Canadian Tire has lost its charm. It's hard to find the staff for help.
Well stocked Canadian Hardware Store located in downtown Toronto. Convenient for downtowners
It's Canadian Tire, what isn't there to like about it?
Stay tuned for it's promotions. Bought a microwave for 99 dollars. 3 days later the same microwave was 55 dollars. Store has also a great deal of sports materials.
Only convenient full complement hardware store in the area, otherwise I would go elsewhere. Staff could be a lot more knowledgeable about products, especially in the paint department.
Store is also falling apart and generally not a nice place to be.
If there is another option for what you're looking for from a hardware store, I would take it!
Clean, shoppable, i love the self checkout!
The security guard is friendly
Great employers. Helped me out quickly. With the Pots and I needed. In and out very fast. I had a long day. And just wanted to get home. Service was great for me. In and out. And on my way home.
Busier and smaller than the average Canadian tire, but it's OK
This Canadian Tire has two floors so it will have everything you would ever need. It's very conveniently located right next to the Eaton Center and the Best Buy.
Good Variety downtown prices but good customer service !
Not that great prices, quality is so variable depending on prices, has almost everything you need for your home, in addition to shoes, jackets, electronics, cars oils and outdoor appliances.
Huge shop, mega scale ... most of the team doesn't know what they have
Very helpful service desk. Found everything I needed in a timely manner.
The bike technician doesn t know how to assemble bikes probably. I don t know if he s rushing to get it done. Other then that I would recommend shopping here.
Just love Canadian tire always find what I'm looking for Within reason Thank you once again C.T.
THE WORST RETURN POLICY IN THE BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They sold me a defective humidifier, I returned it a few days later, and instead of giving me my money back, they gave me a "refund card" to use in the store. Just know that you if buy something from them that doesn't work, you will not get your money back but instead be given in store credit. This is unethical and unfair, as they keep the money in all situations. The fact they created a "refund card" should tell you all you need to know about this store.
There are almost everything you need. But you need to buy them when they were on sale.
Pretty much any tool or utensil you need can be found here. I've lived down the street for 6 years but still get completely lost inside, though.
I go here every now and then to see if they have a very specific item. It's a hit or miss. It isn't a very big Canadian tire as far as they go but it is convenient.
Good selection of your needs including products for your home, bikes, hardware, tools and HAND SANITIZER!!
Customer service department are long and only two people working there.
Employee Marsha was a excellent customer service employee. She should be the department manager
They always have better prices than competition.Soon they are going to a Triangle program soon.Better prices for better quali.
Chaotic feel, and customer service is not consistent. It just depends on who is working that day
Amazing customer service and knowledgeable associates.
Pure craziness. No one knew where things were or seemed to care.
Decent store but hard to find any custo.er service reps for help.
Overcrowded, just like every other Canadian Tire across the country. The staff was very knowledgeable on locations of items which was good.
Some aisles didn't have the button to push for assistance. And when there was an employee around to help they either ignored us or ignored us. So props to them for hiring the most unhelpful people.
Generally stocked up and it has decent customer service.
Good and easy trip overall, asked for help at one point getting an item from in a display case and was promptly brought to checkout even though I was not finished with my shopping. This has not occured in my past experiences purchasing the same item however it was very inconsequential, just a little inconvenient. Overall 4/5 trip.
Feels like a zoo. It's confusing whenever I go to the store. Each store is set up totally different
a bit confusing with two floors, but it's still your typical canadian tire.
Nice place with lots of things but so busy and it's kinda difficult to find someone to help u quickly!
Always get great products for our money's worth of good quality of Canadian products
Didn't buy, but staff was really friendly when I was passing through and giving directions. Good vibes and atmosphere from my experience.
The downtown location is terrific, otherwise it's a typical well-stocked Canadian Tire.
Currently going through renos, and the staff was sort of helpful in assisting my search for doorknobs/locks. I would expect that of the store was busy, but it wasn't, so I had to track down what I was looking for by myself. Still, great pricing, and solid inventory. Just needs a bit better organization of items on shelves, and staff that will actually walk to you where you need to go.
Worst service. Made me run around the entire store to only find out they didn t have what I was looking for.
I got skate sharpener today. I wait around 30-35 m plus they did it not properly so i need do it again but somewhere else
Only great when there's a sale for what your looking for.
Regular Canadian tire. A lot packed in there. It's downtown, so no parking.
I like this store, sells all sort of items and tools for your car, fishing, swimming and skiing. Also electrical and DIY items.
The bike rack is hard to navigate. But the sports fellows are very helpful. Shout out to Ryan and Chris.
I like the staff at bike department. They are very friendly and helpful.
Super rude customer service and not understanding at all.
Ok place on Canada and very good. Not bad prices always accommodate to your wallet
Always find a deal on appl's &, housewares!!! Also snack party suppl's!
Canadian tire is the best. Usually has what you need and helpful advice to go with it!
Horrible customer service. Was in a wheelchair and couldn't get anyone to assist me with accessing the products. Isles were blocked couldn't get through .. will not willingly shop there again. I would give zero stars but I can't
Two floors with escalators for shopping carts. Well-stocked but more often that not (especially with electronics), you'd have to ask for staff to unlock things (like a $25 tv antenna) that most stores would let you take yourselves. Self-checkouts make buying quick and easy. Located in Eaton Centre and thus on the subway line.
Don't come while they're remodeling you and the employees won't know where anything is.
The worst rudest service ever. The staff named samatha works in sport section was so rude and obnoxious. She deseves to be fired.
Very friendly and professional employees. You can find every things you need.
The only issue that I can mention is parking lot. You can not find free parking lot there and you will get $150 ticked if you park on either Dundas or Bay st.
Highly recommend it, and feel free to get help from staffs.
Visited early on a Saturday morning. Has user directory screen at entrance. I bought charger cord and had to ask for access. Has policy about escorting anyone who is going to purchase anything behind lock and key to the cashier. Why? I don't know, but I felt special!
Large store with plenty of inventory. Bought a fan there on a heatwave day.
Utter Imcompetence. Was the first one in line for a curbside pick-up and waited an hour for my order. Once my order came over half the items weren't brought up.
This is the worst run Canadian Tire in the city, even before the pandemic it's shocking how unorganized their staff are.
I will be going out of my way to never shop at this location again!
This is a typical Canadian tire store with all regular features, but it is located at the heart of the downtown Toronto. The store is well organized, and I found the staffs friendly whenever I go to this place. It is inside the famous Eaton center, so you have access to the mall. In this unprecedented Covid situation, they are doing pretty good job. I would definitely recommend this place.
Large operation has a lot of selection. I shop the garden section. I recently had my car inspected and the staff was very thorough. Be prepared to wait in line because they service many customers.
This time was terrible wanted ro buy a pool and propane couldn't because my baby girl needed to use bathroom sone had to leave because your bathrooms are out of service
