I could post with negative stars, I would. Looking at the comments, it seems like the tenants have a similar experience on the flip side!!!! So, they clearly aren't servicing anyone well.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. The receptionist makes me sick to my stomach and their so called agent is rude as well. Disgusting behaviour by both, no respect what so ever.Oh and don t try and call them because the receptionist turns off the phones so you can t get through. We know how switch board works we aren t stupid ms receptionist, perhaps she wanted to get me angry at her so she can go to the police and make faulse accusations against me too ( and yes I know her history hence why I make this statement). So enjoy calling through and hearing our office is currently closed please call during our operating hours . And just to confirm I did call during trading hours and yes I was aware of the 1pm start on Wednesday s hence why I attended the main office in Fairfield where I was spoken to with utter disrespect and extremely rude behaviour by Erika ur receptionist and I wasn t even greeted, not to mention your agent Teryza Segi throwing the application at me on front desk and when questioned about a property I was accused of being a liar, and this all unraveled when the receptionist went to get the agent from the back office. I believe this should be taken seriously as I don t believe I should be treated that way. Especially by the receptionist making faces at me and speaking to me like I m her hood rat friend from Liverpool. Unacceptable behaviour by both and it won t be tollerated. So I do highly suggest that they both be reviewed and get proper training for the position they are upholding for this poorly serviced company that can t employ decent people.

These people would rather let me live in a house with mould and moisture rather then fixing the problem they would let my family get sick they know nothing about professionalism they are tight arses but when it comes to collecting the rent they threaten to throw u out do ur jobs and ppl might actually pay there rent ombudsman is the only way to this...
