Have a Cannon safe that experienced some issues with the keypad and lock mechanism. I contacted Cannon and they got back to me with a bunch of trouble shooting questions. Once they determined it was a lock issue, they sent me replacement parts at no charge. Great service and I'm back in action. Thanks Cannon.
