I was quite happy with the experience of dropping my e-waste. It took only a few minutes, they gave me a receipt and I was done. NOTE: they don't take CFLs and other hazardous e-waste.
Did an internship with Saahas Zero Waste an year back. Got to experience how big of a problem waste mismanagement is! And Saahas is doing a great job to fix it. Hope, they have a great impact and society gets to know more and more about them.
Did an internship there back in April 2017... Had a mostly fun and productive time, other than some hiccups. As for the work that SZW does, it's good. The Kasa Rasa plants process and segment a huge amount of waste on a daily basis. The work they have done for clients like Madhuvan/Brindavan and Palm Springs is worth appreciation. Hopefully they do well and make a difference to the society.
Some of the most dedicated and passionate people work here. If you drop off your Municipal solid waste here, you can be assured that it reaches a formal end destination. They are one of the few companies in the market that emphasize on circular economy and have actually made a success story. Their awareness programmes are commendable and have a tremendous impact. Apart from being obsessed with environment they also have a huge social impact. We need companies like this to grow bigger to counter the insurmountable problem of waste we have. Hats off to them!
We need more of this in the society.. I completely support the work you guys are doing and saving mother nature..

This is indeed the best place to drop ur waste... Try giving them some text books.. Or story books.. They give it to kids who r in need of it.. ..
These people are doing great work in their work with electronic waste. My experience with them was of dropping off a lot of ewaste from my house. They were very cordial and immediately came to help me off load the bags from my and then on to weighing it and giving me a receipt. Best to dispose off your ewaste in a designated place then at random

About SAHAS
Saahas was registered as a not- for- profit under the Society’s Act in 2001. It has FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) certification and can accept foreign contributions. They now have a second entity, Saahas Waste Management Pvt Ltd which provides professional services to all waste generators, including companies, apartment complexes, institutions and communities. Both entities demonstrate how waste can be converted into resources. The not-for-profit continues to focus on building capacities of public institutions like the Municipal Corporation as well as support progressive policies around waste management. On the other hand, Saahas Waste Management Pvt Ltd looks at delivery of services which ensure implementation of legislation and regulations around waste.
