Lavico Italian.... Great service but food was horrible. Aranchini balls needed to be returned, they smelt and tasted off, bruchetta was soggy, risotto was undercooked, gnocchi was unimpressive. Sorry to say. But service was friendly and quick and helpful.

Visited the club s bistro as many time s before. Food quality and price did not match . I ordered the Angus Scotch fillet - so small with a lot of fat and vegetables were bland and undercooked! I don t mind the price but would expect top quality at $37 members price! My wife ordered the crusted grilled salmon which was dry and overcooked and vegetables were undercooked and bland with no dressing. Took 50 minutes to get our meals - which is unacceptable considering there were many empty tables - I would think twice about dining here again!

We regularly visited this club on a Sunday evening for a family meal, I was shocked last week when we visited with how expensive it has become. An additional kids pink lemonade $3.80.. Good club but no affordable any more .. especially in these tough times.. i think the customers are bearing the cost of the new under ground car park

Don t come here. I came here for a family members ...

Don t come here. I came here for a family members birthday dinner at the bistro. Arrived at 7.45, ordered 4 garlic bread for entrees between us and 12 mains. It took one whole hour for two mains and one garlic bread to come out. Myself and my partner had finished our two mains , 20 minutes later , another 2 mains and a garlic bread came out. This cycle continued , the last two mains came out almost 2 hours after ordering. By the time the food all come out it was 9.45 and everyone s appetite was out the window. Not to mention the garlic bread was borderline warm - almost cold. Secondly, their was a few chicken schnitzels ordered , and they came out at very different times. I ve been to many restraunts - this is unacceptable. The waiter told us it was 45 minute MINIMUM wait - like it s also acceptable. I understand if it s a really busy night , however again the food came out all at different times , some an hour in between , which is definitely not on. The food itself - very average bistro food, nothing superb. If I could give this 0 star I would. Such a disappointing night - really upsetting when wanting to celebrate someone s birthday.
Will not be coming back.

Cant have children anywhere in the club! Got refused entry into the Wednesday RAFFLE. My child isnt even crawling yet and would have no impact on a raffle! I am extremly annoyed with the lack of sighns around. Without knowing it, my wife and i were in the heritage bar with my youngest not knowing that it was over 18s area. Theres nothing to do here if you have a child. Only the restaurant, and the cafe. Nothing else! Seriously considering asking for my membership fee to be refunded. SHAME ON YOU Canterbury Leagues Club.

This is one of the best clubs in Sydney I have been to. The 5 star recommended for Cantonese style tea, the radish beef tendon must not be missed. The style of the early White Swan Hotel has a rich Cantonese atmosphere. Italian restaurant, Australian brunch, club style fast food, to meet a large weekend gathering options. Top choice yum cha in sydney, casual dining to fine dining all including in a leagues club environment worth a 40min driving to visit! Friendly staffs and the place is been well after and design, very comfortable surroundings, is like entering a 5 stars resort , live music in Sunday lunch in Italian restaurant is a special
