Things seem to be going from good, to bad, to wors...

Things seem to be going from good, to bad, to worse. First was the aforementioned call recordings loss. Now, you cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service via phone. There doesn't seem to be a live chat function unless you want to buy the product as a new client. The dashboard change has made worse what was already confusing.

I need to see some improvement or I am leaving.
