Beautiful and well organized. Unfortunately too expensive!

Unfortunately, in Covid 19 times, incomprehensibly inconceivable.
In spite of the travel warning in Germany, expensive prices and cancellations will be canceled until June 14th. completely ignored. In my opinion: "Caution ... overpriced rip off"!

Great dune camping. Too bad there were many changes around us. Became a bit restless. Maybe a tip: no music at the tents / caravans / campers ,; People (mostly young people) sometimes don't realize how far this sounds. Then just ears in or to the youth camp. The showers were poorly cleaned in the beginning, clogs of hair sometimes lay by the shower well for days. But after submitting this complaint it was better the next day. Maybe you should hire an official cleaning company? Furthermore, great, we are coming again next year

Local monopoly, not the best campsite, but the most expensive in the most beautiful place.

Wow what a great campsite. Not cheap but certainly worth it.

Really excellent campsite. Make sure that you don't have to find your place in the dark with a caravan behind the car if it is in a remote corner .
You camp close to the sea. Fun play opportunities for children at the campsite.

Nice campsite. Sanitary nice and clean. Many beautiful places on the campsite. Also a great place to be in October. Near the beach, Zandvoort, Haarlem and in the Zuid Kennermerland nature park. At night (on the nice quiet campsite) rabbits around your caravan, during the day a nice view. During the day some noise from Circuitpark Zandvoort and airplanes, but we thought it was not a nuisance.

First impression: deceleration, wind in the hair, Grolsch in the box :-)

Fairly spacious, close to the beach in the dunes. Good sanitary facilities.

Heerlijke camping voor ouders en kinderen. Groot, maar met voldoende privacy. Fijne animatie voor de kids, goed restaurant met afhaalmogelijkheden en het strand op loopafstand.

Why is there no longer an ACSI card discount in early and late season? This was applicable for years. Without this discount the campsite is way too expensive. The 7 = 6 discount cannot be used by us. Plumbing needs to be replaced and dirty. Is not cleaned properly.

Stayed 2 nights during the May holiday.
Beautiful campsite, near the sea, within cycling distance of Haarlem.
You stand on a "field" in groups of 4-5, which makes the whole thing cozy despite the size of the campsite.
The playgrounds in between were very much appreciated by our girls!
The campsite was not at all full, possibly due to the bad weather. That is why we asked to stand for 2 hours longer (until 1 pm instead of 11 am) so that we could eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately this was declined so I cannot write a review of the restaurant .

Great campsite.
With several playgrounds, Spar supermarkets and a sauna on the premises. The pitches are very nicely laid out in no bays between the dunes. Sandorn bushes everywhere. Very nice facility.

Nice place and well-maintained, but for a short stay very expensive (more than 20 per person/per night). Might be cheaper for longer stays.

Beautifully landscaped campsite directly in and behind the dunes. The path to the beach is within easy walking distance.

Camping well run, Sani facilities good, activity programs, bike rental, small supermarket. For Womo spacious places. Location great, near the dunes nature reserve Zuid Kennemerland. Great cycling and hiking trails. Moor Lake Dune landscape. European bison, conic horses, highland cattles, the latter bd free-roaming. Birding areas. Haarlem, ijmuiden on the North Sea Canal, Sandpoort, Bloemendal aan Zee and last but not least Zandvoort with motor racing track all accessible by bike.

We spent a wonderful week there. Ideal for relaxing and as a starting point for hiking

Super beautifully situated behind the dunes directly on the beach. The toilet block on the youth field was a bit dirty.

Actually a beautifully located, well-kept place with a short walk to the beach.

Attention, however, if you are offered a place on the Coastpitch-Jugendplatz, on the garbage, loud music and party are not tolerated according to house rules, but are actually on the agenda. We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend with friends, but then landed on a gushing place full of roaring, until the morning of 8 people celebrating and musical continuous sound, which did not let us sleep despite Oropax ... This was more festival-camping feeling than Relax by the sea. At least we have finally received compensation, which made us a little more reconciled.

