Great service, nice rooms. Only complaint was that the pool area was crazy. You should look into a noise dampener for that room. Great stay!

I liked the atmosphere of both the restaurant and lounge.

Pool was too cold to swim, room was dirty (bed sheets stained, half used toilet paper on roll, scum on toilet and behind), there was kids tearing up and down the hall until midnight. They did give me a 25% discount after I complained but the whole reason I went there was to take my children swimming and to utilize the slide, which we couldn't do because of the temperature of the pool.

The air conditioning was out in our first room so they upgraded us to a theme room. It was wonderful. Great facility over all.

Price is fair. Not to busy and buffet has lots to choose from. It is easy for kids to find new stuff to try. Bonus this time was I did not have plastic wrap in my meal.

Bar service was slow. Food at celebrations was good.

Lovely Mothers Day Brunch! Took my girls and they had a great time. They all found something they liked to eat! Big win for me lol

We had booked a King Suite with sofabed but when we got there our room was gone, so they gave us a queen bed Suite with a cot. For our troubles they also included three breakfast buffets which were awesome. So at least they made up for the overbooking error. The location of our room was right by a door, so the living area was loud but at least for the private bedroom that closed it was nice and quiet and we all had a great sleep in comfy beds. overall we had a decent stay and our daughter had fun playing on the water slide

Really good place for hosting social or professional event.

Was Alittle busy on Christmas day, but the staff were polite and kept everything organized. Very friendly and good service.

Lots of choices on buffet,the service is very spotty sometimes really prompt other times down right slow

Father's Day brunch was so good, I didn't want to leave.

Staff were nice and accommodating rooms and facilities were clean and spacious. Could use some updating technologically (no TV or movies on demand)

My son was there for a friends birthday party. He had a great time. I had no complaints.

Buffett was great!Servers were funny and Nice.would have been perfect if the deserts weren't so dry(bread pudding and cakes).But might be because we came late.Loved the ice cream bar to serve yourself.So good i over did it.Highly recommend you try.Will go back for sure.I was treated to this one and really appreciated it.wonderful place!!

I went here for a training for work. The room was nice and we got coffee/tea service and that was nice. There was also ice water on the tables which was nice. However we stayed on site and got food at Tavern United, unfortunately the service was really slow and we had to rush through our meal to make it back to our training on time.

Plenty of available parking. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about the room.

Everything from the bed to the carpet was excellent. Even the buffet was amazing. Would absolutely stay again without question.

Grt plc for families to visit. Pool is very kid friendly.. restaurant was fresh and tasty

Rooms were lovely. But the hotel was VERY noisy and disruptive. Kids running down the halls, yelling. The staff was not effective at maintaining a respectful environment for ALL guests. Also the pool area was dirty/muddy and had not had proper housekeeping with many used and dirty towels laying around all over.

Service is great.. kids love the pool/s.. me the hot tub ;) the o my thing was that they said the couches in our suites were pullout couches.. they aren't. Maybe they habe some like that in different rooms but not ours. The cot helped with that though. Love the restaurant and the service was great
there too. I wouldn't mind staying here again :D

As we checked in, we were warmy welcomed and informed that we had been upgraded from a standard room to a king suite - What a wonderful surprise! A fruit, cheese, and cracker tray was waiting for us in the fridge - so thoughtful and quickly devoured! After a few minutes of getting settled in, the front desk called to ensure that everything was fine. The suite was spacious and clean (even to my finicky standards!) and the bed was so comfy that we slept like logs.
Thank you CanadInn for another great stay! Of course we will be back!

The food is awful! Buffet expensive. Our waitress was very inattentive. Even dessert was bad...how does one mess up ice cream?!

We went for the breakfast buffet. The food was actually pretty great but there was not enough servers. Took at least 15 minutes to get our coffee.

Great service at the front desk. Room was clean and tidy. Excellent night.

Family holiday get together for supper. Buffet was ok, chicken was dry. Included counter full of cold sea food items which were good. It was a premium buffet & feel beverages should be included in the price !! However, those of the group who ordered off the menu had to wait 1/2 hour or more & the meals came one at a time for those waiting. Very poorly organized. Very disappointed.

