Canad Inns Destination Centres Reviews

I attended the Canadian Inns for a Christmas function organized by my family. We were in a conference room, and we're waited on by two very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the buffet while there, but found that the drumsticks were sort of undercooked. Overall the service and food were very good.

Celebrated a family members birthday , nice place , friendly staff.

Buffet food was good, portions were generous, staff was accommodating and price was reasonable. Not great for vegetarian options

Good food and drinks. Service was a little poor, took quite some time for food/drinks to be taken, causing tables to get cluttered.

My Husband and I go to the one at Club Regent. And are service is always great. But when we have a family gathering we go to the one on Pembina Hwy. The food and service is horrible there.

Staff were great, good was excellent. What had a date night at celebrations which was very fun. Problem with the king size suite is the windows look into the restaurant and the lights are always on and there were cracks in the blackout blinds. Also a server set up a table right by the window at 7am which was loud enough to wake me up. Great place but I'll never get a room by the restaurant again.

It is clean, just the right lighting and tons of space for meetings and professional events of all sorts.

It's adequate in every way you would expect of a hotel.

Horrible blonde bartender at playmakers. Rude. Ignorant. Unprofessional. Thanks for standing up for your loser burnout friends wearing pajamas.

Been here for tons of work functions and even had our wedding reception here.

Came to a wedding and had a great time. Food was great and staff where very attentive. Ceremony was held in an open style Courtyard with sun shining in through the ceiling.

Wifi doest work in the room.
Repeated complaints at reception has no impact.

Security needs to step it up and control the noise..... and the place needs a facelift badly!!!!!

The service was good. The food was great. And it was open early when do many others were closed so we had a great breakfast before heading to work

Had a really good stay here. Very nice suites and accommodations. Keely is the best. 10/10 would reccomend.

The room was beautiful and clean but the room was loud. Could hear water running in neighbouring rooms, any conversations in the hallway, and the fridge and heater made tapping noises all night long.

I only went there for breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but nothing to write home about. The food is edible but that's all.

Attended Aaltos Restaurant with my daughter. Food was good. Service was a bit slow at the hot food buffet (server was in the kitchen) and when we went to pay. Otherwise, our server was awesome! Very attentive and knowledgeable about what was available. We would definitely go back.

I went there for an event in the theater. Everything was very well organized. The food provided was delicious.

Always great service and lots of amenities. It feels like coming home.

We were there as a big group of people(30) or so and they accommodate us great for brunch.

Amazing place. There was a event organized by Manitoba student league in the memories of martyrs of 21st February 1952, who sacrificed their lives for the language
The food was good, decoration were superb. There was also a pool inside. Everything was perfect

The castle room was a lot of fun, the hot tub was fantastic and the staff were great. Could use a little more soundproofing however, especially on the doors, we could hear everything in the hall.

It is very comfortable place, clean and close to many services.

I was attending a function here and had the breakfast omelet. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took and it was bland and cold. There was coffee on the table but no condiments, sugar, creamer ect.

I've always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and the facilities are well maintained.

Went to Aaltos for lunch, the service was a bit slow because there was only one guy on due to a meeting for all of the other staff, but he did a great job on his own. Food was good, love the salad bar.

Very noisy hotel; useless front desk staff. Not recommended for people who expect to be able to have a pleasant restful night. Loud party down the hall all evening. Complained at 11pm no change. Got fed up at 11:30pm and left - complained again. Heard from a colleague who also stayed there that it was still noisy until midnight. This is the first time I've been driven from a hotel because of the excessive noise and I've stayed at some real dives over the years.

Great vlt lounge a little slow some times at the payout window

My room was cleaned every with extra care and the service was excellent. Would go there any time.

Great breakfast buffet. Get the omelette made fresh.

Rooms were 2/5.... Food was 3/5. Staff were friendly. Pool with slides for kids 5/5.

The breakfast took an hour and half to get and was cold. My wifes order was completely wrong and my brothers order had whipped cream when he specifically said none. Terrible experience.

The service was great. The food was delicous however the portion sizes were pretty small. beautiful decor.

We stayed at Canad Inn Fort Garry last night and had a great time overall. It was our first time staying in a hotel with our infant son, and the front desk staff were so easy to talk to. Not having to bring our own play pen for him to sleep in was a definite advantage. Thanks again!

It is near a few restraints, and one of Winnipeg's larger malls is just a few minutes items away. The inside was much nicer than expected and the staff very friendly and helpful

6/8 dishes throughout were dirty. The chicken was raw in the middle. There isn't really anything that can make up for that. It's unacceptable.

Buffet was overcooked and overpriced at $35.00. Pool-side area had not been cleaned by 3:00 p.m. the day after we had visited as abandoned clothes were still present. Did see pool water being chemically tested.

The front desk staff are very good at what they do.