Conclusion: Ansich a highly recommended campsite, but if you do not want to make a party, you should avoid the coastpitch!

Very! Expensive. 56 main season. Has something of club vacation. OK. There is pretty much everything you need and much more. You definitely should not come in the main season. Stuffed full and tight. Was to be expected. Nevertheless. It's just not mine. In the winter maybe. Then it is not so tight. But it was still quiet one night. Had we thought vllt. The half price because we only 15 hours were there. The deduction is because of the narrowness and the price. Good, we could have searched further. Wers likes ... There is really everything! Just need money. He is also very beautiful otherwise. Made with love and the receptionists were also very friendly.

Nice campsite, with very good facilities (including restaurants and playground) located just behind the dunes. Also suitable for a day with the children to go when it is just not beach weather or to organize a children's party.

Beautiful campsite with good and clean sanitary facilities, but very poor WiFi reception. The price is also quite high.

Love all the different places to park your caravan or tent. Nice restaurant and really clean toilets.

Great campsite in the dunes with entertainment for the kids, also to the beach it is not far. Restaurants and supermarket completely ok. Wash houses very clean. Unfortunately quite tight for large vehicles

Well, I was there 5 years ago, it was really nice. That's why I drove again this year but have to say that the deposit is a naughty affair. 200 beeping deposit where I was assured it was after 2 weeks back on my account. Yesterday 2 weeks have passed and there is no money left !!! I tried several times to call nobody's turn. If there's no money tomorrow, I'll contact a lawyer;)

My absolute favorite campsite. You have more privacy as there are departments through hedges etc. The connection to the sea is also great. In theory, you don't even need to drive away, as there is a shop on the square and you have everything you need there.
I give it 4 stars because the price is quite high, but it's worth it. High end camping is possible here.

Top camping if you like the sea and "sea feeling". Just a pity that you sometimes hear the races at Zandvoort.

We booked one of the Backpack-Shacks for three days and were totally happy with it. There was a small fride, a few sockets and a smalll radiator for cold days. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff was very friendly and helped us instantly when there was a problem.
Especially we loved the short distance to the beach and the small hill in the nationalpark which we had to climd to see the beautiful sunset in the evenings. Although the weather was very bad in the first two days, we enjoyed our stay at Camping de Lakens and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at this campsite during the Surfana festival. We had rented a seashack, highly recommended! It is wonderful to be able to take a hot shower after a day of festivals and sleep in a real bed. Next year again!

Lovely campsite with all you need in a beautiful location and a stone throw from the beach

What a hassle, on the site you don't see anywhere that beach tent Stranded is part of a campsite. Then there is a sign at the entrance that you must report to the reception.
If we had lunch for longer than an hour, a parking ticket would be 14 !! Cost. Despite the fact that I had searched for a long time for a tent where the kids could also play inside, we drove on, had a lovely lunch for 2 hours at another beach tent and only lost 4 in parking costs.

Was often there, but somehow I have the feeling that they want to rip off. Should recently pay 33 euros for 1 tent per person and currently I'm waiting for 3 weeks on my deposit was 200 euros, I'm curious when the transferred.

Beautiful campsite in the dunes of Bloemendaal, beautiful naturally furnished parking spaces.

First of all: I would like to give 0 stars.
Now to our stay at the campsite De Lakens: We (2 adults and 1 baby) were just for 4 nights at the campsite and were very disappointed from the beginning. The pitch was so small that our caravan and past just fit on it (caravan 2,30m + pre-2,50m width), after we finally made it. The place was "plowed" in the morning by a tow truck, according to the neighbors. The caravan went so only with many neighbors, movers and shovels on the place which consisted only of deep, loose sand. The camp site staff made the electricity connection, you also needed a machete to get through the stinging nettles and the scrub to connect.
The way to the beach could not do anything. The specified 100m, left on the place card, are a joke. After 100m, the dunes were far from reached. Up to the beach we did not manage with prams (good, all-terrain bicycle trailer).
The sanitary facilities were also not very handsome. Everything was very run down and dirty. The dirt on the shelves in the showers has not changed for 4 days. I do not think this more than the floor was cleaned, if any. My wife also took a cold shower for 4 days because the hot water was broken. A note with the notice that it is broken and repaired as soon as possible hung the whole holiday at the door.
The coronation is the price the campsite calls for this. 4 nights in the preseason for 187 for a normal pitch. This price spectrum is also reflected in the environment. If you go by car to a more accessible beach, for example: direction Zandvoort, there are everywhere parking ticket machines, which only take credit cards. This is also logical, because so much change money can not carry around.
It is a pity that this place is so neglected, because the fundamental situation, in the dunes is really beautiful.
But apparently this is not necessary, the place was fully occupied. We will not be back, for over 45 per night in the preseason, I know many, much better campsites.

