My daughters and I were on a road trip from Dallas to Chattanooga the Saturday before July Fourth. After leaving the Mississippi Welcome Center in Vicksburg, a Check Charging System light pops up on my Odyssey, and I quickly learn I need to take immediate action - in an unknown city during a family road trip. Gah. I do an internet search and call Cannon Honda Vicksburg, praying a helpful voice would answer the phone and save the day. And did they ever. When we arrived 11 anxious minutes later, the team welcomed us and was ready to take action. BIG thanks to Clay Crozier and the service team for their skilled, HONEST and empathetic service.
