I love working with Cantex! Leadership does a great job on-boarding new employees. Consistent and fair. Very forward thinking organization and keeps all facilities looking fresh and up to date. Very technologically advanced compared to most other facilities. Takes the higher acuity patients. Leadership always sides with patient. Very ethical always!

I have been trying to get my sister into Sundance facility since February of 2020. She was supposed to get admitted in May but because of covid, it s been pushed. My frustration is that the admissions person tells me to calm back each month for status, however, I have to call at least 3 times before getting a return call. I even said to text status. Really, what poor communication skills.

Ashford Gardens is not a good place to work at from the staff to the DON they are very unprofessional and they don t know how to treat the residents with proper care. I wouldn t recommend that place to anyone on Gods green earth

Cantex is an excellent place to work with great opportunities to expand your horizons and job opportunities of all kinds. I truly enjoy working for them and the people I work with make it feel like my second home and family.

Zero star been working for the company for 7 1/2 years for Cantex started to be a good job but these couple of years is been horrible I m currently a CNA petty much we don t have enough staff Always working alone administrators hired the same people back and again and continuesly they don t show up or they leave in the middle of the job and never come back or they come at 6pm and leave at 10 pm please help if someone see this message help help

Poor patient care! The facility my dad is at is under staffed, underpaid and people that work there hate their jobs. If you have a loved one that needs inpatient care DO NOT take them to any rehab facility under Cantex Continuing Care Network. It s terrible that they accepted him as a patient but can t take care of his needs. Negligence left and right.

Do not send or allow your family to be sent here. My family member was placed there by someone after a hospital stay.
The Allen location places NO priority or concern with Family Communication.
Patient rooms have no landlines.

December was the only time I spoke to my Mom, and only because a nurse provided her cellphone for my Mom to use. Further attempts were met with staff confusion on how to transfer the call.
In Feb I signed up my Mom for a cellphone & dropped it off thinking I would be in regular contact again.
She tried to call me on it once, all my returned calls go straight to voicemail. Why is she not allowed to use it and freely call me?
I got through to her a 2nd time in late May when a weekend supervisor let her use his phone, but it was only for a few minutes. And she said another lady had her cellphone. What is going on at this place??

When staff finally contacted me at all, it wasn't to discuss her diagnosis, give me an update on her progress, any new life changes she was having, or put her call through to me. No, It was to collect money.
My expressed concerns & request to discuss financial things with my Mom were met with indifference, & casual dismissal. I was shocked that even the newly installed Director had such a true lack of listening & comprehension skills.
There is no compassion, or empathy or sense of urgency.
Patients are treated as transactions, & upon seeing they are a For-Profit facility, it all made sense.
They certainly DO live up to THAT. Don't be fooled by that "5 Star Facility" rating they brag about on their hold greeting. This is one shady place.

It is an awesome place to work! This a company that believes in the word TEAM! I feel truly supported and I enjoy coming to work everyday!
