I've been using Call Rail for a little over a year...

I've been using Call Rail for a little over a year. This is a top-notch organization. Everyone I've worked with has been smart, friendly and helpful. The product gives me the insights I need to manage my advertising and the reporting is fantastic. The website is so easy to use, it's fool proof. I highly recommend Call Rail. I was using a competing product previously and did extensive research before I chose Call Rail. I'm glad I did.

We were looking for a robust phone system with multiple call flow options, detailed reporting, and extensive tracking. Calll Rail is a perfect solution and it is really affordable as well. We worked with Giles Ansley and he went above and beyond before, during, and after we transitioned from a different company. He is quick to respond, patient, and extremely helpful, which has made all the difference for our company. I Highly recommend Call Rail across the board!

Four & a half stars.. David Bollinger has been very helpful. Great customer service. They are very patient and considerate.. 5 stars on the UX "User Experience" Not much friction in regards to the learning process on how to use the software platform. Call Rail is just one of those businesses that make it easy to do business with. Highly Recommended.

Our company started using CallRail to track market...

Our company started using CallRail to track marketing-related phone calls from our client's websites in December 2015 and we could not be any happier with this service! The CallRail support team was amazing at answering all of our preliminary questions, helping us port our existing call tracking phone numbers, and making the transition from our old call tracking service as easy as possible.

As for the software itself, the dashboard and interface are very user-friendly and setting up new clients in the system is quick, easy and self-explanatory. If you are looking for a great call tracking solution for your marketing efforts, I would HIGHLY recommend CallRail.

Have been using CallRail for about 5 years now for my clients. The interface & tracking works well. Was near ready to go with another company due to only being able to get support & questions answered through a help desk/email. The customer service has gotten much better recently now that you can actually reach someone by phone for support. Hoping the phone support continues. Overall - Great service and people to work with.

We trusted CallRail to keep track of our organizations phone calls. We utilized their service since early 2016 to record all incoming/outgoing phone calls.

When I tried to play back a call earlier this month (July 2019) the call recording was unavailable, but there was a message for me to click and go to a page which stated they lost most recordings due to "human error".

The good thing is that I do have access to my call logs, so I can see the date, time and duration of the calls, but I can't listen to them again. There were no backups created of my important calls, those are gone forever.

I'm attaching two screenshots, one from the message when I try to play a lost call, and one which is taken from the page that goes over the issue in detail.

At this point, all I can do going forward is backup my recordings, at least the recordings are good quality, but I feel like it's now my responsibility to ensure that the calls are backed up.

Things seem to be going from good, to bad, to worse. First was the aforementioned call recordings loss. Now, you cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service via phone. There doesn't seem to be a live chat function unless you want to buy the product as a new client. The dashboard change has made worse what was already confusing.

I need to see some improvement or I am leaving.
