Great staff. I checked in very late and was helped a great deal by the front desk person and the valet staff. The front desk person was there when I checked out early the next morning. She should get a medal for doing the late shift.

I stayed at the Club Premier Room. The two sides are windows and the view of the room is wonderful.
It was an easy-to-use room as the approach continued from the cloak to the bathroom.
The staff at the lounge can spend a pleasant time, giving everyone a good smile and good care.
Access is convenient as there is passage leading to subway and mall. The mall has a luxury supermarket.
It was easy for me to go out because Bellboy calls a taxi.
It was a hotel that I would like to stay again.

From the booking to the check out, it was an amazing experience. This hotel goes over your expectations concerning the quality of the beds, restaurants and the professionnalism of the staff. They anticipate your needs with a 24/7 smile that make you feel at home. The facilities are in an excellent condition. I was told this hotel is among the best hotel in Shanghai. I would say that based on the ideal location of the venue, it is the best.

Booked for 3 nights, told 3 nights and paid deposit during check in. Was told that I need to change my room after 2 nights. Got locked out after 2 nights, card didn t work can t go my room. Upon checking with front desk, they confirm they had my deposit for 3 nights but I was registered for 2 nights. The lady who checked me in didnt check me in properly.
Buffet dinner at ground floor was poor. The worst I had compared to other Shangri-La.

Very convenient location, with a wide choice of food and shopping in the area surrounded. Subway station literally runs under the building, highly recommend to biz purpose trip in the most commercial area in Shanghai.

Executive lounge is impressive, wonderful staff, excellenf F&B, gorgeous view.
I d like to notice the great improvement of quality of food at 1515; maybe consequence of the arrival of new chef.

I used to love your hotel, but services is from good to bad.
As a Jade member, I check in and walk inside the room is not fully set up and is already 4 plus.
Everyday night turn down sometime it happen, some time it never happen.
Your noodle bar at the breakfast station is the worst services that anyone could get. Every time the noodle is cooked but no one will bring to you or take a long time, could you imagine how the noodle taste?
I booked a taxi the night before the departure, and it never arrange.
If you look at my record, I have been it this hotel for a period of times, but this period is really worst that I ever experienced

PS One comment that does not relate to you really but in the breakfast room two days in a row I was seated next to someone who persisted with a loud phone call disrupting those around them. Of course that is not your fault, but just inconsiderate diners.

I was extremely pleased with my overall experience from the moment I was welcomed at the airport, to the way I was welcomed upon my arrival and at the Horizon Club, great room, very much appreciated also the happy hours and morning breakfast buffet selection and service at the Horizon Club.

Fantastic customer service. It feels like home away from home. The staff is fantastic and the rooms and facilities are always so nice and comfortable! I go to Shanghai quite often for business and I always choose to stay at Shangri La, even though we have corporate agreements with other hotels. Manager Li was super attentive and the staff at breakfast is particularly friendly. Love it!