Well priced rooms decent place. Had room in parking lot for my vacuum truck. Super excellent

Service was extremely slow, had to call over the waiter whenever we needed drink refills. It was strange as it was not busy at all when we visited. The waiters just seem to wander around aimlessly, conversing amongst themselves. The food in the buffet was okay there's a decent selection, with some items not worth trying and others that are good. So you can say you get your money's worth but having to chase down waiters for typical service makes the whole experience dining there sour. Save your money and eat at home or someplace else.

Breakfast is great there. I had the Denver sandwich special as usual and it was really really good. Pan fried potatoes were wonderful and service was cheery and fast. Loved it

Room was spacious. Grandkids LOVED the pool. Being wheelchair boynd...found it very easily accessible.

Went in for the buffet dinner. Food was pretty average compared to the great brunch buffet they have on Sundays. We found the service lacking as the waitress left a giant pile of dishes on our table the entire time and they were not cleared by the time we left. I have had much better service on every other occasion. I would still go back for the brunch buffet but would not bother for the dinner buffet again.

We had a theme room and over all not to impressed. Not too romantic when you have your couples theme room right by the family theme rooms as well. Not a relaxing stay when there are kids party right beside and kids are running around screaming.I have nothing against kids hotel parties ( they are awesome) but when you're spending extra money on a room ..... that wasn't that different then a regular room and then can't even relax made it no different than staying at home. Plus had to run the Jacuzzi tub a few times because water kept going yellow, aware that this could be an issue with the city water. Next day same issue, however the toilet / shower and sink never had that issue. Will not spend that amount on another theme room at this hotel not worth the price.

It had been a long time since hubs and I had been here for Sunday Brunch. Good selection and variety. We came towards the end of the brunch serving time but there was still good selection from the various food stations.
The salad area was fresh and tidy. Sometimes salad bars can become messy and not very attractive. They paid attention to that detail which I appreciated.
We will be back!

A bit dated but the themed rooms are nice, friendly staff.

The food was really tasty. I went there for the breakfast but i had really disappointed experience. My server was so rude. When i was placing the order she was imtruppting me again and again.She didn t ask for drink.

Stayed in one of the themed rooms. Loved the large tub with jets, very comfortable bed and room. It was too hot and didn't seem to get cold by turning the temperature down. Also wish the tv was larger but all in all a great stay and very nice room

Room was clean and staff was very nice. Just a very odd smell in the hallways. Felt very safe in the hotel.

Rooms were nice, connected restaurant was good. Connected lounge was mediocre, very plain and uninviting

The hotel is starting to show its age in some areas. Pool area is creative and has a large water slide. The fitness area is lackluster. Plenty to do in and around the hotel.

Lunch buffet was okay. Sundae bar was a great ending to it.

Went to Aaltos restaurant in the hotel. Love the seafood buffet on Friday nights. All you can eat crab. The salad bar is amazing, lots of choices and always fresh. 3 selections of soup, sometimes is really salty. The choices of sides always changes so even though I eat there every week, it's just a little bit different. Look at the size of those crabs.

Cold pancakes and hash browns, & slow service at the Easter brunch buffet. We've gone for many years and enjoyed it, this year not so much :(

We were pleased with the accommodation. All cleaned. We were there for one night. We had a electric heater that would be very noisy when it came on almost every hour. The shower was low pressure. We talk to front desk and they told us they would fix it. We feel the price was maybe higher then the closes hotel but they do have a pool.

The rooms were clean and really nice. They accomadating us very well by letting us into the room as soon as possible. Friendly staff and I would stay there again.

buffet at $18, arrived to stale over cooked chicken a few ribs to choose from was unacceptable. Didn't eat most of it. Second trip had fresh fried chicken and much better ribs. Being AYCE chicken and rib night, they should take better custody of the food quality. Had a good meal due to second trip. Salads were A-1. Overall I give it 3 stars.

Got together with some old friends for the hockey game, the staff was friendly and service and food we're great.

Have been in a conference here for the past week. Great atmosphere for conference and staff is pleasant and respectful.
