As most of my friends know, last year I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Cannon Honda in Vicksburg, MS. Shortly after owning this vehicle, I started having several unusual problems with the Pilot. The service department patiently worked with us in trying to resolve the numerous issues with the vehicle. After it became obvious that solving the issues were going to be impossible, the dealership supported our efforts to get relief from American Honda. American Honda took a hard line approach to our issues. Feeling that we were at the end of our rope, Mr. Michael Joe Cannon and Vicksburg Cannon Honda stepped in and worked with us to come to an agreeable solution. We were able to work out an amicable agreement to trade-in the 2017 Pilot for a 2019 Pilot. We were very satisfied with the way Mr. Cannon and the Vicksburg Cannon Honda worked with us to resolve this issue. We are glad that we chose Cannon Honda for the purchase of our Honda Pilot. We can truly say, Nobody beats a Cannon deal, NOBODY!
