Total waste of time making appointments for a drive thru service center seems useless and unpersonable make you feel like a number especially when they don't get too your car all day after making an appointment the week before totally unprofessional......waste of my time and not too mention my car was left in the back lot unlocked with my stuff inside

I have been bringing my vehicles into Cambridge Hyundai for service for several years. The service department is very helpful and is always available to answer any questions I have. They take the time to go through all of the options and discuss what needs to be done and why. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.
This was my first experience with a Cambridge Hyundai Dealership, as I just bought a used Hyundai Elantra. In short, it was a terrible experience. The man I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet was rude and not knowledgeable. I told him this is my very first visit to this dealership for a service. I repeatedly asked for electronic rust protection and he was unsure how it works. He tried to sell me his other services instead of just giving me what I asked for- an oil change. After waiting more than one hour for an oil change, he told me that Hyundai offered a complimentary car wash. However, he said that would take another 25-30 minutes and I decline. Overall, this first impression at the Hyundai Dealership was not a good one, and I will not be going back.
My experience could not have been better! Kyle my sales men was beyond helpful and when it came to paper work and finalizing charles went above and beyond. The owner of the dealership even came to acknowledge me and talk about my new 2018 elantra glse. Thank you cambridge hyundai :)

Got My Sonata from cambridge Hyundai by feb 2018. Paul Ellias and Chop were the ones who helped me get my dream car. I would say it was an excellent experience for me. From the day i got this car till today, whenever i go there for my regular service, The way they provide the service is exceptional till date. Regular followups and amazing customer experience are to name a few. Chop made sure that i understood all the terms for my banking and did and exceptional job while Paul made sure that I get the best car for my interest. An excellent service team here at this dealership. Had a couple of issues that the team here stepped up and helped me get resolved. Very friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy. Renovations on the building give a nice and comfortable place to wait while you get looked after. You can feel the focus on customer service and it shows. Service manager was very helpful and I can see how he sets the tone for his entire team. I travelled from London to Cambridge to see a used vehicle that had everything I was looking for. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I worked closely with Gerry and after a couple visits, I picked up my "new to me" car I was 100% satisfied and felt like I was driving home a brand new vehicle. Warranty repair went smooth and quick. Was given a free loaner while mine was in for repair. Went in to VIP sale to see about a trade-in deal, was no deal at all. Wanted to more than double what I would owe on my loan just to get a car 2 years newer...not likely.
I went to Cambridge hyundai for my First car service. I bought this car in December 2020 from same dealership. I booked appointment over the phone, gave each and every details about my vehicle like model and year so they gave me an estimate for my service. After the service they charged me extra saying that your model is new and requires special type of synthetic oil. So I was like at the time of booking my service appointment you should tell me the exact cost. After the service is done, unfortunately I have to pay it. Your service department should know at the time of booking that your model requires special oil so the cost is extra. Now I am not going for my next service to Cambridge hyundai because I agree some times costs changes but I paid 2 times the price they told me on the phone Plus exterior car wash was terrible. They didn't even clean the water marks after washing. The most stupidest thing happened was, My model has wireless carplay but not a single day has passed without a connection problem with carplay. Now the service person told me that there is no problem with hyundai but there is problem with apple and I have the latest iphone or I can say one of the costliest phone on market so since 3 months I guess apple didn't have time to solve this problem or to issue a software update. Really disappointed with my first service and I am going to report this to hyundai too.
I recently purchased a used 2015 Mercedes C400 from Gerry, an amazing experience! I live in Ajax and it was definitely worth the drive to Cambridge Hyundai. Gerry and Ahmad were a breeze to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. Gerry was very knowledgeable on the vehicle even though it was an off brand. We stopped by on Sunday to just look around and by Monday we decided to buy! Gerry was a great help in making sure everything was taken care of, including making sure I got great looking sport rims for my new car! Gerry walked us through all the steps and made sure we understood everything. There are so many buttons in the new cars, he took the time to show me all the dials and even how to preset the radio. He walked us around the car and took the time to explain things like oil changes and servicing the car. This is our second Sonata and I'm sure it won't be the last. And when the time comes for a new one, we will be back in to see Gerry and the team at Cambridge Hyundai!

take what they say with caution. ie. if they say "you have 2mm left on your brakes and that is not safe" leave and either check them yourself or go to another shop. on more than one occasion I have been told that my brakes needed replacement only to find that they were perfectly fine.
A week ago I purchased a new 2016 Sonata. I dealt with Mark Higgins, the sales rep who was amazing and very hard working. I had a couple of other offers from different dealerships however mark's hard work is what sold me on sticking with Cambridge Hyundai. They were able to work with my budget and situation and handled my trade in, brought in the colour that I wanted and the finance manager was very accommodating and patient with my requests regarding extended warranty (I was there for almost 3 hours discussing my options) the manager Todd was more than fair with my appraisal. I'm glad I came to this dealership to purchase my car. I just wish the free gas card promotion was on when I purchased lol. All in all great experience and I would refer anyone to this dealership. Don't give your contact info (phone number, email , address) in their in-take form if you can help it. I went in for an oil change over 6 months ago and have been bombarded with mail, phone calls, and emails despite numerous requests to be removed from all mailing/call out lists. Speaking to the service: I came in since I had recieved a few recall notices and needed an oil change. That oil change took 3.5 hours and I recieved a bill for a diagnostic of other items- the recall notices were not addressed since they did not require action from the dealership at that time. There is popcorn in the waiting room which is nice. Cambridge Hyundai dealership, I once again beg you to remove my contact information from your database.
We went to Hyundai in hopes of getting new vehicles for our family. We had dealt with Chop in the past and his service has always been exceptional. finally i got my new hyundai santa fe XL limited edition..at first i thought it was a dream to have my first vehicle..but Mr Gerry and the staff of hyundai cambridge make it come true. my family is so happy to heard the news..the vehicle is so awesome i never tried a vehicle like this before, all the safety features are so brilliant and top of the line. i definitely recommend this car and the brand its self to others that wants to have there first car..
This dealership didn't honor warranty. Claimed there was nothing wrong with car but at the same time tried to sell me parts and service. Took it to my mechanic and in 5 minutes he found faulty electrical circuit. He did it for free whereas the dealership wanted to charge couple hundred bucks for part and labour. This type of shoddy behavior is what makes loyal customers run to the competition.
At Cambridge Hyundai we dealt with Andy for sales, Charles in finance and George when picked up my Santa Fe Sport. These 3 GENTLEMEN Were very professional and enjoyable to work with. It was my third Dealership that I had visited yesterday and by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff.
