I Kayla recently purchased a Honda Accord about 2 months ago today and my experience was awful i mean ill never go there again simply because i was sold a car with a oil leak and who would do such a thing to a person it was addressed the second week i had the car so i told the salesman Shawn to ask the sales manager Hunter why when i ask was the car serviced wen i bought it they both said yes so me being me it had to be fixed so i talked to the service advisor Clay and he said we gone get it fixed not knowing days after that it still was not fixed i went to the dealership and then they try to explain how my warranty did not cover it and i was gone have to pay out of pocket so now i am angry all over again because we are currently in a pandemic and i had to spend funds that i did not have now it looks bad because Honda will never get business from me are my family members ever again anything could have happen it could have been worse than just a oil leak and i have 3 small children that rides in the car everyday i am so disappointed because now i feel like they are just trying to sale people any kind of car just to say they selling cars.
