My safe locked me out on May 3rd. I called May4th to open ticket. 1st a rep got into an argument and belittled my husband. I'm guessing thanks to that we have been given the run around and still nothing. It's now May 25 and the only reason I got a response from customer service is because I'm sending multiple emails. Very unprofessional. At 1st the excuse was covid is delaying everything. Now they tell me they need more info when I've already sent what they wanted and was told on the 14th it would be expidited to their locksmith. Total BS with this company. Good luck. Hopefully your safe doest break or lock. You out.
