Minus 5 stars!

Minus 5 stars!
Terrible customer service - clueless incompetent staff lying instead of staying factual. I came here twice today trying to purchase a padlock as advertised on their website (available in that particular location). The rep was lost trying to figure out why the site offers 1 or 7 items of each padlock yet none are on display. She came up with a lie that items are just being unpacked.... I left the store and ordered the item online via pay and pick-up option instead. They confirmed the padlock was available for pick up, yet once in the store they tried to sell me another type claiming that was the replacement for the one I ordered! Nobody bother to ask me if I would like the replacement at all. So two visits, immature and incompetent staff lying to me, and no purchase. Oh, of course time wasted. Well, moving on to Home Depot and Lowes. At least they sell exactly what they advertise. No lies.

This place is fun and interesting. Kinda hard to describe. It's like a high end Walmart with a better variety of stuff and you don't see all the empty shelves like Walmart because common items are out of stock. Prices seemed good but I am not to quick with the exchange rate. Obviously not a tire store.

Great self service checkout system and good selection of products. Knowledgeable staff able to answer questions and provide in store advice. Has it's own entrance, hours and access to the mall. Weekly sales and clearance items are also available.

This Canadian Tire is really great. I was able to find exactly what I needed in a short time. It's also very accessible because Dundas station is nearby. Overall I had a great shopping experience here!

When I went to this Canadian tire there was alot of staff in the aisles, that were there to help me with whatever I needed. I basically walked around the store window shopping for a few hours. Then I moved on the section that I was looking for "the sewing department".
When I reached the sewing department , I purchased a roll of thread and some needles for under ten dollars.

Good, very advantages to shoppers and consumers because huge spaces for shopping and abundant commodities choices for consumer to consider and choose, plus frequently having promotional sales and prices is good, so savings is good

I always have a negative experience here. Because of the location and the sheer massiveness of the store, it's convenient. However, most of the employees are extremely unprofessional or outright rude. They are very pushy with the Canadian tire money/rewards, even when I politely refuse. Also it's very difficult to find anything here, and even more difficult to flag down someone to help!

Terrible experience. Went there today to buy a bike. Looking at the empty racks we asked an attendant if thats all they have, he said yes. Then we saw another attendant bringing someone a bike from the inside, then we thought maybe we should talk to this guy. We stood at the point where they marked to wait for the bike assistance. Then we see somebody casually walking out of line and talking to this other attendant. He brings them another bike from inside which upon asking he said was the last one. Overall terrible experience.

Where there is nothing. There are a lot of discount systems, so once you go, you can buy anything.
It is just too wide and there are many kinds of things, so even if you ask the staff, they do not know well. Sometimes it is misleading.