I am more than thrilled because this friendly campsite offers what I wanted! Of course, also very child-friendly until it is no longer possible! A great campsite in the dunes! Very friendly staff! All clean! Good sanitary facilities! And much more! More!

Fijne camping, helemaal met kleine kinderen. Veel speeltuinen en weinig verkeer.

A great campsite. The welcome was very friendly and it was German spoken. A very good service. The place itself is huge but not so noticeable by the individual sections. There is a lot of emphasis on cleanliness which one looks at the place. Clean showers and toilets are a matter of course. THANK YOU for the nice days we spent with you.

eigenlijk de mooiste camping in Nederland.. denk ik maar dat houden we liever stil.. Complimenten voor de mensen, die maken de camping !

Campsite of the top group, therefore high priced. But everything is just right, even the shower flatrate. From the gruesome youth camp on the way to the beach, where only annoying pimple faces rumlungern, you get on the square with nothing. It is quiet. All in all a very pleasant and typically dutch-relaxed place. Gladly again.

Top campsite - my top favorite - absolute recommendation

We were here May 2019. Although the square is very large, you can find absolute peace in the evening, from about 9 p.m. you can only hear a few animal noises and the rustling of the wind.
Absolutely brilliant to get away from it all.
The youth camp and the campsite are a bit out of the way, so nobody is disturbed here.
The space is divided into several bays or sections for a few parking spaces each, and these are separated by dunes. This makes it very quiet on the entire square.
The sanitary facilities were always clean and well-kept, there are somewhat older (but still in order) and newly built ones. And that one or the other guest unfortunately leaves a mess, the space or the staff can't do anything for that, but is always eliminated promptly.
All employees were very friendly, most of the time we could express our wishes in German. The camping market has everything you need in between, the breakfast rolls were very good. Fair prices.
Our parking space was very generous, we could have just parked a caravan, which made it very relaxed.
The rest was the absolute highlight for us, but we go on vacation to get away from everyday life. That worked perfectly here.
We will come back in any case.

Great campsite. Beware the beachspot is made up of deep sand and the beach is a kilometer walk.

Also on other pertinent camping point info pages not in vain equipped with highest values. Here you have to book early. An excellent destination in every season.

We hoorden het geluid van de zee vanuit de tent en terwijl we uitkeken op de duinen. De camping zelf is rustig en het badhuis is erg schoon en voorzien van zeep en toiletpapier. Naast de tent hadden wij een trampoline en een zandbak en een speeltuintje vlakbij.

Er is ook een grote te gekke speeltuin met tunnels door het zand, waterpompen en een gigantische glijbaan. En er staan comfortabele banken in het zand. Hierop hebben wij de hele dag heerlijk gelezen terwijl ons zoontje heerlijk speelde.

Wel jammer dat bij het restaurant wat erbij hoort geen vegetarische en veganistische opties zijn.

We had booked for 10 days, it was our first time, we were so happy, but are 5 days earlier left. We were in the playtown area. I have to say, terrible. The play equipment is old and rotten. The showers were a disaster and the kids bath was even worse. Really disgusting and dirty. The road to the beach horror. The prices in the shop were ok. We will definitely not come back again.

For the first and last time been here, extremely unfriendly staff, there are campsites in the area a thousand times better, absolutely not recommendable
