Room is big and king bed is comfy. Restaurants are good and reasonably priced.

I only had a limited experience here, but everything was quite nice! The staff were friendly, everything was clean, and it was overall a good experience.

I have very low expectations to be happy in hotels. I usually go budget. But, this was maybe my worst hotel experience.

When I entered my room , the smell of rotting or something dead was overwhelming even before I stepped in. I went to the front desk and said, "sorry I almost never complain, but my room smells like someone died in jt "

He was very kind and gave me a new room. The new room was a suite and I was happier walking in. However when I opened the toilet there was mold inside and about 10-15 drain flies flew out. The flies even got into the bedroom and flew around all night. I killed as many as I can but when I woke up there was still alot . First thing I saw waking up was 2 sitting on my glass of water.

I mentioned it to housekeeping in the hallway and they said they knew of the problem.

I wanted to get out of that room as soon as I could and felt dirty . I've travelled in many countries and hotels and this was my worst experience , surprising from one with such high guest ratings otherwise.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but I would never go there again.

We were at the restaurant with about 15 people the section was good but very crowded. Not much room between tables once people were sitting which makes the buffet a bit more difficult. The food was alright but the breakfast sausages were undercooked and the bacon was cheap. The eggs were runny and even when asked to make the yolk hard it still came out with runny whites. All in all I was not impressed and it was not worth 45$ for 2 people.

I attended an open house. When I entered the staff at the front desk greeted me. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I was at Aaltos for mother's day brunch. Everything was fantastic. Lots of different food choices, the servers were very nice, I had no problems at all.

Average hotel, not fancy but a solid mid range hotel with a fairly nice pool.

I love the atmosphere here. But I dont like how much chlorine they put in the pool last I was here... my skin dried out so bad and lungs stung after a while.

Children under 12 not allowed in hot tub. I've never been to a pool where this rule is so strictly enforced. Our children were VERY disappointed and so were we. The water in the pool was quite chilly, even the kiddie pool. If you are not going to allow children to warm up in the hot tub I would recommend making the pool warmer. I would not stay here again for this reason.
